The Border Patrol is Worried about The Minutemen.

The Border Patrol has concerns over the Minutemen, because their patrols may trip some sensors they have out  on the border.

Over the past few days, they have set off sensors, forcing agents to respond to false alarms, said Supervisory Border Patrol Agent Jose Maheda.

“Every sensor has to be addressed,” Maheda said. “It’s taken away from our normal operations.”

Let us see. The bureaucratic mentality that we have to worry about sensors going off, at the same time there are a half million illegal immigrants going through the border into Arizona every year. Aren’t their concerns a little misplaced? And if the sensors are that important, why are they so ineffective.

If I had to take a guess, this is the beginning of a big CYA by the border agents.

    1. U have no idea what u r talking about on July 26th, 2009 4:01 am

Do you have anyidea what you are talking about or have you every worked for the Border Patrol. However since you are an expert on illegal immigration and an expert on what doesn’t work why don’t you share with me your solution. Also, what do you think those sensors are for? I can guess there not for checking the weather. My guess is if they detect a mintueman walking they may be used to detect others walking in the desert. You seem to be pretty smart. Ask yourself who else walks in the middle of the Desert?????
