The Buck Stops with Huma? NYC Mayor Candidate Anthony Weiner (Carlos Danger) Blames Latest XXX Texting Scandal on Stress with Huma

ARE YOU KIDDING ME … ITS TIME FOR WEINER TO PULL OUT … NOW THIS PERV BLAMES HIS WIFE FOR HIS LATEST SEXTING SCANDAL?

If Anthony Weiner’s latest sexting scandal was not grounds for him to be considered unfit for the mayor’s office of New York City, then the following puts it over the top. Anthony Weiner, oh sorry, Carlos Danger blamed his wife Huma and the difficult time he was having in his marriage following his last sexting scandal that forced his to resign from the House of Representatives. HUH? We were told that Anthony Weiner was getting help for his problem, that he was remorseful and embarrassed over the first scandal. We were told that Weiner was a changed man because of the birth of his son. IT WAS ALL A LIE. What a shock from a man who obliviously has some really pervy issues. Let’s get one thing straight here folks, when Weiner was busted in his first sexting scandal, it was with an underage girl. All that seems to have been glossed over and forgotten. So now as we are told he was a changed man, at the very time that he was supposed to be putting his life back together, this weak, cowardly loser was sexting again and blames it on the fact that he was having a difficult time in his marriage with Huma? WTF!!!

Anthony Weiner

“Sending these embarrassing messages to women online, whom I never met, was a personal failing that was hurtful to my wife and a part of my life that Huma and I have put behind us,” he wrote.

“These things I did, as you have read in the papers, didn’t happen once. It was a terrible mistake that I unfortunately returned to during a rough time in our marriage. After a lot of reflection, some professional help, and a general reorientation of my life, Huma has given me a second chance. I will never stop being grateful for that.

The Web site thedirty.com reported yesterday that Weiner had sent a slew of pornographic self-images and lewd writings – under the handle Carlos Danger – to a 22-year-old Indiana woman last summer.

So his wife made hism do it!!! WOW, really … Weiner was having a rough time in his marriage following his first sexting debacle? Weiner has another sexting episode with a 22 year old and this low-life blames his wife.  Weiner is lucky that Huma did not toss his pervy butt to the curb. Many just cannot comprehend how Huma Abedin is defending this scumbag after yet another embarrassing sexting scandal. I can’t begin to understand what is in this woman’s mind, but believe me Huma, there are better men out there who are actually men, and not loser like Anthony Weiner who are so weak that he would embarrass his wife, his son and himself because he has so little control.

“I love him, I have forgiven him, I believe in him,” and the sexting matter is “between us,” she said, a message that could prove important to shaping voters’ views as they digest his latest admission.

Anthony Weiner obviously has some serious issues. It is not a person matter between he and his wife when he wants to run for public office. If it was a one time affair in the past, many might be willing to over look it in a post Bill Clinton political era. However, these matters of questionable thinking on conduct are current. Weiner need to pull out of the NYC mayor’s race and go fix himself and his family. This man should never have gotten back into politics when he never did anything to fix his life. But instead, Weiner acted like a typical politicians and was more concerned with being in power than his family. How could anyone not think that in this day and age of social media that these scandals were not going to come out? What kind of man continually embarrasses his family like this, again? One that never needs to run again for any political office, EVER!

If Anthony Weiner has any sense of decency, he will withdraw from the mayor’s race and just go away. However, I will say this … if Weiner stays in the race and is elected, it says more about the folks in NYC than Anthony Weiner. He is a severely flawed man with some real deep seeded issues, how is that elected?

House to Vote on Bill Prohibiting IRS Enforcement of Obamacare

Just say no to IRS enforcement of Obamacare …

The US House of Representatives is going to vote on a bill that would prohibit the Treasury Department, including the IRS,  from implementing and enforcing the provisions of Obamacare.   According to The Weekly Standard, the bill, authored Rep. Tom Price (R-GA) and co-sponsored by 114 other House members is purposed to “prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from enforcing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.” As compared the the enormous Obamacare law, this bill is only 2 pages long.  It is being called the, ‘‘Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013’’.

SEC. 3. PROHIBITING ENFORCEMENT OF PPACA AND  HCERA.

The Secretary of the Treasury, or any delegate of the
Secretary, shall not implement or enforce any provisions
of or amendments made by Public Law 111–148 or 111– 152.

With all of the recent scandals targeting conservatives and Tea Party non-profits, complete and total incompetence and out of control wasteful spending by the IRS, how could anyone trust them to enforce Obamacare?

The House is expected to hold a vote on the bill before Congress goes on their August recess. Make sure to call your Congressman.

WTF: IRS Sent 23,994 Refund Checks to ‘Unauthorized’ Aliens at Same Address in Atlanta and Sent 8,393 Refund Checks to Same Bank Account

IRS, TOO BIG TOO SUCCEED …  ARE YOU KIDDING ME … MAYBE THE IRS SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO FRAUDULENT REFUNDS VS. TARGETING CONSERVATIVES!!!

As reported by CNS News, the IRS sent 23,994 refund checks totaling $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers at the same address in Atlanta. HUH? How is that possible? Seriously, are you telling me that the IRS does not have a database that triggers a red flag when multiple refunds are sent to one address? The hell with multiple, how about setting the trigger to 100? Let’s face it, the American tax payers are being robbed blind and the IRS could care less. Instead, they target the Tea Party, they promote those who committed illegal targeting, they pissed away millions on conventions and they provide bonuses to their own. But God forbid they actually run a competent ship. Just curious, how does anyone at the IRS get a bonus checks for $70 million when they incompetently sent 23,994 refund checks totaling $46,378,040 to one address? And this is the organization that is going to be in charge of Obamacare. GOOD GRIEF!!! Just how much incompetence, scandal and mismanagement of tax payer’s $’s needs to be uncovered before the Congress has the guts to abolish the IRS?

I guess this is what Barack Obama considers as people paying their fair share of taxes and the redistribution of wealth.

The Internal Revenue Service sent 23,994 tax refunds worth a combined $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers who all used the same address in Atlanta, Ga., in 2011, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA).

That was not the only Atlanta address theoretically occupied by thousands of “unauthorized” alien workers receiving millions in federal tax refunds in 2011. In fact, according to a TIGTA audit report published last year, four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to “unauthorized” aliens were in Atlanta.

The IRS sent 11,284 refunds worth a combined $2,164,976 to unauthorized alien workers at a second Atlanta address; 3,608 worth $2,691,448 to a third; and 2,386 worth $1,232,943 to a fourth.

As stated at Biz Pac Review, nor is the problem limited to Atlanta or even Georgia. Similar examples can be found all over the country.

Although that single Atlanta address was perhaps the most egregious example, it was by no means the only one. As it turns out, “four of the top ten addresses to which the IRS sent thousands of tax refunds to ‘unauthorized’ aliens were in Atlanta,” as reported by CNS News.

Nor is the problem limited to Atlanta or even Georgia. Similar examples can be found all over the country. Here in South Florida, the IRS sent 1,972 refunds to “unauthorized” recipients totaling $2,256,302, all going to a single address in Palm Beach Gardens.

Other cities hard hit with thousands of refunds going to a single address include Oxnard, Calif., Raleigh, N.C., Phoenix, Ariz., San Jose, Calif. and Alvin, Calif. In each case, millions in improper IRS refunds were sent to one residence.

As Protein Wisdom sarcastically posts, COME ON, now! You can’t really blame the IRS!! They had other pressing priorities, like harassing TEA Party groups with $2,000 budgets.

These SOB’s actually have the audacity to go after law abiding Americans and harass other tax payers with intimidating demand letters and they sent  23,994 refund checks totaling $46,378,040 to “unauthorized” alien workers at the same address. The IRS does not need to be audited, THEY NEED TO BE ABOLISHED!!!  This is what happens when something becomes too big and has no controls in place. For decades upon decades the IRS has been allowed to be judge, jury and executioner. They have been allowed to intimidate and treat people to be guilty until proven innocent.  This is simply unacceptable. THE IRS NEEDS TO BE ENDED NOW.

Losing the Youth Vote … Obama’s Job Approval Falls 17 Points With those Age18 to 29 … Scandals, Scandals, Scandals

It finally appears that Barack Obama has lost that loving feeling of the youth vote.

Yesterday we reported that Barack Obama’s job approval in a recent CNN poll fell to 45%. However, further looking into the numbers revealed an even more glaring loss of support. Obama’s approval rating fell 17 points to 48% with those who are age 18 to 29. So what’s the reason for the drastic drop with the youth? Could it be that they finally realize that they will be paying a disproportionate share for Obamacare? Could it be that they realize they have a mountain of college debt and no job? Probably not as they have had a time to digest these fiascos under Obama. Most likely it is because they realize that Barack Obama was not the one they had been waiting for and was no different that any other lying president. The scandals are starting to even affect the young. The IRS scandal and NSA are probably highest on the list of the multiple scandals.  Obama stated as a candidate he would stop wire tapping and spying on legal Americans (VIDEO); however, the youth have recently learned a much different story. Today’s youth are more wired in to the internet, Facebook and social media than any other age group. Now they realize that the president who said they would not be spied on is doing the unthinkable, spying on them. It’s time for today’s youth to grow up and understand, the “One” they had been waiting for, was not. It’s always difficult for the idealistic young to realize that their hero is nothing more than Richard Nixon.

Have all the scandals become too much even for today’s youth? They appear to have lost trust in Obama, I guess they no longer believe, in Obama, they trust.

Even more surprising: The overall decline in his approval rating was partially fueled by a plunge in support from younger Americans, a huge base of Obama’s support.

Last month, nearly two-thirds of those in the 18-29 age group gave the president a thumbs up. His approval rating among that bracket fell 17 points in Monday’s poll and now stands at 48%.

“One explanation may be that younger Americans are more likely to feel they are personally affected by the surveillance programs,” said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. “More than half of all senior citizens, for example, think that the government has not collected their personal information, and since older Americans are less likely to use the Internet, they may be right. Among younger Americans, two-thirds believe that the federal government has gathered their personal data.”

More Analysis from CNN: Obama overseas, poll numbers under water

This administration has gotten pretty good at riding the ebbs and flows of poll numbers,” said chief national correspondent for The New York Times Magazine Mark Leibovich. “In the second term it’s easier to sort of, not shrug it off,  but certainly to ride it out a little bit.”

“The president’s trend line on his popularity, and the level of trust that Americans have for him, is going down, right as many Americans feel the economy is starting to recover, and their perception’s about the economy’s starting to go up,” said CNN contributor and former senior adviser to Mitt Romney Kevin Madden.

The Week has 3 reasons why Obama, White House an Dems should be concerned.

  • Obama’s base is wavering
  • The trust problem could grow
  • GOP attacks are starting to stick

ACLU Files Lawsuit Challenging NSA’s Patriot Act Phone Surveillance Against We the People … Violates Americans’ Constitutional Rights of Free Speech, Association & Privacy

Once again we are witness to a government that has become just too big.

As reported at the New York Times, the ACLU has filed a aw suit against the federal government challenging the NSA’s phone surveillance against “We the People”. In an interesting twist, the left leaning ACLU has filed a law suit against the far-Left Obama administration over the collection of logs of domestic phone calls of all Americans where they were the target of an investigation or suspected of terrorism or not. The law suit names Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, NSA Director Keith Alexander, Attorney General Eric Holder, Defense Secretary Charles Hagel and FBI Director Robert Mueller III as defendants. It is pretty bad when the ACLU is forced to sue the Obama administration over such an issue, or face a complete lack of credibility.

ACLU

The American Civil Liberties Union sued the Obama administration on Tuesday over its “dragnet” collection of logs of domestic phone calls, contending that the once-secret program — whose existence was exposed last week by a former National Security Agency contractor — is illegal and asking a judge to stop it and order the records purged.

The lawsuit could set up an eventual Supreme Court test. It could also focus attention on this disclosure amid the larger heap of top secret surveillance matters revealed by Edward J. Snowden, the former N.S.A. contractor who came forward Sunday to say he was their source.

I have personally disagreed with many actions in the past and inactions by the ACLU, who is supposed to defend all Americans civil liberties. However, I have to give them credit here. The ACLU filed a law suit charging that the program violates Americans’ constitutional rights of free speech, association, and privacy.  It is troubling that the US government thinks that it can just sweep up all data without any cause of legal search and seizure. It is even more eye opening that Barack Obama when he was Senator and candidate Obama ridiculed and vilified this program. When he became president, the program went on steroids.

In the wake of the past week’s revelations about the NSA’s unprecedented mass surveillance of phone calls, today the ACLU filed a lawsuit charging that the program violates Americans’ constitutional rights of free speech, association, and privacy.

This lawsuit comes a day after we submitted a motion to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) seeking the release of secret court opinions on the Patriot Act’s Section 215, which has been interpreted to authorize this warrantless and suspicionless collection of phone records. [...]

The ACLU’s complaint filed today explains that the dragnet surveillance the government is carrying out under Section 215 infringes upon the ACLU’s First Amendment rights, including the twin liberties of free expression and free association. The nature of the ACLU’s work—in areas like access to reproductive services, racial discrimination, the rights of immigrants, national security, and more—means that many of the people who call the ACLU wish to keep their contact with the organization confidential. Yet if the government is collecting a vast trove of ACLU phone records—and it has reportedly been doing so for as long as seven years—many people may reasonably think twice before communicating with us.

Legal Insurrection reminds us that this was not the first law suit filed when it comes to the NSA data dragnet, Larry Klayman, former chairman of ‘Judicial Watch’ filed one as well.

On Sunday, a similar suit was filed by Larry Klayman, former chairman of Judicial Watch, against President Obama, Eric Holder, Keith Alexander, the NSA and Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam, among others.  The suit claims that the government’s phone surveillance activities “violates the U.S. Constitution and also federal laws, including, but not limited to, the outrageous breach of privacy, freedom of speech, freedom of association, and the due process rights of American citizens.”
