Quinnipiac Poll: President Barack Obama Have Negative Job Approval Rating, 45% – 49%
A new Quinnipiac poll shows that the scandals are starting to take an affect on Barack Obama’s job approval rating.
Drip, drip, drip. President Barack Obama is taking a hit in his job approval rating as a result of the multiply scandals that are taking place in his administration in what was supposed to be the most transparent presidency ever. Obama does not face one scandal, not two scandals, but three scandals at the same time. That is correct, Obama is not facing just one Watergate, he is facing Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate and Media-gate. Of which the scandal with the media has a part A and part B with the AP and the Fox News James Rosen scandals. Also, have we forgot Fast & Furious, how’s that Obama scandal going? According to the most recent Quinnipiac Poll, Obama’s approval rating is down to 45% approval, 49% disapproval. That is down from May when he was at 48% approval and 45% disapproval.
American voters say 76 – 17 percent, including 63 – 30 percent among Democrats, that a special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate charges the Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today. President Barack Obama gets a negative 45 – 49 percent job approval rating, compared to 48 – 45 percent positive in a May 1 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University, conducted before the IRS allegations surfaced.
The president’s biggest drop is among independent voters, who give him a negative 37 – 57 percent score, compared to a negative 42 – 48 percent May 1. He gets a negative 9 – 86 percent from Republicans and a positive 87 – 8 percent from Democrats, both virtually unchanged. Women approve 49 – 45 percent while men give a negative 40 – 54 percent score. Americans are divided 49 – 47 percent on whether Obama is honest and trustworthy, down from 58 – 37 percent, the last time Quinnipiac University asked the question September 1, 2011.
With all that has happened with this president and the scandals that has further made “We the People” trust our government even less, Democrats still support this president in lock-step. I wonder how they would feel if it were they who were targeted? It is truly sad that they cannot see the bigger picture and just follow Obama blindly and drink the Kool-Aid. However, what should be eye opening to Obama and Democrats is that Independents disapprove of Obama’s job by 20%. The most damning scandal for Americans is the IRS scandal. No one likes the IRS and the fact that a government agency has such power with no oversight to destroy Americans, no matter what their political beliefs and opinions may be, is frightening.
Support for an independent prosecutor to probe the IRS issue is 88 – 6 percent among Republicans and 78 – 17 percent among independent voters, 78 – 17 percent among men and 74 – 18 percent among women.
FOX News latest poll has Obama at 45% approval and 51% disapproval.
Reuters/Ipsos latest poll has Obama at 45% approval and 50% disapproval.
Still to come … the pounding that Barack Obama is going to take on the unpopular Obamacare and the IRS’s roll in establishing and enforcing it as the IRS scandal gets deeper and deeper.
Internal Revenue Service Have Identified 88 IRS Employees who may Been Involved with Targeting Conservative Group & Tea Party
IRS … GOING ROGUE??? SOUNDS LIKE IT WAS MORE OF AN ORGANIZED EFFORT.
The following scandal is brought to you by the letters “IRS” and the number “88″.
CNN is reporting that the IRS has informed House GOP investigators that they have identified 88 IRS employees who may have documents and could be implicated in the investigation of the IRS targeting Conservative and Tea Party non-profit groups. Hmm, sounds like there was more than just a few rogue agents? This is the evidence that proves the controversy extends well beyond the mistakes by a few low level “rogue” employees, that was first said. The roof is about to blow off this scandal in a major way.
The Internal Revenue Service has told House GOP investigators they have identified 88 IRS employees who may have documents relevant to the congressional investigation into targeting of conservative groups, according to a congressional source familiar with the investigation.
The IRS asked these employees to preserve all the “responsive documents” on their computers, and it has been in the process of collecting it all to comply with congressional requests for information. The IRS missed its May 21st deadline to turn over documents to the House Ways and Means Committee.
The same source said the IRS argues it missed its deadline because of the scope of documents it is collecting.
The request for documents was a bipartisan one, but Republicans are privately preparing to seize on the fact that if nearly 90 IRS employees may have been somehow involved in this targeting, it is evidence that the controversy extends well beyond the mistakes by a few low level employees.

‘Rogue’ IRS Agent Tax-Exempt Organization Specialist Stephen Seok Who Wrote Threatening Letters to Tea Party Groups gets promotion to “supervisor IRS agent”
Didn’t President Barack Obama promise to hold accountable those at the Internal Revenue Service involved in the targeting of conservative groups? Guess not.
From the Washington Examiner, one time Tax-Exempt Organization Specialist Stephen Seok who signed many of the intimidating letters sent to conservative nonprofits has now been promoted to “supervisor IRS agent.” What a joke. The Cincinnati IRS office had no comment and referred all inquiries to the Washington office. These so-called “rouge” agents are not being punished, in fact, they appear to be rewarded for their actions. If Obama was sincere at all, heads would have been rolling left and right at the IRS. Sorry, but his feigned outrage is nothing more than insincere lip service.
Hmm, I thought Obama said the actions of the IRS were inexcusable and he would not tolerate it? Tolerate it? It was Rewarded, who is he kidding?
President Obama may have promised “to hold the responsible parties accountable” for the Internal Revenue Service targeting of conservative non-profit groups, but one of the agents at the center of the scandal was recently promoted, an IRS source tells The Washington Examiner.
Through 2012, then-Exempt Organization Specialist Stephen Seok signed many of the intimidating letters sent to conservative nonprofits. For example, this January 2012 letter sent to the Richmond Tea Party demanded the date, time and location of all group events, as well as copies of all handouts provided at the events, and the names and credentials of all organizers. Seok also demanded the names of all speakers and the contents of the speeches they made.
According to WXIX-TV/Fox 19 in Cincinnati, Seok is no longer an exempt organization specialist. He has since been promoted to “supervisor IRS agent.”
Former IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman Visited the White House at least 157 Times during the Obama Administration … More Visits Than any Cabinet Member
I guess former IRS commissioner Douglas Shulman was at the White House more than just for the Easter Egg roll.
Some one has some explaining to do to Congress under oath. As reported by the Daily Caller, former IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman visited the White House at least 157 times during the Obama administration. More than any other of Obama’s other trusted adviser or cabinet member. Looks like someone has frequent flier miles at the White House. How could that be? Last week before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Shulman stated that he had visited the White House 118 times during the period of time that the IRS was targeting conservative groups and the Tea Party. Looks like he missed the amount of times in the White House by that much. Interestingly enough, By contrast, Shulman’s predecessor Mark Everson only visited the White House once during four years of service in the George W. Bush administration. Imagine that. But of course its just a coincidence that Schulman was there that oftern and never said a word to the White House about the targeting of the Tea Party. PLEASE! 157 times! As Weasel Zippers opines, It’s almost like the White House and IRS were in cahoots. This is unreal. But we are not supposed to connect the dots and see the obvious. How dare we implicate the White House in the IRS scandal. Sorry, the Obama White House has lost getting the benefit of the doubt anymore.
Shulman’s extensive access to the White House first came to light during his testimony last week before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Shulman gave assorted answers when asked why he had visited the White House 118 times during the period that the IRS was targeting tea party and conservative nonprofits for extra scrutiny and delays on their tax-exempt applications.
By contrast, Shulman’s predecessor Mark Everson only visited the White House once during four years of service in the George W. Bush administration and compared the IRS’s remoteness from the president to “Siberia.” But the scope of Shulman’s White House visits — which strongly suggests coordination by White House officials in the campaign against the president’s political opponents — is even more striking in comparison to the publicly recorded access of Cabinet members.
So, is it 157 or will it go higher?

Students at the University of Colorado – Boulder Sign “Thank You” Card to IRS for Targeting Conservative and Tea Party Groups
What happened to my country?
It is actually frightening that the following occurred in the United States and on a college campus to boot. Individuals actually signed a “Thank You” card to the IRS, thanking them fare targeting, harassing and slow walking the non-profit applications of Conservative and Tea Party groups. This was the brain child of Conservative pundit Caleb Bonham who said, “I was kind of hoping people would look at my card and laugh, but not endorse it.” “That was not the case.” One student said while signing the card, “I love discrimination.” WTF!!! Seriously, would this individuals like love discrimination if they were the ones targeted? Oh, that would be different of course. And who in the hell loves discrimination of any kind? So let’s get this straight, those who signed and agreed with this thank you card agree that Big Government should have the power to destroy anyone who does not agree with them? Is that what this ignoramuses actually think? Of course not because they think they should be afforded a double standard. Maybe the next question should have been if they had ever heard of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights?
Students at the University of Colorado – Boulder (UCB) signed an enormous thank you card to the Internal Revenue Service for its apparent harassment of conservative groups during the lead-up to President Obama’s reelection.
In the viral video, posted on YouTube Tuesday, conservative pundit Caleb Bonham asked students to sign the large card that read “Thank you IRS! Tea Party Deserves it!”
“I’m asking people if they want to sign my board thanking the IRS for targeting conservative tea party and religious organizations,” Bonham explained in the video.
Sadly, this is a result of the brainwashing that today’s youth has received and a completely hateful attitude and disrespect of others. Some how they are to be afforded the rights of “Freedom of Speech” but others are not. BTW, for all those who signed the ‘Thank You” card to the IRS … thanks for your names so that when the GOP is back in power, they can have the IRS target you. According to you, its perfectly AOK.
BTW II: How are those job prospects for all of you so-intelligent college grads these days?
