This Used to be America … Long Island Police Officer Threatens to Ticket Man for Washing His Own Car in His Own Yard Because of Idiot Neighbor & More Idiotic Law (VIDEO)

Check out the VIDEO below where a police officer is threatening a home owner with a ticket for washing his car in his own driveway. UNREAL. But before you blame the officer, you may want to first blame the moronic, PITA neighbor who called the police or the ignorant politicians who passed an ordinance that stated people could not wash cars in a public place. The cop was pretty straight forward that he was only the messenger. However, I will say this … the police officer got it wrong on the intent of the ordinance. You can hear the police man say that washing a vehicle is prohibited in a public place. Um, what part about private property is a public place? NOTHING!!! The ordinance did not say public view. But I would ask this … what moronic idiot politicians passed a law violating an Americans private property rights? This is what has happened to Our Country in that little by little our liberties have been taken away by a tyrannical federal, state and local government

“What is that? Doing any kind of work here or any kind of detailing, like washing the car — things like that you are not allowed to do,” the police officer said.

The officer said although the car wasn’t going to be washed in the street, which is illegal, washing it in the driveway would still be in the public’s view, Hall reported. No one received a ticket during the ordeal and The Garden City Police Department had no comment about the incident.

Cracker Barrel announced Sunday they have reversed a decision to remove select “Duck Dynasty” products of Phil Robertson’s from their restaurants after getting bombarded by DD’s  loyal supporters. Don’t think you don’t have a voice America, because you do. In the end, Cracker Barrel knows damn well who butters their bread and it isn’t GLAAD. It was just Friday that Cracker Barrel had made the foolish, knee-jerk reaction to pull Phil Robertson’s merch. I guess they noticed all the negative comments on their Facebook page and a lack of folks ordering Uncle Hershel’s for breakfast.

KUDOS to all of you that expressed your opinion and told Cracker Barrel that they were hypocrites and you would voice your opinion with your wallets and purses. This PC crap will no longer be tolerated. It is about time the silent majority spoke up … let this only be the beginning.

Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) Says on CNN’s ‘State of the Union’ …Obama’s Personality Makes It More Difficult For Senators To Work With Him

Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) stated this Sunday morning on CNN’s ‘State of the Union’ that Barack Obama’s personality makes it more difficult for Senators to work with him. Folks, this is coming from a Democrat Senator can you imagine how the GOP ones feel? Hmm, hasn’t it been the MSM and Democrats saying that the GOP has been inflexible and its those conservatives’ fault? You have a Democrat Senator saying that it is Obama’s personality, one might say driven by a one-way ideology, that is to blame for Senators to work with him.

CNN:

The President’s failure to build friendships with lawmakers has damaged his chances of finding bipartisan support for legislation, a senator from his own party said Sunday.

“It’s just hard to say no to a friend,” Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

“When you build that relationship and that friendship, you’re looking for ways to try to work things out and find a compromise and, you know, that friendship means an awful lot. When you don’t build those personal relationships, it’s pretty easy for a person to say, well, let me talk about it, you know, and not really make, you know, that extra effort.”
“You know, we all have different styles,” Manchin said. It’s “just not in the president’s nature to pal around,” the conservative Democrat said, adding that Obama doesn’t have a gregarious personality like former President Bill Clinton.

With the partisan gridlock and many senators up for re-election, Manchin, who has called for congressional action on tighter gun laws, said it’s going to be challenging to get such legislation passed next year, though he remains hopeful.

16 year old Demaris D. Martinez has been missing since Friday, December 20, 2013 in Hillsdale, New Jersey. Martinez was last seen at 10:30 a.m. Friday at her home wearing a black Burberry jacket. She is described as a Hispanic/white female with black hair and brown eyes with a medium brown complexion. Police believe that she may be in the Bronx, NY.

15 Year Old Joshua Harrelson Missing Since 12/20/13 in the Albany Park Section of Chicago, IL (Update: Found Safe)

15 year old Joshua Harrelson has been missing since Friday, December 20, 2013 from the 3700 block of West Agatite Avenue in the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side in Chicago, Illinois. The police are saying that the missing boy has diabetes and they fear that he may not have the medical equipment he needs to treat it. Please be on the look out for Joshua Harrelson.
