Yes, you read that correctly. A teacher has accused a 4 year old boy of improper touching and sexual harassment. A 4 year old as public enemy #1. What are they thinking? In a day and age where parents have to worry whether their children are being approached by teachers and having having sex, we get this nonsence. How could a 4 year old know what is sexual or harassment? This is what our schools have been reduced to.
BELL MEAD- A four-year-old hugged his teachers aide and was put into in-school suspension, according to the father. But La Vega school administrators have a different story.
Damascus Blackwell’s four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.
Maybe someone would like to explain how this teacher of the school administration could perceive what a 4 year old does as “intent to be sexual”? What kind of sick people are they? I would really have to worry about an adult teacher who perceives the actions of a 4 year old is sexual. THEY HAVE NO CONCEPT OF IT!!! However, you do. What exactly is going on in your sick minds?
The principal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated “inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment.” (WXXV)
Blackwell says it’s ridiculous that the aide would misread a hug from a four-year-old. Blackwell wrote to administrators demanding that the whole incident be expunged from his son’s academic file because his son is too young to know what it means to act sexually.

Here joe, I’ll take one too. The earth must be slightly tiled on its axis.
It may be worthwhile to dig and delve into the background of this alleged teacher before anything more serious happens, as this person may very well be unfit to teach children of such a tender and innocent age.
Interesting indeed what the teacher is thinking of these children.
there is definitely something out of kilter here, and it isn’t the 4 yr. old.

Not sure I’d agree to look into the background of the teacher, for I would imagine that this has already been done before hiring. Agree.. look to see if there’s been anything that changed since then.
What I would like to know and the article doesn’t state: was the teacher’s dress, ie: top too low for the classroom and would let a 4 year old be sparked to snuggle up or was no cleavage showing and it was a snuggle up. Both would be innocent on the part of the 4 yr. old.
NO doubt he picked it up at home.. ie: whatever he did at school.
Either the teacher is extremely short or was bending over to get that low for a 4 yr. old to see the cleavage or ?? more breast?
The aid and school authorities should be looking out to make sure that the kids don’t fall under the wheels of the bus which is the biggest danger when in line.
Everyone should be happy that the young boy feels happy at school even to do this. So many hate school but usually not at this age. I hope this doesn’t lead him to question teachers actions, smiles, hugs and hate school in the future.

I think the boy should marry the teachers aide. It is the only logical thing to do. He could be a Father at 5. WOW
is this a sick society or not ?????…God have mercy on us.
I think the boy and his parents should sue the school
district. It probably has more to do with the race of the
little guy, than his “racey” behavior.
I think that their remarks having to do with sexual abuse
of children is especially telling. Since when does a child
that is sexually abused change from victim to predator… at
four?!?!?!?!?!?!? I don’t think so.
These people need to find a new line of work!
Well, that is so sick! No, a background check will reveal nothing … however a psych profile (if the Teacher’s Aide is honest)might show that this TA had been a sexual abuse victim in her childhood. But a 5 year old suspended? That is just ignorant. Talk about warping a child AGAINST trusting school teachers!
A background check may very well reveal nothing, I don’t know, and neither does anyone else who says specifically that it will reveal nothing.
But, for the love of Mike, it should be done anyway, just to make sure. Sometimes people fall through the cracks, so let’s find out if she has any cracks that we should be alerted to.
Hmmm, would also kinda like to know what her agenda is. May be wrong, but there seems to be more to the picture than meets the eye, I would suspect.

Hello – sounds like classic “rooting” to me. Nothing more natural that seeking comfort from someone they care about.
Wake up people, breasts are actually “meant” for children, not the adults that make them sexual.
My guess is nothing is sexual here at all, nor inappropriate EXCEPT the standpoint of the Aide and the School board. And these people are in charge of children?
Do they actually know any?

This is a symptom of runaway feminism. If this was a four year old girl there would be no issue. I know that sounds outrageous but its true. Why do they believe that a four year old buy is capable of sexual harassment? Because they are demented.

These so-called women need to pull their heads out of their asses–then get a life. Fire the aide and the principal too! Boy! is the devil going to have fun with these two when he roasts tieir asses. : )
