US tourist John Grady is missing in Aruba …

The U.S. Coast Guard has confirmed that 38 year old John Grady has been missing since Friday, April 3, 2015 in Aruba. According to reports, John Grady from Delray Beach, Florida went out with a kite-board instructor near Hadicurari Beach on the  Northwest side of Aruba on Friday at noon and hasn’t been seen since. He was vacationing with his girlfriend, Danielle. A Coast Guard spokesman said Saturday afternoon, A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter helped Aruba authorities in searching for John Grady.

The U.S. Coast Guard has confirmed that a Delray Beach man is missing in Aruba.

John Grady lives in Delray Beach and was vacationing in Aruba with his girlfriend.

His family says John went out with a kiteboard instructor near Haricurari Beach on Friday at noon and hasn’t been seen since then.

The Coast Guard is sending a helicopter to help in the search for Grady.

Hmm, you all know where Hadicurari Beach is,  this area of Aruba is, it is right by the Fisherman’s Huts. You better watch out Aruba, maybe while searching for John Grady, they may just find Natalee Holloway as well by accident.

Once home to the island’s fishermen, it is a popular spot in Aruba for surfing enthusiasts and the venue for sporting events in Aruba throughout the year.

UPDATE II: Delray Beach man vanishes off coast of Aruba.

On Friday, Grady went missing off the coast of Aruba after a morning of an instructional kite-boarding session with another person, John’s girlfriend wrote in an email.

She said the two were last seen on Hadicurari Beach by other kite-boarders.

The last time she said she had contact with Grady was at 8:15 a.m. Friday

John’s uncle, Patrick Repper, said Grady had gone out on a 10-foot boat. Repper said Grady is the adventurous type.

UPDATE IV: Below are VIDEOS of kite-baording in Aruba of some first timers, not that of missing John Grady. You can see the area where it is down, look how calm the water is. Come on man, really … YOU CANT FIND HIM? Honestly, how difficult could it be to find some one in calm seas? It is the equivalent of someone falling down on water skis. You would have a better shot of running into some one else kite-boarding, paddle-boarding, para-sailing, wake-boarding or swimming than not being found.

No wonder they could never find Natalee Holloway. Maybe they better check if there are any more missing crab traps?

This coming May 30th will mark the 10 year anniversary that Mountain Brook, Alabama teen Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba. Just recently, Dave Holloway, Natalee’s father, called on the Aruba public prosecutor to investigate the tip that his daughter is buried under the Marriott hotel in Aruba. Natales’s body has never been recovered; however, she was declared legally dead in 2012. The tip is that Amsterdam resident Jurrien de Jong claims to have been an eyewitness to her disappearance. In 2005, De Jong regularly visited the Marriott Hotel construction site (picture here) for illegal, drug-related purposes. De Jong claimed that Natalee was buried under the concrete floor of the Marriott Aruba Surf Club late May 2005. Prosecutor Peter Blanken didn’t investigate De Jong’s story because, in his opinion, certain elements didn’t fit. Probably like because it sounded plausible and Aruba certainly did not want to being back the tourist-killing story for Natalee Holloway.

Dave Holloway, Natalee Holloway’s father, has called on the Public Prosecutor to investigate the tip that his daughter is buried under the Marriott hotel in Aruba, the AD reports.

Amsterdam resident Jurrien de Jong claims to have been an eyewitness to her disappearance. According to him, Joran van der Sloot killed the American girl on a closed construction site where a new complex of the Marriott hotel was under construction. De Jong states that he saw Van der Sloot hiding Holloway’s body under the floor of the Marriott Aruba Surf Club Hotel. De Jong was at the construction site that night for illegal, drug-related activities, which is why he did not come forward with his testimony right away.

De Jong, 59, says he has spent a great deal of time and his own money on his efforts. He flew to Aruba three times, where Holloway disappeared on May 30, 2005, gave his testimony under oath and repeatedly shared information with the public prosecutor there. Yet he can’t get justice in Aruba to investigate the spot where, according to him, Holloway’s body has been hidden for ten years.

At that time, he says he regularly visited the Marriott Hotel construction site at night for illegal, drug-related purposes, which is why he did not come forward with his testimony right away. The site is near the Holiday Inn where Holloway and members of her Mountain Brook, Alabama high school graduation class were registered at on Aruba’s western coast.

De Jong tells the AD that he heard voices at the gate of the construction site on the night of May 30, and quickly hid when he heard the gate open. He later recognized the two as Joran van der Sloot and Natalee Holloway.

“I saw Joran run after Natalee. They go to a small building that is under construction. There is no lower step, so they have to climb to the landing,” he told the newspaper. “What happens after that is unclear. But something must have gone wrong, because some time later Joran comes out with Natalee in his arms. He lays her down, jumps down and pulls her up onto his shoulder. Then he throws her body on the ground.”

De Jong then saw Joran hiding the body under the building, he claims. “He digs an access into the crawl space and drags Natalee inside. After about a minute he reappears, closes the opening with sand and walks back to the gate.”

Dutchman says he saw where Natalee Holloway was buried … Aruba Chief Prosecutor Peter Blanken saw no reason to investigate the witness’ claims.

He decided to come forward in 2008, after seeing a broadcast by Dutch TV crime reporter Peter R. de Vries in which Joran claimed that Natalee died on the beach and was dumped into the ocean. “I knew that Joran was lying and decided to inform the authorities,” he said.

De Jong revisited the site in 2009 and after studying the Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club’s plans, he concluded that the missing American was buried under the staircase of the hotel’s Spyglass Tower. His efforts to have a look at the space by drilling a hole in the hotel floor failed.

He wrote letters to the chief prosecutor in Aruba, the attorney general, the Marriott group and Natalee’s father, Dave Holloway, who remembered smelling a strong decomposing stench at the site. However, justice authorities never searched the area where De Jong claims the body should be. Fire fighters did drain the pond across from the Marriott in July 2005, without results.

Aruba Chief Prosecutor Peter Blanken with whom De Jong had an hour-long conversation saw no reason to investigate the witness’ claims. Blanken referred to certain elements of the story as “implausible” because De Jong was not accurate in his description of the difference in height between Van der Sloot and Holloway, Aruba’s current Chief Prosecutor Eric Olthof told Algemeen Dagblad. He also said that there was insufficient capacity to investigate every tip.

Marriott spokesperson Laura Botelho confirmed to the newspaper that the company had been in touch with De Jong. The company decided to wait for approval of authorities before conducting their own internal inquiry. “As usual, we will cooperate fully with the authorities if they start an official investigation,” she said.

My person opinion is, that although Natalee Holloway may very well have been murdered at the Marriott construction sight, she was most likely moved, put in the case and the dumped in the ocean that would have made in nearly impossible to find.

In just another example of the world has gone mad, convicted killer Joran Van der Sloot was married his Peruvian girlfriend conjugal squeeze Leidy Figueroa on Friday morning at the Peruvian prison that the “Little Sporter” is being held for murder. John Barrera, Mayor of Ancón District, presided over the ceremony. How special, maybe his mom Anita could have a first dance to “Psycho Killer”.  It gets even worse, Figueroa is pregnant with this dirt-bags child.  Van der Sloot is currently serving a 28 year prison sentence for the murder of Stephanie Flores and is the prime suspect for all common sense thinking people in the disappearance and death of Alabama teen, Natalee Holloway who went missing in 2005 on Aruba.

A marriage made in Hell

Joran van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of U.S. teen Natalee Holloway, married his pregnant Peruvian girlfriend Friday in a ceremony at the maximum-security prison where he is serving 28 years for murdering a woman he met in a Lima casino.

Van der Sloot, 26, wed Leidy Figueroa, 24, in a private ceremony. Prison officials prohibited video and photos during the midday nuptials and none of the groom’s relatives attended, said his attorney, Maximo Altez.

Wearing a tailored suit and dress shoes sent by his mother, Van der Sloot told his bride, who is seven months pregnant, that after he is released from prison, “‘I want to marry you again,’ and she told him the same,” said John Barrera, who officiated the wedding as mayor of the city of Ancon, where the prison is located.

Just sick. This murderer snuffs out the lives of 18 year old Natalee Holloway and 21 year old Stephanie Flores and he is allowed to have a life,  get married and have children. I wonder where Joran Van der Sloot wedding registry was … Murderers R Us? Maybe Joran and Leidy can honeymoon in Aruba?

We are still looking for confirmation as to whether Joran’s new wife took out the phrase “unto death do us part” from the wedding vows, for obvious reasons.

The Dutch national, who is serving a 28-year sentence for the killing of Stephany Flores — married a Peruvian woman named Leidy Figueroa on Friday morning, his attorney told CNN en Espanol.

The nuptials took place at the Lima, Peru, prison where the 26-year-old van der Sloot is being held, according to the lawyer, Maximo Altez. John Barrera, Mayor of Ancón District, presided over the ceremony.

Van der Sloot is expected to become a father in September, when Figureoa is due to give birth to their child together, Altez said.

But just like he won’t have a honeymoon anytime soon, van der Sloot won’t be around to change diapers after the baby heads home.

Even his mother these days refuses to have contact with Joran as she believes his is sick in the head. Ta think? Although she still is in denial that he had anything to do with the death of Natalee Holloway, she does believe he did murder Stephany Flores. Anita claims that days before he went to Peru, Joran was supposed to be committed to a psychiatric facility in Holland. Sorry Anita, Joran Van der Sloot did not need mental help after the death of his father or Nataee Holloway, this killer needed help long before that.

Just one more vindictive poke in the eye to Natalee Holloway’s Family …

May 2005 Natalee Holloway goes missing in Aruba while on vacation with other teens from Mountainbrook, Alabama and Joran van der Sloot was and still is the primary suspect in all rational thinking people’s minds in her disappearance and death. Five years to the day that Natalee went missing, May 2010 Joran van der Sloot murders 21 year old Stephany Flores and later confesses to the crime and is eventually found guilty and sentenced to 28 years in prison in Peru. Now May 2014, Joran van der Sloot through his attorney tells the world that the sociopath is getting married  in a couple of weeks to  23 year old Leydi Carol Figueroa Uceda, who is pregnant with his child. Coincidence, hardly.

Sadly, neither Natalee Holloway nor Stephany Flores will ever be able to experience the joys of marriage or being a parent. Yet this sociopath is allowed to do both. One day there will be a reckoning Joran and it will not be pretty.

He’s serving a 28-year sentence for killing a Peruvian woman. He’s also the main suspect in the disappearance of an American teenage girl. But these days, Joran van der Sloot is more focused on his wedding plans than his legal situation.

Maximo Altez, van der Sloot’s Peruvian defense attorney, told CNN the 26-year-old Dutch national is getting married “in late May or early June” to a Peruvian woman he befriended in the prison in which he’s being held in Lima, the capital.

“They met when she was visiting a relative in prison. They became friends and spent a lot of time together in his cell,” Altez said. “Unlike The United States, here in Peru loved ones or relatives can see inmates inside their jails.”

Joran van der Sloot is scheduled to be released on June 10, 2038; but according to his attorney the 28 year sentence can be reduced considerably “for good behavior.” However, Van der Sloot is then supposed to be extradited to the United States to face extortion charges. Some have speculated that Joran is marrying his prison conjugal visit partner to help him become a Peru citizen and some how lessen his chances for extradition to the US. However, as stated above by HLN correspondent Jean Casarez, there is no benefit for Van der Sloot to get married. So why? Can you just say spite from the sociopath and one more way to harass Beth Holloway and Natalee’s family. It is not lost that this is the anniversary of her death and disappearance.

Peru Agrees to Extradite Joran van der Sloot to United States in 26 years in 2038 for Federal Extortion & Wire Fraud Charges in Connection with Disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba

Joran Van der Sloot, you can run, but you can’t hide … Peru has agreed to extradite Joran van der Sloot to the United States.

Joran Van der Sloot will be contradicted to the United States in 2038. Peru confirmed Sunday it will extradite Dutch convicted killer Joran Van der Sloot, serving a 28-year sentence here for murdering a young Peruvian woman, Stephany Flores, to the United States in 2038. Joran Van der Sloot murdered Stephany Flores five years to the day that he was also accused of killing Natalee Holloway in Aruba.  Van der Sloot, the prime suspect in the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway, will be extradited to the United States, but only after he serves his sentence in Peru first. A federal grand jury in the United States indicted Van der Sloot on charges of extortion and wire fraud.

That’s how much time will pass before the prime suspect in the disappearance of American Natalee Holloway faces the American justice system.

Peru has agreed to extradite Joran van der Sloot to the United States, but only after he finishes serving a 28-year murder sentence, the Peruvian news agency Andina reported. The Peruvian court system sentenced him in 2012.

In the United States he’s been indicted on federal charges of extortion and wire fraud. American authorities accuse him of extorting money from Holloway’s mother by offering bogus information about her daughter’s disappearance.
