Rita Cosby’s forth coming book about Anna Nicole Smith, “Blond Ambition”: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death, has some major bombshells. The book alleges that Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead, the two men who battled for custody of her baby girl and control of her fortune were gay lovers. YIKES! Both Stern and Birkhead are denying the allegations. Larry Birkhead has threatened to sue. One thing is for certain … the book “Blonde Ambition” will get all the free publicity in the world after these allegations have been put forth.
Smith’s attorney and constant companion Howard K. Stern and her former lover Larry Birkhead deny those allegations, revealed yesterday by the New York Daily News. The paper obtained a copy of former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby’s new book, “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death,” which describes how Anna Nicole and a friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with “their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home.”
Two Men and a Baby: Book’s shock claims: Stern, Birkhead were gay lovers, cut deal for cash. Is Birkhead gay as this tell-all book claims? According to accounts this has not been the first time that this allegation was made against Larry Birkhead. Birkhead claimed he was going to sue over that one too and never did.
Quoting a source, the Daily News reported it confirmed the existence of a sex video of the two men that the book cites.
“Stern is portrayed is Cosby’s book as a jealous, money-grabbing control freak who manipulates the erratic blond beauty’s celebrity status for his own financial gain,” the paper reported, adding that the book alleges Stern acted as her “pharmacist,” keeping a “goodie bag” of meds including Vicodin, Valium, morphine and Demerol in close reach.
Even in death, the Anna Nicole Smith story does not go away. The allegations
described in “Blonde Ambition” seem to be a mere peek into what was the bizarre life and times of the former Anna Nicole and the life style that eventually took her life. The sexual allegations between Stern and Birkhead are eye popper.
Sordid passages in the soon-to-be released book by former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby describe how Anna Nicole and her friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home.
Jackie Hatten, described in the book as one of Anna Nicole’s closest friends, said the men were engaged in oral sex.
“Their bodies were intermingled,” Hatten says, according to a copy of the book obtained by the Daily News. “It was obvious what was happening.” (NY Daily News)

Anna Nicole Smith Autopsy Finally Revealed … Died of Accidental Drug Overdose
The much anticipated autopsy of Anna Nicole Smith has been finally revealed to the public. The autopsy reveals that Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose. Natural causes? Of course this does not mean that negligence may have not been involved. How convenient that mother and son die of the same cause about 6 months apart.
Anna Nicole Smith was on nine prescription medications that killed her in an accidental drug overdose, authorities said Monday, six weeks after the 39-year old former Playboy Playmate died in a hotel room.
“The cause of death was combined drug intoxication,” said Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper. “It looks like of she died of natural causes.”
Natural causes? You mean just like her son dying of an accidental overdose as well earlier this year? Who prescribes 9 medications that might interact in an adverse way? Who allows or enables one to take such medication in the first place? Didn’t Anna Nicole Smith have people who were paid to look out after her and handle her affairs?
The Stories are Flying as to How Anna Nicole Smith Died,Toxic Level of Sleep Medication is the Word
The autopsy is supposed to be finally released on this coming Monday as to the cause of 
death of Anna Nicole Smith according to a press conference from Medical Examiner, Dr. Joshua Perper . Its about time, its not like they have not had the results for weeks. The buzz and rumors out their is that Anna Nicole Smith died of a lethal and toxic level of sleep medication, chloral hydrate.
At therapeutic doses (and without the introduction of alcohol and other depressants), chloral produces few negative side effects and is competent in promoting sleep. Although chloral hydrate is still encountered today, its use has declined with the introduction of other barbiturates.
Toxic level of sleeping medication? Blood infections? Non-sterile needles? 105 degree temperature? Didn’t Anna Nicole Smith pay people to handle her?
Anna Nicole Smith died of a lethal level of a potent sleep medication, but she had a raging blood infection that could have killed her had she not overdosed, an exclusive report revealed yesterday.
Smith took the speedy sleep-inducer chloral hydrate, which is sometimes used in “date rape” drugs, the night of Feb. 7 and never woke up, according to a joint investigation by sister publications the National Enquirer and the Star.
In its most stunning disclosure, the report says Smith’s life might have been saved had she simply gone to a hospital rather than treating her severe fever, nausea and other infection symptoms on her own. (Daily News)
Publications are also stating that Anna Nicole Smith’s infection that caused a 105 degree temperature was apparently caused from a non-sterlized needle. All this under the steady care of Howard K. Stern. Maybe Howard K. Stern can explain what was the importance of having Anna Nicole Smith get on a plane so ill and why he left her alone in a hotel room. Maybe a doctor or a hospital might have been the answer? You really took care of her well, didn’t you?
The ENQUIRER learned that just before she left the Bahamas for Florida on February 5, three days before she died, Anna Nicole received an injection in her left buttock.
Tests did not reveal what that substance was.
“As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection,” said a source with knowledge of the case. “The needle wasn’t sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly.” (Star Magazine)
