What has been going on lately?
First we hear that Ralph Crozier, a criminal defense attorney, was arrested for kissing a female judicial Marshal in Waterbury, CT. Although this one sounds a bit like the adult version of a past story where a teacher filing sexual harassment charges against a 4 year old for improper touching.
Crozier said state police investigators told him the marshal did not invite him to kiss her, which was why criminal charges were filed.
“This is the biggest baloney I’ve ever seen in my life,” Crozier said Thursday. “How many tens of thousands of people in Connecticut wished their co-workers and friends `Merry Christmas’ the day before Christmas?”
Then there was a much more more troubling case of a 28 year old high school drama teacher, David Ware. Ware is being charged with the Texas’ peeping-tom law for videotaping girls’ wrestling matches for his sexual enjoyment.
Police said David Ware, 28, often zoomed in for close-up shots of the girls’ crotches.
The first-year speech and drama teacher planned to turn himself in to Grand Prairie police this week on charges of improper visual recording, which carries up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
And then there is the TIGGER slap. What is your reaction to the lovable Tigger taking a swipe at the 15 year old boy? Was it Tiggers fault or was he provoked as Tigger’s attorney claims?

The likelihood of an individual, unprovoked, assaulting another person out of the blue is very unlikely. If the individual in the Tigger costume had a history of assult, he most likely would not be employed at D.W. and there would have been prior events on record at the park.
The more plausible story is that the kid did something to Tigger, which provoked the incident. If Tigger meant to hurt the boy there would have been more of an altercation, beyond the initial slap.
It looked more like Tigger was just brushing the kid away, not punching him as reported.
How unlike a 15 year old to instigate … NEVER.

tigger’s were made for bouncing, not pulling their heads. looks like another frivolous lawsuit to extort money from a major corporation in the making to me.
Honestly -
I had to watch the video multiple
times, because I never saw what was
referred to as a “punch” or “slap.”
Honestly, it looked like an aggressive
brush away to get someone to stop
doing something.

Tigger said that the kid was pulling on the back of his head and it was cutting of his oxegen. I agree … extortion seems to be the way to make $$$ these days. The family probably stopped by McDonald on their way back to the hotel for a big cup of HOT COFFEE.
Ahhhhhh, and “they had saved all their lives for that one vacation” – MY ASS! I hope Disney didn’t give them chit!

Upon another viewing today
I noticed the following things:
1. The kid has a s$#t eatin’ grin on his face
before Tigger opens up the can-o-whup-us a$$.
ha ha haaaa
2. Before Tigger swats him – The kid’s right fist
is balled up & he appears to be gearing up
for a swing at him.
3. Before Tig gives his retaliatory Tiggie Swat, the
kid’s muscle in his right arm is flexed and
tense… like he’s fishing around back there.
Doing something before hand?
4. Who in the hell wears a muscle-tee and
open fingered weight lifting gloves to
friggin DISNEY WORLD any-hoooooo?
Answer: A 15 year old boy, DATS WHOOOOO! LOL

I think you are right on this – that kid is trying to pull Tigger’s head off for the video camera – he probably thought it would make a great addition to his my space page – sort of something cool to make up for his lame trip to Disney with the family !
I noticed the gloves as well and what is hanging from his jeans ? This kid is crying out for some attention !
I hope Disney suspended the employee WITH PAY. This is nonsense. Wake up, Daddy, and pay some attention to this 15 year old lying brat.
