US Rep Democrat Vic Snyder of Little Rock, AR Not Seeking Reelection in 2010 … Another Dem Falls
Another Democrat Bites the Dust …
US Representative Vic Snyder of Little Rock, Arkansas is just the latest Democrat to get out of Dodge rather than face a most certain butt kicking in the 2010 midterm elections. Snyder will not be seeking reelection after serving 6 years as a US Rep citing family reasons. Of course it could have nothing to do with the current anti-Dem mood in the country and the the fact that he trails Republican opponent Tim Griffin by 17 points.
Vic Snyder is the 11th House Democrat to announce his retirement so far. Depending on what happens with the special Senate election in Massachusetts next week, many more Democrats just might be scurrying for the exits.
U.S. Rep. Vic Snyder of Little Rock distributed an e-mail shortly after 4 p.m. Friday saying that he is not running for re-election this year. He cited family demands. His family grew to four children a year ago with the addition of triplets. His statement is on the jump.

American People Have Learned that Barack Obama was not the Hope & Change they Asked For … Approval Ratings Still Going Down!
American … How is that hope and change treating you today?
How is that transparency doing in those Democrat closed door health care meetings? 2012 is right around the corner and Obama’s Hope and Change has turned into Americans hoping that there will be a change in the White House in 2012.
It is almost the one year mark since Barack Hussein Obama was sworn in as President of the United States. Americans voted in the first black President under the political catch phrase of “Hope & Change”.
Looking back on it and where Americans are today, the next to we have an election, the American voter may want to ask for a bit more that just a catch phrase and false promises.
What is striking is that this President and his Administration takes such a “let them eat cake” attitude when it comes to dealing with crisis when they have other previous engagements. Let me just be the first to say that the only saving grace to the horrible earthquake in Haiti and the hundreds of thousands that were affected, hurt and possible killed … is that Barack Hussein Obama was not on vacation in Hawaii when it occurred. Could you imagine the 7.0 magnitude earthquake taking place and Obama waiting 3 or 4 days to address the issue while he instead plays golf! That is what occurred with the underwear Christmas day bomber when he nor his administration could tear them selves away from their vacations.
Vanderbilt – 2010
Obama is good at finding time for basketball,
theater dates, tennis, golf, dinner parties, gym,
travel, Hawaiian vacations, surfing, comedy shows,
TV speeches/campaigning, teleprompter readings,
Oprah, wasting money, raising taxes, opposing
public wishes, imposing control, increasing debt
levels, bowing to the world while apologizing for
America’s greatness, and failing at practically
everything he’s attempted. He is not good at
being honest and open with We the People.
Barack Obama was voted in to office and had the backing of so many people, Democrats, Independents and yes, some Republicans as well. In less than one year Obama finds himself with dismal poll approval ratings across the board.

Negative Democrat Poll Trending Continues … Gallup Poll, Donkey Support Dips Below Majority Level in 2009
The polling slide continues …
Polling is all about trends not the snap shot in time that they indicate. Once again a Gallup poll shows a damning trend for Barack Obama and Democrats heading into the 2010 and 2012 elections. For the first time in 3 years, Democrats fall under 50% in party affiliation.
The year 2009 marked the end of a three-year run of majority Democratic support among U.S. adults. Last year, an average of 49.0% of Americans identified as Democrats or said they leaned Democratic, the party’s first yearly average below 50% since 2005.
What is telling about these polling numbers? All of the gains that Democrats had made during the GWB administration have evaporated.
The five-point party gap in the fourth quarter of 2009 represents the smallest Democratic advantage since the second quarter of 2005. Thus, the gains the Democratic Party made in public support during the last several years of the George W. Bush administration have disappeared.
Also, the Rasmussen poll shows that Republicans now have a 44% to 35% lead in the Congressional generic ballot, the largest lead in quite some time.

Democrats Whining & Attacking Pollster Scott Rasmussen as to Why America Against Democrat Agenda … That’s Your Plan?
Hey Dems, how about some brie with that whine?
Sorry Democrats, Liberals and Moonbats … you can whine all you want and rip Independent pollster Scott Rasmussen all you want. The fact of the matter is year in and year out he is the best and most accurate in the business. Funny how Rasmussen nailed the two 2009 VA and NJ Governor races in his polling, see below.
Just out of curiosity to the LEFT, what part about these CNN, NBC/Wallstreet and Washington Post/ABC polls don’t you quite understand that show a positive polling rating for Obama?
Rasmussen’s polling is mean
What a brilliant political strategy, attack the messenger of the polling data. We are supposed to believe that Rasmussen’s polling is the reason why American’s are rejecting Obama’s and the Democrats liberal agenda.? How much denial are Democrats truly in? You people are in a rude awakening come the 2010 midterms.
So Democrats are attacking Rasmussen, good grief. Democrats cannot believe that there are poll numbers out there that do not paint Obama is a glowing light. Really? Have you looked at the other polls lately? Have you taken a look at the Real Clear Politics average job approval poll from when Obama first took office?
Of course Obama and Democrats poor polling numbers have nothing to do with a motivated and energized “We the People” known as the Tea Party movement who are tired of the Democrat controlled Presidency, House and Senate and the 10% unemployment, record federal debt, out of control spending, government take over of health care and weak foreign policy.
They would like to have people believe that Rasmussen’s poll models are flawed. The fact is that they do not like the poll results that are then repeated in the media. It’s the Democrat playbook 101, when you don’t like the results or what people are saying … attack their credibility. Democrats, your act is tired and lame.
What part about the Rasmussen Report has to do with this CNN & Gallup poll stating that Barack Obama’s poll numbers are sinking like a rock and Sarah Palin’s are on the rise?
CRY ME A RIVER!
Democrats are turning their fire on Scott Rasmussen, the prolific independent pollster whose surveys on elections, President Obama’s popularity and a host of other issues are surfacing in the media with increasing frequency.
The pointed attacks reflect a hardening conventional wisdom among prominent liberal bloggers and many Democrats that Rasmussen Reports polls are, at best, the result of a flawed polling model and, at worst, designed to undermine Democratic politicians and the party’s national agenda.
What would one expect from liberal propaganda sites like Media Matters, the Daily Kos and Huffington Post? Anything that does not spew their liberal agenda and skew numbers to the advantage of politicians or policy that they support are going to be labeled Republican or Fox News-like.

Former US Rep. James A. Traficant Jr and Felon Says He is Going to Run
A true political metaphor …
You have got to be joking … Former US Representative and felon James A. Traficant Jr is going to run for office again in Ohio in 2010. Just what we need a convicted felon running for office. That is of coarse as opposed to all the nonconvicted felons that are presently in the House.
And we wonder why the American people have no confidence in politicians.
“I’m going to run,” Traficant declared before some 35 members of The Biz Society assembled at the Rosetta Stone restaurant downtown to launch the group’s Youngstown chapter.
Traficant said he still isn’t sure which district he’ll throw his hat in, but he has nominating petitions circulating in three congressional districts –the 17th, the 6th and the 16th. And, the former congressman noted he hasn’t decided on whether to run as a Democrat, a Republican, an independent, or perhaps on another party ticket.
“I’m going to run for Congress somewhere,” he said.
Maybe Traficant can run on the Con ticket?
Traficant’s announcement comes just four months after the former congressman was released from a federal prison in Rochester, Minn., where he served a portion of a seven-year sentence for racketeering and bribery. The congressman was convicted in 2002 and became the second member to be expelled from of the House of Representatives since the Civil War.
As NRO states, some OHIO race is about to get real weird … Traficant says ‘beam me up’ in 2010.
