White House Press Sec Gibbs Fears Republican House Take Over & Bias MSM Can’t Ask AG Holder about Black Panther Party

Obama to House Democrats … thanks for your votes on health care, but you are on your own …

This was interesting, Obama Press Secretary Robert Gibbs went on the Sunday talk shows and said “Republicans win control” and take over the US House of Representatives in the 2010 midterm elections. Is Gibbs sending out the emergency flare of what is going to happen in November or is he lowering the Obama expectation bar? With the job that Obama has done in office, could the bar get any lower?

Hat Tip: Weasel Zippers for Baghdad Robert Gibbs

“There is no doubt there are enough seats at play that could cause Republicans to gain control, there is no doubt about that,” Gibbs told NBC’s “Meet the Press” talk show when asked whether the Democrats would maintain their majority in the House.

Midterm Election Nightmare For Democrats … 50% of American Voters Think Obama Doing Poor Job Handling the Economy

JOBS, JOBS, JOBS … AND THE LACK THEREOF.

The American voters give Barack Obama a failing grade on handling the economy. It’s about the jobs Mr. President. Why does this President appear to be focused only on his socialist agenda and not the creation of jobs?

Barack Obama’s new campaign rhetoric unleashed on the American public is why do you want to give the keys back to the Republicans who drove the car into the ditch? Really Mr. President, as opposed to you and the Democrats who instead of driving us out of the ditch have driven us over the cliff? You made promises to get the car out of the ditch and instead you have buried us even further in the mud. Even worse, the tow truck bill will have to be paid by our grandchildren with a mountain of interest and late fees.

Do we give the keys to those he drove into the ditch or over the cliff?

During President Barack Hussein’s first year in office he was all consumed with passing Obamacare, the over-reaching and unpopular government take over of health care. Against the will of the People, Obama and Democrats passed Obamacare along party lines, back room non-transparent deals and political kickback. During his first year Obama also passed the Democrat partisan $787 billion stimulus plan where he claimed it would create millions of jobs and keep unemployment below 8%.

During Barack Obama’s State of the Union Address he claimed that jobs would be his number one priority in his second year. Really? With sluggish job numbers in May and June 2010, it would appear that Obama is more focused on politicizing illegal immigration and suing Arizona over their new immigration law. Obama appears to be more focused on exploiting the “Cap & Trade” bill in wake of the BP oil spill as opposed to providing leadership of the recovery and clean up following the oil spill. When it comes to jobs, Obama is more focused on his liberal agenda of enacting a deep water drilling moratorium and thus killing more jobs even though he continues to lose in the courts.

That is why jobs must be our No. 1 focus in 2010, and that’s why I’m calling for a new jobs bill tonight.

And we’re on track to add another 1.5 million jobs to this total by the end of the year.

Barack Obama has been a dismal failure when it comes to the United States economy. In a recent Rasmussen poll, 50% of American voters view Obama’s handling of the economy as poor. Obama’s plans have not created jobs in any substantial way and our budgets and deficits are at record levels. Obama’s has mortgaged our children and grand children’s futures on a jobs bill that has created no jobs. Many believe Obama’s stimulus plan has in fact hurt and not helped the economy.

Barack Obama Losing White Voters (Independents) Will Significantly Hurt Deomcrats in 2010 & 2012

How’s that “Hope & Change” working out for you America? Obama is losing all voters …

A note to democrats and the Washington Post … THIS AIN’T 2008, the American voters have buyers remorse, a majority of Americans are already tired of Barack Obama’s blame GWB, lack of leadership games and they is fed up with the Democrat control of the US House, Senate and Presidency. Two of the three can be remedied in 2010, the Obama Presidency can be cancelled in 2012.

The WAPO article, ‘Democrats hope Obama 2008 model will help stem midterm losses,’ has to be one of the most desperate and foolish attempts at self-serving liberal MSM bias is a while. Seriously, Democrats hope the 2008 model will help them not get annihilatedin the 2010 midterm elections? Are you joking! Sorry, but Obama’s and Democrats chickens are coming home to roost. All polls show that Republicans are ahead of Democrats in the generic ballots, forty seats in the House seems extremely reachable and the once unheard of winning 10 US Senate seats could become a reality.

Barack Obama’s 2008 model does not even work for Barack Obama in 2010.  The days of Obama BS rhetoric are over. No longer can “The Chosen One” stand in front of his teleprompter and provide words to WE THE PEOPLE and the mere words be accepted as Presidential leadership. At this point Obama’s words are barely accepted as the truth. Obama may have cut into the white vote in 2008; however, those days are over. Less than two years in office and the Obama bloom is off the rose. Obama has lost polling ground not only with Whites, but across the board. The “independent” vote is all but gone.

Gallup Poll, Near Record Number, 49% Think the Democrat Party too Liberal

See the pendulum swing …

Wonder why Democrats find themselves in a precarious position just five months from the 2010 midterm elections? According to a recent Gallup poll, 49% of Americans think that the Democrat Party is “TOO LIBERAL.”

In the past two years, Americans have become increasingly likely to describe the Democratic Party’s views as “too liberal” (49%), and less likely to say its views are “about right” (38%). Americans’ views of the Republican Party, on the other hand, have moderated slightly, with a dip in the percentage saying the GOP is too conservative from 43% last year to 40% today, and an increase in the percentage saying it is about right, from 34% to 41%.

In 2008 just 39% thought that the Democrats were too liberal … enter BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and his liberal, progressive, socialist, big government agenda. Most alarming for Democrats is they have lost the Independents. Since 2008, Independents who think Democrats are too liberal has gone up 12%.

Making matters even worse is that voters find the Republican party more to their liking as 41% said that  their politics are about right, up from 34%.

That is why Barack Obama is considered the most partisan President in history. It is also the reason why all honest individuals state that Democrats are going to take a bath in the 2010 elections and could potentially lose both the House of Representatives, US Senate and majority of governorships.

If you doubt the notion, NRO stresses an important polling bit of info, “the only time more Americans saw the Democrats as “too liberal” was just after the ’94 elections”. We all know what happened in the 1994 elections and the 54 seat swing in the House.

Midterm Impending Democrat Doom … Republicans Jump to Historic Lead in Generic Congressional Ballot

The Democrat Party might want to take their head out of the sand and pay attention to the most recent Gallup poll which has Republicans ahead in the Generic ballot.

As Real Clear Politics states, a historic lead heading into the November midterm elections. Of course the GOP has much work to do between now and November; however, the moons are aligning. Look for numerous Democrats to suddenly use the word “independent” and move away from Barack Obama and his unpopular policies.

Gallup’s generic polling shows the number of voters saying that they would vote for Republicans rising three points from last week, while the number saying they will vote for Democrats dropped four points.  The 49%-43% lead for the Republicans is the largest that the pollster has ever recorded for the party.  Moreover, Democratic enthusiasm for voting this fall fell a point, while enthusiasm among Republicans stayed about fifteen points higher.  This indicates an even wider lead for Republicans once Gallup imposes a likely voter screen this fall.

As reported at Red State, the Gallup poll suggests a 45 seat pick up by Republicans which would swing control back to the GOP.

Rasmussen has the Generic Congressional ballot with a Republican lead over Democrats, 44% to 37%.

It will be interesting to see what these polls show closer to the election this November; however, one thing is for certain … Democrats are in trouble.
