From The Daily Caller comes the following … At the National Press Club on Tuesday, outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder mocked Fox News for having the audacity of talking to much about the Obama administration’s refusal to use the term “radical Islam.” WOW, how dare they. Because you know Eric, if they didn’t report on it, we all know that the bias, left-wing liberal Democrat media complex would not. This is yet another example of just how small, petty and thin-skinned the Barack Obama White House is. Seriously, the media’s job is to question government. To single out a news media outlet like that is just so low rent. Holder said, we spend more time on what do you call it. Hmm, isn’t this the same person who calls out the Tea Party by name and calls police officers racists?

Huh, 21 Coptic Christians beheaded, a Muslim Jordain pilot burned alive in a cage, terror attacks in Paris and Copenhagen and the Obama administration refuses to use the term “radical Islam.” Instead they attack Fox News for actually doing their job. Why does it appear that the Obama administration talks tougher to Fox News than ISIS?

HOLDER: Whenever you’re getting criticized by both sides, it probably means you’re probably getting right. We spend more time, more time talking about what you call it, as opposed to what do you do about it, you know? I mean really. If Fox didn’t talk about this, they would have nothing else to talk about, it seems to me.

Radical Islam, Islamic extremism; I’m not sure an awful lot is gained by saying that. It doesn’t have any impact on our military posture; it doesn’t have any impact on what we call it, on the policies that we put in place. What we have to do is defined not by the terms that we use, but by the facts on the ground. So I don’t worry an awful lot about what the appropriate terminology ought to be.

I think that people need to actually think about that, and think about will we be having this conversation about words as opposed to what our actions ought to be? This is a difficult problem. This is going to be an ongoing issue. This is something that requires us to think as a nation how we are going to deal with the domestic issues that I was describing in my previous response, and how are we going to deal with the foreign policy consequences of some very, very serious problems that our allies face, and that we face, particularly in a particular part of the world. The terminology, it seems to me little to no impact on what ultimately we have to do.

Eric Holder’s DOJ to Drop Civil Rights Charges Brought Against Officer Darren Wilson in Shooting Death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO

Imagine this, FBI investigation finds no evidence to support the trumped up, political, race baiting charges against police officer Darren Wilson.

The New York Times is reporting that the Eric Holder Department of Justice will drop the civil rights charges against Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. DOJ lawyers will recommend that no civil rights charges be brought against officer Wilson in the shooting death of black teenager Michael Brown. The FBI investigation has concluded what all normal thinking, non-race baiting individuals knew from the outset of this story, there was no evidence to support the trumped up charges. Remember when the DOJ told Ferguson police officers they could not wear bracelets in support of officer Wilson? Support for an officer that was guilty of nothing.

But, the Ferguson, Mo police department remains in the cross-hairs of the DOJ.

Justice Department lawyers will recommend that no civil rights charges be brought against the police officer who fatally shot an unarmed teenager in Ferguson, Mo., after an F.B.I. investigation found no evidence to support charges, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. and his civil rights chief, Vanita Gupta, will have the final say on whether the Justice Department will close the case against the officer, Darren Wilson. But it would be unusual for them to overrule the prosecutors on the case, who are still working on a legal memo explaining their recommendation.

A decision by the Justice Department would bring an end to the politically charged investigation of Mr. Wilson in the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown. The Missouri authorities concluded their investigation into Mr. Brown’s death in November and also recommended against charges.

After the Ferguson grand jury decided not to bring criminal charges against officer Wilson, Eric Holder went to Ferguson, Mo to fan the flames of racism and racial divide. Holder announced that his DOJ would investigate Wilson on civil rights charges, because the vigilante, race-baiting crowd wanted their scalp. Holder said that the Justice Department’s investigation into Mr. Brown’s death would be independent from the one conducted by the local authorities. The race-baiter in Chief, Barack Obama said  after St. Louis County prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced the grand jury’s decision, “I have done what the Missouri judicial system and even my own Justice Department failed to do in order to right this wrong.”

What will the reaction be from Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the NAACP, NBPP and Barack Obama? Will Eric Holder make a public statement and apologize for destroying the reputation of a fine police officer just because of his color?

Holder could not find it in himself to simply say, yes we are. UNREAL. These people will be the death of us all. HOW ON EARTH CAN YOU DEFEAT THE ENEMY, IF YOU CANNOT DEFINE THE ENEMY!

Even France’s Prime Minister Manuel Valls said that France was at war with radical Islam. However, this sorry bunch of SOB’s in the Obama administrations cannot bring themselves to say it … RADICAL ISLAM.

Chuck Todd: the French Prime Minister today declared the France is at war with radical Islam. Would you say the United States is at war with radical Islam?

Eric Holder: Well, I would say we are at war with terrorists who commit these heinous acts. Who use Islam. Who use a corrupted version of Islam to justify their actions. We are bound and determined to hold them accountable. To find which ways we prevent young people who become attracted to this radical ideology, becoming members of these groups and perpetrating these heinous acts.

Eric Holder also made similar comments when asked by ABC’s George Stephanopoulos the same question. (Transcript)

STEPHANOPOULOS: The French prime minister said yesterday that France is at war with radical Islam. Is the U.S. At war with radical Islam?

HOLDER: Well, I certainly think that we are at war with those who would commit terrorist attacks and who would corrupt the Islamic faith in the way that they do, to try to justify their terrorist actions.

So that’s who we are at — at war with. And we are determined to take the fight to them to prevent them from engaging in these kinds of activities.

Our president has indicated that we will be calling, on February the 18th, a summit, so that we deal with better ways in which we can counter violent extremism and really get at the core, come up with ways in which we prevent people from adhering to, being attracted to this terrorist ideology.

“Some one said Eric Holder. I’m known for not sugar coating things. This pissed me off. I sat up and watched as events unfolded in Ferguson, Missouri. An unfortunate situation, obviously. Amy time a law enforcement officer uses force and takes a life it deserves a thorough, transparent vetting … But groups started to converge on Ferguson, Missouri like vultures on a roadside carcass. Groups like the New Black Panther Party. People like Al Sharpton. To come and exploit that situation and instead of coming in to help and try to restore calm, poured gas on that fire with some of their inflammatory and irresponsible rhetoric. And I sat up there and listened to Gov. Nixon and I sat up there and listened to Claire McCaskill the senator. And then I sat up there and listened to Eric Holder through law enforcement officers under the bus for political expedience. [...]

I expect that from Gov. Nixon. I expected that from Claire McCaskill.  Those are nothing but two-bit politicians. They do that sort of thing, that’s what politicians do. You know that. But I did not expect that from Eric Holder, who calls himself a law enforcement officer.”

Sheriff Clarke went on to say that Eric Holder owed an apology to every individual who puts on the uniform and “Holder sat up there and insinuated that these law enforcement officers in Ferguson go out with some nefarious and malicious intent in their hear to deny people their rights and to indiscriminately shoot and take peoples lives for nothing”. You can see just how pissed Sheriff Clarke is. But of course liberals and agenda driven blacks would say Clarke is not black enough.

Attorney General Eric Holder to Resign from Office … One of the Most Politically Bias and Racially Divisive AG’s Ever!

One divider leaves, another still needs to go … The news broke yesterday that Attorney General Eric Holder was resigning. All I could think of, could Barack Obama be next. Dare to dream!

As the NY Times praises Eric Holder’s legacy, all any common sense, thinking person can do is shake their head. All we need to know about Holder’s legacy is his comment he made that we are, a “Nation of Cowards”. Holder was supposed to equally apply the rule of law and he did just about an opposite application of that theory as humanly possible.  The Gateway Pundit reminds us of more of Holder’s legacy in that Holder reportedly lied to Congress on the Fast and Furious investigation and in June 2012, Eric Holder the House voted to hold Eric Holder in criminal contempt. What about Holder putting an end to the prosecution of the Black Panthers and the voter intimidation case? Holder’s refusal to investigate the IRS and Lois Lerner. In the end, Holder’s legacy will be that he was Obama’s greatest shield from scandals. Did we forget about AP-gate and Rosengate as well?

Heaven help us, Al Sharpton says he’s helping the White House pick the next Attorney General. Doesn’t that say it all for the state of affairs in the United States with the current presidency. What the hell happened to this country, the inmates are running the asylum.

Who was Obama praising, certainly it was not scandal plagued Eric Holder?

As Barack Obama praises his political ally, I am more inclined to second the motion of The National Interest … GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

Holder, the first African-American attorney general, was far quicker than his boss, the first African-American president, to racialize national controversies. He was far less measured in his comments about the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. He famously called America a “nation of cowards” with regard to race.

“Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial, we have always been and I believe continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards,” Holder told Justice Department employees.
