US Border Patrol Agent’s Sad But All to Real Response to Truck Driver Travis Pope’s Question on Whether it Matters if He is a US Citizen … “Not Any More, Unfortunately.”
The sad and pathetic reality of US border security under Barack Obama …
Travis Pope, a truck driver who was stopped at an an internal border patrol checkpoint in Sierra Blanca, Texas, asked a simple question and sadly got back an answer from the border patrol that pretty much says it all for Barack Obama’s open borders-”illegal” immigration policy. The trucker recorded his conversation with border patrol agent while wearing his Icam glasses. The result was a Youtube viral video. When the trucker was asked whether he was a US citizen, his response was a question back to the border agent, “Yeah, but does it really matter?” The border agent, who did not know he was being recorded said,”Not any more, unfortunately.”
Agent: How are you doing? U.S. Border Patrol. How many people are on board?
Driver: Me.
Agent: Are you a citizen?
Driver: Yeah, but does it really matter?
Agent: Not any more, unfortunately. Thank you.

Pope said he doesn’t think the agents at this checkpoints are a waste of time, “because we need border security,” but a “waste of money.” Pope added that he thinks the agent he recently encountered is “an American hero” who is “frustrated that he can’t do his job.”
As for his filming of agents without their knowledge, Pope fired back his own response.
“I really don’t think about that because they got everybody on cameras anyway. They’re government. We have the NSA wiretapping us and watching us … and they’re going to get upset because a citizens do same thing to them? If it’s right for the government, it’s right for me to do it, ain’t it?”
