THE LEFT LOSING THEIR MINDS IN THE WAKE OF FBI REOPENING CLINTON EMAIL CASE …

It wasn’t too long ago that FBI James Comey was the darling of the LEFT when defied logic and pretty much all procedures how and FBI  investigation was done when he ignored all of the the evidence against Hillary Clinton and stated that he would not ask for prosecution against her. That was then and this is now, today Comey reopened the private email server case and the LEFT is now calling for his resignation. Priceless. Team Clinton is calling on the FBI to release what they have. Sorry Hillary, it does not work that way.

Donald Trump’s oft-repeated claim that the FBI’s investigation of “Crooked Hillary” and the presidential election itself were and are “rigged,” seems to have thrown FBI Director James Comey into a state of panic. In foolishly making a public announcement that the bureau is reviewing newly discovered emails related to Hillary Clinton’s personal server, he has inserted himself yet again into the presidential campaign.
The FBI virtually never announces the commencement or termination of ongoing criminal investigations. Such inquiries are often conducted in relative secrecy, enabling a more efficient investigation.

It is not unusual for investigations in so-called “white collar” cases to go on for years, luring the target into an unfounded belief that he or she is in the clear. Then the hammer falls. A grand jury indictment is announced by the Department of Justice and the handcuffs are swiftly employed.

The old, sensible FBI rule book apparently has been thrown on the trash heap this year. While undoubtedly attempting to be open and “transparent,” to protect the reputation of the FBI, the FBI director has tossed a Molotov cocktail into the presidential race.

Voters must now be subjected to endless speculation in the press and explicit accusations from the Trump campaign and other Republicans candidates that Hillary is a “criminal” aided and abetted by a rigged FBI and Justice Department. Comey’s “openness and transparency” will blow up in his face and further tarnish the FBI’s reputation. He has reinserted the bureau into the political process.
The director probably feared that leaks would lead to speculation that a renewed Hillary investigation was underway. In trying to get ahead of criticism of the FBI for jumping to a conclusion too quickly and closing the original Hillary investigation, he has only made matters worse and inserted a huge new issue into the presidential campaign, 11 days before the election.

In truth, investigations open and close routinely secretly when new evidence comes to light. Each new scrap in a pile of useful or useless evidence is not announced in real time, like a scandal in a scripted reality TV Show. Perhaps it’s time for the embattled FBI director who seems to have forgotten how to conduct a proper investigation to resign.

Comey’s public announcement in July that the FBI had concluded its investigation regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server in the conduct of official State Department business and would not recommend the lodging of criminal charges was historically unprecedented in a high-profile political case.

ABC News and all news services are reporting that the FBI is reopening the Hillary Clinton email investigation!!! It does not look like its over for Hillary and her emails, not just yet. Less than two weeks before election day and we are hit with this bombshell from the FBI.

FBI Director James Comey released a statement today saying that the FBI is going to continue the previously closed investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails from her time as secretary of state.

“In connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation,” Comey wrote in a letter released today.

Comey wrote in the letter that after being briefed on the unrelated case, he agreed, “the FBI should take appropriated investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”

“Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your Committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony,” reads the letter to the leaders of various congressional committees.

File this one under, don’t ask for things, they might just come true. Hmm, does Team Hillary really want to see what the FBI has? Really? Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta on Friday called on FBI Director James Comey to immediately release more details about the new evidence it is reviewing as part of its probe into Clinton’s use of a private email server at the State Department.

He also pushed back against the idea that the FBI is re-opening its investigation, which concluded in July. Comey recommended that the Justice Department not bring charges against Clinton for allegedly mishandling classified information.

According the the latest WAPO-ABC tracking poll, Hillary Clinton only leads Donald trump by 4 percentage points, 48% to 44%. Just 4 days ago, this poll had Clinton up by 12 as many scratched their heads as to how anything like that could be accurate. However, Trump is now within 4 points and trending upward. Could this be a last minute poll swing with less than two weeks to go before the election? Could the Wikileak emails showing the mountain of Democrat, Team Hilly corruption and the Clinton’s personal financial gain finally be taking hold?

Or could it be the horrific Obamacare news of insane premium increases that are moving the polls to Trump, especially with independents? National polls generally do not mean all that much, but they do provide trends to see who the electorate is gravitating to. The Obamacare news is truly damning as the highest rate increases occur in battle ground states, (Ohio: 13.12% increase, Florida: 17.40% increase, Pennsylvania: 32.5% increase, Nevada: 11.74% increase, Maine: 21.24% increase, New Hampshire: 12.44% increase, Virginia: 21.68% increase, North Carolina: 24.30% increase, Iowa: 20.46% increase, Michigan: 16.06% increase, Wisconsin: 20.39% increase). How will that move the needle in the final days?

Donald Trump has gained on Hillary Clinton during the past week, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News tracking poll, solidifying support among core Republican groups as well as political independents.

Roughly 6 in 10 still expect Clinton to prevail, while the poll finds shrinking concerns about the accuracy of the vote count and voter fraud in the election.

Clinton holds a slight 48-44 percent edge over Trump among likely voters, with Libertarian Gary Johnson at 4 percent and Green Party nominee Jill Stein at 1 percent in the survey completed Sunday through Wednesday. Clinton held a six-point edge in the previous wave and a 12-point edge in the first wave of the tracking poll by ABC News Sunday (50 percent Clinton vs. 38 percent Trump). In a two-candidate contest, Clinton holds a five-point edge over Trump, 50 to 45 percent.

Trump’s growth in support from 38 percent to 44 percent is fueled by shored-up support among Republican-leaning voting groups as well as a significant boost among political independents. Trump has made up ground among whites, particularly those without college degrees and women. Trump now leads by a 30 percentage point margin among white voters without college degrees, up from 20 points from this weekend. White women now tilt toward Trump by 48 to 43 percent after leaning 49 to 43 percent in Clinton’s favor before.

Trump saw his biggest gains among political independents, favoring Trump by a 12-point margin in the latest tracking poll, 49 to 37 percent, after giving Clinton a narrow edge in late last week. Neither candidate has maintained a consistent lead among independent likely voters in Post-ABC polling this fall.

Hillary Clinton Wants Joe Biden for Secretary of State

According to The Politico, Hillary Clinton has VP Joe Biden on the short list to be her Secretary of State if she were to win the 2016 presidential election. Are you joking, is this a SNL skit? America, wake up, this is a “big F’n deal”. Just what America needs, Uncle Joe Biden and his gift for gaffe causing an international incident. This is a bizarre choice of person and position by Clinton. One, Biden would be 74 years old upon taking such a cabinet position. Hey Democrats, what happened to your party, is there anyone under the age of 69 in it? Two, why on earth would Hillary Clinton even reference the position of Secretary of State, the one she head under Barack Obama and committed so many scandals and crimes with the use of a private email server containing classified U.S. documents. Maybe some one should ask Team Hillary is she would allow her Sec. of State to do the same as she did while in the position? Then again, I don’t think Biden has a Foundation to fennel monies to.

What a pathetic attempt by Team Hillary to plant a story at The Politico to pander to Democrat voters who would have much preferred Biden as the Democrat nominee over her. Cuz the Democrats and media complex would never do such a thing, would they Wikileaks?

Joe Biden is at the top of the internal short list Hillary Clinton’s transition team is preparing for her pick to be secretary of state, a source familiar with the planning tells POLITICO.

This would be the first major Cabinet candidate to go public for a campaign that’s insisted its focus remains on winning the election, and perhaps the most central choice for a potential president who was a secretary of state herself.

Neither Clinton, nor her aides have yet told Biden. According to the source, they’re strategizing about how to make the approach to the vice president, who almost ran against her in the Democratic primaries but has since been campaigning for her at a breakneck pace all over the country in these final months.

“He’d be great, and they are spending a lot of time figuring out the best way to try to persuade him to do it if she wins,” said the source familiar with the transition planning.
