Missing Caylee Anthony: Orlando Investigators Remove Evidence from Car of George Anthony (Update: Gun Removed)

More eye opening events occurred at the Anthony home early this morning. At 2:45am this morning investigators went to the Anthony home and removed evidence from the vehicle owned by George Anthony. Investigators armed with a search warrant searched the vehicle of Casey Anthony’s dad, George. Obviously the police found what they had been searching for as they removed items in a paper bag.

Watch VIDEO from this mornings search from WFTV.

2:45 a.m. Investigators traveled to the Anthony home and removed evidence from a vehicle owned by Anthony’s father, George Anthony. Deputies were seen removing the contents of the spare-wheel well and taking at least one item as evidence.

Just yesterday Casey Anthony was once again released from jail out on bail. Casey was greeted by an angry Orlando public as she posted bail for the second time. The crowd chanted “baby killer” as Casey Anthony walked a free woman for now from the Orange County, FL jail. One may want to speculate and question why and where all of a sudden did the Anthony’s come up with $50K to bail Casey out of jail.

Appears that investigators found what they were looking for …

So what were investigators searching for in the Anthony’s vehicle? Looks to be George’s gun. Although police claim the weapon had nothing to do with Casey, it obviously has some connection to either the case or the present state of affairs inside the Anthony residence.

Also, early Saturday morning, Orange County deputies removed a gun from the trunk of a car belonging to Casey’ father, George Anthony. Such a discovery on the Anthony property could have imperiled Casey Anthony’s release from jail, but a spokesman for Orange County Corrections said that a judge ruled that Casey presumably had nothing to do with the weapon.

UPDATE I: Gun Taken From Anthony Home

News 13 has learned a gun was taken from the home of the grandparents of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony early Saturday morning.

The Orlando Sentinel reported Saturday Orange County deputies were seen taking something from the spare tire well in George Anthony’s car.

A spokesman with the Orange County Corrections Department told News 13 they received a tip sometime between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. Saturday of a handgun present on the Anthonys’ property.

So what? There are bins in the Anthony’s garage? You obviously don’t have a garage. Why am I not surprised…..
      ________________________
SM: Many have plastic bins in their garage we are very aware of that. It does appear that the Anthony’s utilize bins more than most. Just saying it would be very convenient to put a small dead child in a bin for transport. (klaasend)

How did you arrive at “It does appear that the Anthony’s utilize bins more than most.”? Is there some howmanyplasticbinsdoyouhave.com poll that I’ve missed?

Jesus Christ….. and plastic bags! And cardboard boxes! Maybe Casey put her in the garbage and curb-sided her for pickup! Maybe she ate her. Are there any big pots in the house?

If you’re so desperate for something to say, feel free to pick from the above preposterousness..

3 years ago I was watching the news about Natalee Holloway.. Kept seeing the bizarre behaviour of the Sloots , Kalpoes and cops.. I was sick from watching what Natalee’s family had to deal with in Aruba.. Wasn’t enough their daughter was taken from them for no good reason..but then having to battle a system that seemed to not give a damn at all about victims or tourists and appeared to be covering up for locals. Why in the world would a country that relies on tourism send out liar after liar and treat a victim/tourist this way? I was sooo mad , came online and typed in Natalee’s name and found this site.. Couldn’t believe how many people felt the same way I did, watching the same thing.. I was so glad I found it. I gave Dompig the benefit of a doubt until he was proven to be an a$$ just like the previous ones. Julia Renfro bunch of liars… I seldom use her name because we all know who she lies for. Their whole point was to put out lies about the victims. It was even more bizarre than this case.. still is and they know what happened to Natalee. Anyone seen Natalee since her last night in Aruba with those 3..nope, enough said. Oh, Paulus and Anita remember Natalee Holloway?

When I see the stuff about Caylee’s family and behaviour.. its so disgusting. Tim Miller last night was right.. What mother in her right mind would leave their child with a babysitter and not have an address , name, phone number to reach her at.. ? Noone ever seen this babysitter, talked to the babysitter, has a phone number for the babysitter? Just new lies added everyday and more weird stuff.. I was sooo glad 20/20 didn’t have that family on last night.. Even have the liars coming out on blogs attacking people under phoney names on this case. I left the girl at the hotel and she fell, pushed Joran and the guards got her, I left her on the beach, I left Caylee with the babysitter and went back and the babysitter was gone, I was attacked in the park by the babysitter and her sister and they took Caylee.. Wouldn’t you like to see all these people on truth serum or a lie detector.. ?

      What’s wrong, Lazal Bel?

      Touch a nerve?

      .

Again, I didn’t say that Natalee WAS eaten. I was talking about the girl at the rocks. I don’t think it was Natalee. Just another ‘now you see it, now you don’t trick from Aruba; with special narration by Oduber, himself.

      .

I wonder how much THAT cost?

….Would appear as if the noose is getting tighter….

Pretty good idea to have any firearms removed in case George flips out again from all the protestors on his front lawn and decides to shoot one…. Looks like the “baby killer” signs, etc. are getting to them. Funny how the truth hurts. Not funny how their daughter Casey has no idea what truth is. She knows it, refuses to cooperate. Makes bystanders soo angry when Tim Miller and 800+ people are out there in the muck & animal infested swamps every day looking for this child.

Hide in that house! You are prisoners of it now….How’s the nightmare going??

Why go all out to advertise the gun being in the home now? It’s obvious the person who made the investigators aware, knew of it’s existence the first time around, when Casey was charged with obstruction and harming her baby…which is far worse than stealing money, at least in the minds of most.

    9. jeanie on September 6th, 2008 5:24 pm

unless it’s newly acquired. there must be a reason george and cindy got themselves a more high powered lawyer than casey has. I think cindy is out to protect casey and knows it may land her in hot water. She’s definitely chosen casey over her grand daughter and is trying to rid herself of the guilt from betraying Caylee by dumping it on everyone else; we’re all horrible, the police are horrible, equusearch is horrible unless we try to find a living child. Something she wants but knows she’s never going to get, and the best misdirection from her daughter’s actions.

remember Occam’s razor: “All other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best.”

What mother of a 3-yr old isn’t frantic when she can’t find her child ? The baby was cramping her style, which can best be described as “stick in in me quick.” Once the grandparents realized that their daughter was a murderer, they decided that they would help her avoid prosecution. These grandparents need to go down. Let Casey ride Old Sparky. Let the grandparents spend a few years in the Crossbar Motel. This is what our society does to BABY KILLERS !!!

I keep thinking about how Casey shows no emotion.

I bet she has a stash of hidden pills in her bedroom.

      Patti:

Yeah, that “steel magnolia” line was enough to call in the barf wagons. How dramatic ! Not!
      ————————————————-
Casey displays no emotion or remorse…inside she should be shaking in her boots knowing what awaits her. There isn’t a jury in the land or the best criminal attorney on the face of the earth that can get her out of this. And she knows it. She’s walking in a dead woman’s shoes…her life will NEVER be the same and every hard-core Con in the clink will make her life a living hell…isolation or not. No sympathy for someone as cold-hearted not only to do this to her child, but to give everyone the “OJ” lie about how hard she’ll look for her daughter! BS!!

I doubt it has anything to do with pills… psycho paths have n heart or feelings… the grandparents are in denial they know she killed caylee…
I have said this over and over!!! if one of my daughters killed a grandchild of mine.. I would give them the same mercy that was given to caylee… none….and trust me I love my daughters but this is totaly unforgivable… thats why casey is so sick in the head..!!!!

      Casey and Cindy?

      What is a psychotic disorder?
A psychotic disorder is a mental illness that causes abnormal thinking and perceptions. Psychotic illnesses alter a person’s ability to think clearly, make good judgments, respond emotionally, communicate effectively, understand reality, and behave appropriately. People with psychotic disorders have difficulty staying in touch with reality and often are unable to meet the ordinary demands of daily life.

The most obvious symptoms of a psychotic disorder are hallucinations and delusions. Hallucinations are sensory perceptions of things that aren’t actually present, such as hearing voices, seeing things that aren’t there, or feeling sensations on the skin even though nothing is touching the body. Delusions are false beliefs that the person refuses to give up, even in the face of contradictory facts. Schizophrenia is an example of a psychotic disorder.

      What is shared psychotic disorder?
Shared psychotic disorder is also known as folie a deux (“the folly of two”). It is a rare condition in which an otherwise healthy person (secondary case) shares the delusions of a person with a psychotic disorder (primary case), such as schizophrenia, who has well-established delusions. For example: A person with a psychotic disorder believes aliens are spying on him or her. The person with shared psychotic disorder will also begin to believe in spying aliens. The delusions are induced in the secondary case and usually disappear when the people are separated. Aside from the delusions, the thoughts and behavior of the secondary case usually are fairly normal.

This disorder usually occurs only in long-term relationships in which one person is dominant and the other is passive. In most cases, the person in whom the delusions are induced is dependent on or submissive to the person with the psychotic disorder. The people involved often are reclusive or otherwise isolated from society and have close emotional links with each other. The disorder also can occur in groups of individuals who are closely involved with a person who has a psychotic disorder.

Casey snorts alot of cocaine, chrysal meth and ice. She doesn’t fall far from the tree. IMO either one of them could have done it. And, like Neson Oduber, Charles is embarrassed.

I fear for all of them.

This case reminds me so much of Diane Downs. In the 80s Ann Rule wrote a book called “Small Sacrifices” that was later made into a TV movie. Diane shot her three children because her current boyfriend didn’t want to be bothered with her children. The surviving daughter’s testimony that her mother shot her largely got her convicted. She is now rotting in jail and I believe that will be Casey’s fate too. If not, I hope she will be introduced to Joran VDS. He’ll take care of her.

I have a friend in a very similar situation as Cindy. Young adult daughter with a 4 year old. The grandma has been the one to arrange for the little girl’s day care and babysitters since she was born. The daughter is just not responsible enough. Grandma is the one who gets the calls from day care if her grandchild gets sick or needs something. How could the Anthony’s not have the babysitters location or phone number? How did they think Casey was paying for a sitter? Did they actually think she was going to work? Who did her taxes? My husband did our daughters taxes for a few years after college. It makes no sense. Where in the world was Casey going when she left with Caylee everyday?

My friend had her daughter in classes for troubled teens. Since Cindy called her daughter a sociopath did she try to find help for her? Did Casey finish high school?

I pray that Caylee is found just as I pray for Natalee and her family each day.

I wonder if Cindy is still working or has gone on disability..maybe she is being investigated for the chloroform….or should be!!!

There should not be a gun anywhere around the Anthony’s residence but it was taken as evidence…hmmmmm!!!! George knows better than to have a gun around especially with a tic-tock bomb living in the house…

Just wanted to say that Tim Miller and his volunteers are real heros. The only other time someone wanted EquuSearch to leave was on Aruba when his group supposedly moved some turtle eggs. Shows where their priorities were.

BTW, I think Aruba feels that we have forgotten about Natalee. Within 2 days I received 2 different mailings from them. One line reads “Experience all that Aruba has to offer…plus our Risk-Free Guarantee.” Yeah, right. Can they guarantee that I or my daughters return from their “idyllic island”? I’ve sent back previous mailings with this written note on them: Don’t send me any mailings until Natalee Holloway receives justice. These will be sent back too.

I read on a blog yesterday that Cindy ask Casey when she was 7 mths preg. if she was preg. and she denied it to Cindy. Actually that blue dress
she was wearing at the club made her look preggy. Its time for them to charge her with something else just to piss them all off.

    22. Carson Barnes on September 7th, 2008 8:53 am

This story has two possible endings. One is if Caylee is dead the mother had thirty days to dispose of the body, it could be any where in the U.S., never to be found. The other is after the Anthonys get their millions of dollars for book, movie and interview rights the little girl will show up at the bus terminal with a note pinned to her shirt anouncing “I’m Caylee and I want my mommy”

    23. Terri on September 7th, 2008 7:47 pm

What I don’t understand is the fact that even with Susan Smith claimed that some took her babies…she had a sketch. Why is there no sketch of this babysitter. I am an adult and would have more access to seeing an adult than a child. Let us people of out state help look for an “babysitter kidnapper”….although I don’t believe this is actually the case.

    24. BUN on September 8th, 2008 6:59 am

#22…another possibility for the ending…the child is never found and Casey spends the rest of her life in jail with all the circumstantial evidence that is obvious. That is probably coming up shortly.

    25. lagirlinms on September 10th, 2008 12:02 am

Did you guys see how hard the prosecutor drilled Cindy in the bond hearing about providing proper “Casey sitting” and vouching for adhering to all requirements of bond and home confinement?

      http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/MyFox/pages/sidebar_video.jsp?contentId=7039126&version=1&locale=EN-US

Skip forward to where the prosecutor is questioning Cindy Anthony. The prosecutor heavily questions Cindy’s ability to be fit to provide proper home confinement facilities, ablility to afford bond etc…
Why couldn’t Casey’s bond be revoked because the Anthony’s provided an unfit home confinement situation?
George knew he had a gun. It was made clear to the Anthony’s that no weapons were allowed in the home. Just because he hid the gun in the car trunk and just because Casey was un aware of the gun doesn’t make it OK.
They clearly broke the rules of her bond!
Your vehicle is an extension of your home. There was a weapon in their home.
Cindy testifies “I will follow whatever the courts advises me.”… “I will follow the rules”.
This quote can be found near the very end of this video.
