Former Governor and Vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin blasted Barack Obama for insulting stay-at-home moms comment he made this past week. Obama told a crowd of  female supporters that being a stay-at-home mother is “not a choice we want Americans to make.” Just how clueless could these women possibly be? But this is the kind of divisive crap we continue to get from Obama. Should we be surprised, he is nothing more than a community agitator.  So let’s understand this, a woman has a right to abort a child, but not to make a choice of being a stay-at-home mom, REALLY?

Well that just takes the cake. Sure, Obama’s latest shot across the bow in his own “War on Women” is easily deflected by women like my friends and me testifying to the most precious, irreplaceable seasons of our lives when we were BLESSED to be “stay-at-home moms” (though I don’t remember any of us actually “staying home” in those busiest times of our children’s lives), but Friday’s jab deserves something right back nonetheless. On behalf of former and current stay-at-homers, including my girlfriends who still get together to bake cookies for the bake sale (see photos in my kitchen above), and volunteer to coach kids ball teams, and man the church’s food bank, and entertain latchkey kids, and all that other obnoxiously “housewifey” stuff, the President needs to be spanked.

Barack, do you not know any stay-at-home moms? Are you and Michelle so disconnected from the real world that you think women will accept your intolerant view that we should not have a choice in how we wish to live our lives? You have a way of arrogantly demanding that we fall in line with your sad opinion of today’s American woman. It seems you’d shackle us by your snobbish shunning of one traditional lifestyle choice while taking advantage of power to manifest your liberal view by manipulating public opinion and resources to diminish moms who put career on hold to raise a family. You are really messed up. And you’re so 1960’s.

Yes, the 60’s are calling and they want their ardent yet narrow sexist confines back. See, you just set the women’s movement back a few decades, and I think it’s hilarious because for being the smartest man in the room, you ain’t too smart.

Gallup Poll: Barack Obama’s “Strong Disapproval” Double His “Strong Approval”

WHEN IT ALL ENDS OBAMA WILL BE THE WORST PRESIDENT IN AMERICAN HISTORY …

According to the most recent Gallup poll, Barack Obama’s “strongly disapproval” rating is more than double that of his “strong approval” one. Republicans have gone from 58% strongly disapprove in 2009 to 75% strongly disapprove in 2014. However, the real story may be in the disillusionment of Democrats. In 2009, 65% of Democrats had a strong approval of the Obamamessiah but in 2004 that percentage has dropped to 38%. It would appear that Barack Obama was not the one that they had been waiting for.

Gallup:

Americans are more than twice as likely to say they “strongly disapprove” (39%) of President Barack Obama’s job performance as they are to say they “strongly approve” (17%). The percentage of Americans who strongly disapprove of Obama has increased over time, while the percentage who strongly approve has dropped by almost half.

In the first year of Obama’s presidency, the percentages of Americans who had strong views about the job he was doing were essentially tied, but the strongly negative responses now significantly outweigh the strongly positive ones. The largest segment of Americans today, 39%, strongly disapprove of Obama’s job performance, while 14% moderately disapprove. Another 27% moderately approve, while 17% strongly approve.

Strong disapproval of the president’s job performance has been within 30% to 39% the four times Gallup has asked the question — in 2009, 2010, 2011, and now this year — but has risen by five percentage points since 2011, and by nine points since the first month Obama was in office. At the same time, strong approval has fallen by nine points in the last three years, and by 15 points since January 2009.

President Barack Obama likes to play class warfare and talk about the income divide. However, under Barack Obama the income divide has got worse and American households are getting poorer. According to a recent study by the Russell Sage Foundation, the NY Times reports that the inflation-adjusted net worth for the typical household was $87,992 in 2003, but ten years later, it was only $56,335, or a 36% decline.

Economic inequality in the United States has been receiving a lot of attention. But it’s not merely an issue of the rich getting richer. The typical American household has been getting poorer, too.

The inflation-adjusted net worth for the typical household was $87,992 in 2003. Ten years later, it was only $56,335, or a 36 percent decline, according to a study financed by the Russell Sage Foundation. Those are the figures for a household at the median point in the wealth distribution — the level at which there are an equal number of households whose worth is higher and lower. But during the same period, the net worth of wealthy households increased substantially.

The Russell Sage study also examined net worth at the 95th percentile. (For households at that level, 94 percent of the population had less wealth and 4 percent had more.) It found that for this well-do-do slice of the population, household net worth increased 14 percent over the same 10 years. Other research, by economists like Edward Wolff at New York University, has shown even greater gains in wealth for the richest 1 percent of households..

The Gateway Pundit reminds us of the following, “It should come as no surprise then that Republicans overwhelmingly represent the middle class districts by almost a two-to-one ratio.”

UPDATE I: Sadly the delusional LEFT holds Barack Obama accountable for nothing and it is all George W. Bush’s fault. But then again, what has changed. The Obama blame everybody else crowd but Obama arguments are old and tired. Six years into the Obama presidency and some how the median net worth in 2013 is W’s fault, not Obama’s. I would add it is more than a mere coincidence that everything that Obama has done in his six years in office has made the United States of America a weaker nation. whether it be domestic or foreign policy, Obama has done what many believe is irreparable damage to the US. One would almost say, it would be impossible to get so many things wrong. One might even say it was intentional.

Obama’s sixth year in the White House is shaping up as his worst, and that’s saying something. He’s been in the Oval Office so long that it is obscene to blame his problems on George W. Bush, the weather or racism. Obama owns the world he made, or more accurately, the world he tried to remake.

Nothing important has worked as promised, and there is every reason to believe the worst is yet to come. The president’s casual remark the other day that he worries about “a nuclear weapon ­going off in Manhattan” inadvertently reflected the fear millions of Americans have about his leadership. Not necessarily about a bomb, but about where he is taking the country.

Barack Obama, the Liar in Chief Strikes Again … Health Industry Officials say ObamaCare Related Premiums Will Double in Parts of the Country,

But I thought Obama said under Obamacare our premiums would go down … Not so says  Health Industry Officials.

What would the day be like without out another Barack Obama lie regarding Obamacare? The Hill is reporting that healthcare industry officials are saying that O-care related premiums will double in some parts of the country. This is in direct contrast to what Obama promised and (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius continually spins. As one industry official said, “It’s pretty shortsighted because I think everybody knows that the way the exchange has rolled out … is going to lead to higher costs.” Gee, ya think? Let alone they have missed their mark badly on the number of enrollees, and more importantly, the number of young, healthy, non-subsidy seeking enrollees.

Don’t worry Barack, they won’t find out the truth until it’s too late, Hope & Change, Hope & Change, lower premiums …  ah-ha-ha-ha!!!

Health industry officials say ObamaCare-related premiums will double in some parts of the country, countering claims recently made by the administration.

The expected rate hikes will be announced in the coming months amid an intense election year, when control of the Senate is up for grabs. The sticker shock would likely bolster the GOP’s prospects in November and hamper ObamaCare insurance enrollment efforts in 2015.

The industry complaints come less than a week after Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius sought to downplay concerns about rising premiums in the healthcare sector. She told lawmakers rates would increase in 2015 but grow more slowly than in the past.

“The increases are far less significant than what they were prior to the Affordable Care Act,” the secretary said in testimony before the House Ways and Means Committee.

Her comment baffled insurance officials, who said it runs counter to the industry’s consensus about next year.

“It’s pretty shortsighted because I think everybody knows that the way the exchange has rolled out … is going to lead to higher costs,” said one senior insurance executive who requested anonymity.

Will some benefit from Obama, certainly. But it does not even come close the the amount of people that will be adversely affected. It just goes to show you that if a lie is told long enough and loud  enough, and not questioned in any responsible manner, it can become the truth by an apathetic people. Oh yea, and if you like your healthcare plan and doctor, you will be able to keep them too.

Obama promises the applauding lemmings that their premiums will go down under Obamacare

Remember when Obama said that for those who get their healthcare insurance through their workplace, that through Obamacare your employers would see their premiums decrease by 3000% and would be able to give you a raise? Buying that American? Why do you think Obama has delayed the employer mandate for Obamacare, maybe because that is where an overwhelming majority of Americans receive their healthcare and the premiums would escalate, not go down? Or because your employer would toss you off the plan and onto Obamacare? And maybe, just maybe to get by the 2014 and 2014 elections.
