It appears that Wendy and others at the linked site have done a reasonable job of gathering information needed by students to make some personal decisions if they have been affected by the Civil Rights Act.
The real problem is the bad linkage between reality of the Civil vs Criminal statues that get intermingled.
Where society considers criminal acts of assault, rape and other sexual crimes to be LE and court problems, the poor crafting of the various civil rights acts just muddies the issues for students and schools.
At least there is notice and conversations regarding these problems. If the Feds would just get out of the way and let the criminal justice systems work, things could immediately improve.
