The Monkey that Became President … Monkeys Rule and Today’s Politician’s Drool
The Democrats are in shambles … its time for a “Monkey” to become President …
With Congress at an 11% approval rating, ethics violations not only from former chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee Charlie Rangel but also US Rep Maxine Waters (D-CA) and Barack Obama with a job approval rating sinking out of sight, it’s time for a real individual to take office … Monkey Power!
Where is Nancy Pelosi’s most honest Congress ever? What say you Nancy as another one of your Democrat US Reps faces ethics charges? Will Obama throw Maxine Waters under the bus too as he did Rangel? Will “The One” be saying it’s time for her to bow out gracefully and with dignity as well? Or is the real question be, will Rangel and Waters play the race card.
Throw the bums out of office and elect candidates that will govern of, by and for the people. Some times that person is a “Monkey.”
Monkey’s Rule and politicians drool … The “Scared” Monkey that became President … real hope and change you can believe in.
Would you rather have a monkey up in Washington, d.c.
Or have those people making monkeys out of you and me?
The Monkey That Became President – Tom T. Hall
I was there on the day the monkey came into this world
His face was round and reddish and his hair was slightly curled
He didn’t look too different from the others I had seen
Who’d-a-thought he was the answer to the nation’s dream?
At first he didn’t seem to be intelligent at all
Each time he’d start to walk about he’d stumble and he’d fall
My first impression was to be a most mistaken thought
Lord a’mighty, what’s this little hairy monkey wrought?
Because I witnessed his departure from his mother’s womb
I felt inclined to check his progress every afternoon
One day the keeper of the zoo called in the live tv
Frankly said, I think you’ll be amazed at what you see.
The monkey walked and talked and waved his arms about his head
In the corner was the stack of books that he had read
An educated monkey! said the papers ’cross the land
It was more than weary sociologists could stand
Oh, his fame was universal, he was on the carson how
People talked about him kindly everywhere he’d go
His insight was amazing, his philosophy was fair
He became a politician welcome everywhere
His wit was not to be compared with any mind intact
He’d lace a phrase with irony and blend it all with fact
Conservatives applauded and the liberals were entranced
The bigots and the integrationists were in his camp
Nobody dared to meet him in an open press debate
He was nominated by the folks from every state
Yes, a monkey was the president, though maybe not the first
And there was peace and harmony throughout the universe
The dream I had last night has been related as it came
As for interpretation, well, it’s really very plain
Would you rather have a monkey up in Washington, d.c.
Or have those people making monkeys out of you and me?

It’s not only that these two face SERIOUS ethics charges – in the case of Rangel – 13 SERIOUS ethics violations. What’s really telling (and the reason you don’t see either resigning) is that IF a deal is not made, the WORST thing that will happen is: a reprimand by the full House.
Now ask yourself if you caught your 3 year old in the cookie jar for the 13th time – do you believe he/she would suddenly change his/her behavior if you threatened to scold them?
The Associated Press reported:
“Republicans are on offense and Democrats are running for cover,” said House GOP leader John Boehner of Ohio.
…fact is the Democrats have been running for cover since the present Administration won in November. There is no place to hide when the elections come this year and 2012.
It wont matter. Most of his agenda has been passed and can’t be repealed….ie healtcare, jobs bill, wall street reform, ect.,ect.

SM: You can’t always be so sure that things will be repealed, its the foot in the door mentality when it comes to entitlements. The answer is to never elect a majority that would ever pass such nonsense.
