RSSAruba: Aruba Airport Authority and American Airlines Join Lawsuit against Valero Employee Strike
What are Valero employees doing that is any different than American tourists who have an issue with an Aruban entity? The answer nothing. Using their rights to strike to exact an outcome. From the looks of the most recent Valero employee strike the vacation money making crowd in Aruba are banding together against them. Delayed fights in Aruba, just one more lasting impression for tourists from, “One Happy Island”.
What is the difference between Valero employees or US tourists striking, protesting, boycotting or using personal choice against something they deem improper?
The judge ruled in favour of 15 employees yesterday morning, after Valero had tried to stop the strike twice in one week via a lawsuit. Aruba Airport Authority (AAA) and airline company American Airlines (AA) have joined Valero in the second lawsuit, because they could notice the consequences of the strike. Last Saturday, 15 flights were delayed due to the strike. AAA also expects delays this weekend. (Amigoe)

They revealed that already one day after Holloway was declared missing, a medplane (medical plane or ambulance-plane) from the US arrived on Reina Beatrix airport and was stationed for a few days in the area of the airport where private jets park. Nothing strange about that on the surface, except that the crew (two pilots, a doctor and a nurse) knew nothing about why they were there. Gielen and Van Stapele also discovered that the plane landed without authorization and was also not registered by the Aruban authorities, while the mysterious landing – even though it was reported to the police in an official unsigned written testimony -was subjugated by the corps to the investigation only months later. This is also the case for other testimonies.
The article that has been previously published in Amigoe has so many inconsistencies and remarkable comments that it actually needs to be dissected one nonsensical paragraph at a time. Everyone needs to actually think what they are saying and better yet what Aruba would have allowed in order for this to be true. A plane was allowed to land without authorization.

Well AMERICA, we know know what Aruba really thinks of Americans. Their 
incompetence, corruption and cover up of a crime upon am American tourist is your fault. It’s everyones fault, but theirs. The below article would actually be laughable if it were not for one important fact. There is a teenager named Natalee Holloway missing and considered by most dead. Who on earth gave you people this advice to attack an American family, the FBI and teenagers on the eve of the birth of America. Brilliant … simply brilliant!
In the 2+ years that we have covered the case of Natalee Holloway, I thought that we had seen and heard it all. Now comes some of the most nonsensical, ridiculous and foolish garbage that has yet been printed. Maybe Aruba would like to explain why they feel the need to investigate the family and friends of Natalee more than the actual people who were suspects in this case?
You are blaming the family of a missing girl for your screw ups and cover ups. Honestly, by the words printed in this article and the feelings and comments expressed in it … No American ever need step foot on Aruba ever. They have let everyone know just how little they think of you.

Aruban Prime Minister In Defeat Still Does not Understand Freedom of the Press (Oduber loses to Diario)
Aruban PM Nelson Oduber loses his court case against Diario for “insultation and slurring on his integrity”. I know that there is a joke and at least the reference of an oxymoron within that statement. Aruban PM Oduber, you can thank your lucky stars you do not hold a political position in the US with the thin skinned reaction you have to how the media criticizes and scrutinizes you and your party. New-flash … in a democracy the Press is not supposed to agree with a political party and carry its water, that would be called propaganda. The Press is supposed to act as a watch-guard for the people.

Oduber’s reaction is that he will not appeal. “I have lost enough time in this case already. It has become clear to me that everybody can publish anything they want about the government, and not be prosecuted. We have actually been outlawed.”
Are you joking? At this point after PM Oduber made this comment, Oduber began to sing, “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina”. Oduber, your drama is astounding. You are a politician, people will always disagree with your position and question it. That is what is supposed to occur in a DEMOCRACY.
