CNN Poll: What Obama Job Revovery … Only 24% Believe That an Economic Recovery is Under Way

Remember when President Barack Obama spoke of the job recovery that was under way … Neither do most Americans!

During Barack Obama first State of the Union Address in 2009 he stated the following: “It’s an agenda that begins with jobs. As soon… As soon as I took office.” Instead he focused 100% on passing Obamacare against the will of the people.

According to the most recent CNN poll, not only is Barack Obama struggling with low job approval numbers and trust issues on Onamacare, with regards to the #1 issue facing Americas today, the economy, 59% things are going badly, only a mere 24% believe the economic recovery is under way. Exactly how long has Obama been making that promise? And instead of making jobs the number one issue, he goes out of his way to destroy jobs with over-regulation and  his healthcare and energy agenda. Obamacare has caused business to fire individuals or reduce the jobs from full-time to part-time. An his energy policies are doing their best to destroy the coal industry in the United States.

Americans views on the state of the nation are turning increasingly sour, according to a new national poll.

And a CNN/ORC International survey released Friday also indicates that less than a quarter of the public says that economic conditions are improving, while nearly four in ten say the nation’s economy is getting worse.

Forty-one percent of those questioned in the poll say things are going well in the country today, down nine percentage points from April, and the lowest that number has been in CNN polling since February 2012.Fifty-nine percent say things are going badly, up nine points from April.

Besides an obvious partisan divide, which contributes to a urban-rural gap, the survey also indicates a difference of opinion between younger and older Americans.

So its not just Obamacare that Americans are dissatisfied with Barack Obama. It is coming from all directions and at some point it will reach the point of no return, if it already hasn’t.

The 2012 State of the Union:

Yea, imagine if we actually did what Obama promised and did oil exploration in the US and made dependency on Middle East oil a thing of the past. Imagine if we regulated less and allowed the American industrial machine to take off. Imagine if we allowed for increases in nuclear, clean coal, oil, natural gas and the dreaded fracking

Imagine what we could accomplish if we followed their example. Think about the America within our reach: A country that leads the world in educating its people. An America that attracts a new generation of high-tech manufacturing and high-paying jobs. A future where we’re in control of our own energy, and our security and prosperity aren’t so tied to unstable parts of the world. An economy built to last, where hard work pays off, and responsibility is rewarded.

2011 State of the Union:

The very small business jobs that Obama is touting are the very one’s that Obamacare is destroying.

But we have never measured progress by these yardsticks alone. We measure progress by the success of our people. By the jobs they can find and the quality of life those jobs offer. By the prospects of a small business owner who dreams of turning a good idea into a thriving enterprise. By the opportunities for a better life that we pass on to our children.

2010 State of the Union:

This recession has also compounded the burdens that America’s families have been dealing with for decades – the burden of working harder and longer for less; of being unable to save enough to retire or help kids with college. [Save enough? How are Americans supposed to save with the increase in energy costs, the price at the pump and high premium costs of Obamacare? Let along college ids can't get jobs.]

The plan that has made all of this possible, from the tax cuts to the jobs, is the Recovery Act. That’s right – the Recovery Act, also known as the Stimulus Bill. Economists on the left and the right say that this bill has helped saved jobs and avert disaster. But you don’t have to take their word for it. [Yea, how did that "Hopey-Changey" stimulus waste of tax payers money work out for you America?]

That is why jobs must be our number one focus in 2010, and that is why I am calling for a new jobs bill tonight.[What was his #1 focus, jobs or Obamacare?]

2009 State of the Union:

You don’t need to hear another list of statistics to know that our economy is in crisis, because you live it every day. It’s the worry you wake up with and the source of sleepless nights. It’s the job you thought you’d retire from but now have lost, the business you built your dreams upon that’s now hanging by a thread, the college acceptance letter your child had to put back in the envelope.

The impact of this recession is real, and it is everywhere. [Hmm, doesn't it sound like Barack is talking about the affects of Obamacare on families and businesses?]

What a Coincidence … Cancer Patient Bill Elliot Who Spoke Out Against ObamaCare Now Being Audited by IRS

THIS IS REALLY DISTURBING, DO WE REALLY HAVE A GOVERNMENT TARGETING AMERICANS WHO DARE BE CRITICAL OF OMAMA?

Bill Elliot, a cancer patient who lost his insurance due to Obamacare and couldn’t pay the expensive new premiums, went on FOX News, ‘The Kelly Files’ to tell his story. Now, suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited by the IRS, scheduled in April 2014. That is if he actually lives that long. There seems to be an extremely disturbing pattern of the IRS being used as the Obama administrations storm troopers for anyone critical of Obama’s policies or who would dare use their 1st Amendment rights of free speech. The cancer victim had an insurance policy he liked and could afford. Now, thanks to Obamacare, he does not and can’t afford the ridiculous premiums.  So what is the remedy for this cancer patient for a president who cares, why have him audited of course.

What a vindictive government! This is still the United States, right?

He went on FOX News where his story was picked up by C. Steven Tucker, a health insurance broker who helped him keep his insurance.

Now suddenly Bill Elliot is being audited for 2009 with an interview only scheduled in April 2014. Assuming he lives that long. That might be a coincidence, but Tucker is being audited back to 2003.

That’s a rather strange coincidence.

Would the IRS actually go after a cancer patient, who had voted for Obama initially, just for appearing on FOX and now being sharply critical of Obama and suggesting that he resign for his health plan lie?

Under the current insane state of affairs, where the IRS was used to silence the opposition, it’s unfortunately entirely possible. The fact that we are even having this discussion shows how badly Obama has undermined confidence in government institutions and the rule of law.

41 Year Old Holly Grim Missing Since 11/22/13 in Lower Macungie Township, PA

41 year old Holly Grim has been missing since Friday, November 22, 2013 in Lehigh Valley County, Lower Macungie Township, PA. She was last seen outside her home in the Red Maples Mobile Home Park in the 1100 block of Grange Road at 6:33 this morning. Grim disappeared after she dropped her teenage son, Zach,  off at a school bus stop last Friday. Holly never showed up to work that morning and her family has not heard from her.   Her relatives think something bad happened to her between 6:33 a.m. when she brought her son to the bus stop and 7 a.m., when her mother stopped at her mobile home to check on her. Police have listed Holly Grim’s status as “missing person-endangered.” She is described as 5-foot-3, about 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Holly Grim, 41, of the Red Maples Mobile Home Park, was not home when her mother walked in. Her mother said she found Holly’s glasses, her cigarettes and an overturned cup of coffee.

Grim’s keys also were there and her car still was out front, her mother said. And Grim was due to be at her job at Allen Organ Co. in Macungie.

“There was no reason for her car to be there if she was off to work,” said her mother. “I just figured she was sleeping. I knew she had a cold.” But her mother looked everywhere in the home and no one was there.

Grim normally had a cigarette and coffee as she watched the news before going to work, her mother said, and it appears she was doing that when someone interrupted her.

“It just seems almost impossible,” she said. “Someone had to be there when she got back from the bus stop.”

IDIOT of the Day … Brother Prank Calls Sister with Bomb Hoax Halts San Diego, CA’s I-15 Traffic for Hours on Thanksgiving Day

IDIOT OF THE DAY …

A brother prank called his unsuspecting sister that a bomb was in the car, the next thing you know she pulls over her car on the highway and calls 911. The bomb squad was called and everyone can guess what happened next on a busy California highway was people tried to get to their Thanksgiving Day destinations.  It turned out to be a hoax but that did not stop traffic from being stopped for hours on I-15 on Thanksgiving Day. Supposedly the sister had no idea it was her brother making the prank call. Honestly, who thinks that it is funny to call some one and say there is a bomb in their car? Yea, real funny. But the unnamed brother will not be laughing now, the authorities have arrested the brother and will be booking him into San Diego jail on felony charges.

Hey brain surgeon, this is the reason why you are not allowed to yell fire or bomb in a movie theater either, so please don’t try that next Thanksgiving!

A prank phone call between a brother and sister involving a bomb hoax led officials to block traffic in both directions on San Diego’s busy Interstate 15 on Thanksgiving afternoon.

The freeway shutdown began around 2:45 p.m. at northbound and southbound I-15 near Miramar Way.

Lt. Lorenzo Ruano with the California Highway Patrol said a woman was driving on the freeway with a friend when she received a phone call from an unknown person, whose voice she did not recognize. The person on the other end told the woman there was a bomb in her car.

Frightened, Lt. Ruano said the woman immediately pulled over by the center divide on northbound I-15, just south of the Miramar Way overpass, and called 911.

CNN/ORC Poll: NJ Governor Chris Christie Leads Possible 2016 GOP Contenders … Not Only is it Way too Early, Don’t Count On It Christie

A new CNN poll has New Jersey governor Chris Christie as the front-runner of possible Republican contenders for the 2016 GOP presidential nominee. For the Democrats it would appear that Hillary Clinton is already being coronated their nominee. However, for the GOP not only is this poll way too early, I would doubt that Chris Christie will be the Republican nominee unless they plan on losing another presidential election. Polls at this point are merely a popularity contest and with Christie’s recent landslide win for governor in NJ against a no-name opponent, he just happens to be the cause-celeb for today.

There is a long, long way to go and the potential winner for the GOP may not have even come forward yet. The same could be said for Democrats as well. Wasn’t Hillary Clinton the presumptive Democrat nominee winner as well before a certain novice, unprepared, 2 year US Senator from Illinois named Obama got into the race?

Who actually thinks the GOP base would vote for Christie after this?

And according to a CNN/ORC International survey, if Hillary Clinton decides against making another bid for the White House, Vice President Joe Biden would be the initial favorite to capture the Democratic nomination.

The poll, released Friday morning, indicates that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, fresh off his Garden State re-election landslide victory and widespread national media attention, jumped to the top of the pack of potential contenders for the GOP nomination.

Twenty-four percent of Republicans and independents who lean towards the GOP questioned in the survey say they’d be likely to support Christie for the Republican nomination, up seven percentage points from a CNN poll in early September. Back then, Christie and Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, the House Budget chairman and the 2012 Republican vice presidential nominee, were virtually tied at the top of the GOP list, with Christie at 17% and Ryan at 16%.

But Ryan, who’s stayed mostly away from the political spotlight the past few months, has dropped to 11%, putting him in third place, slightly behind Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, at 13%. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, who like Paul has made multiple trips this year to the states that kick off the presidential primary and caucus calendar, like Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina, stands at 10% in the survey, the only other Republican White House hopeful to get double-digit support.

Sorry, but a win in New Jersey is hardly a microcosm of winning a primary in the Republican party or a national election. New Jersey is it’s own animal, much like every state is.  Much of the GOP base considered Chris Christie a “Benedict Arnold” when he went overboard gushing over Barack Obama after Hurricane Sandy, sabotaging any chance Mitt Romney may have had. The GOP have run two ‘RINO’s’ in a row, the “mavericky” John McCain in 2008 and Mitt “Romneycare” Romney in 2012. Both candidates alienated the GOP base and in the end, really stood for nothing, except they ere not Obama. At what point will the establishment Republicans understand that the GOP electorate wants a candidate with substance and is not Democrat-light?

The focus this last week should have been on Obama’s shameful conduct in Benghazi. Instead, the  schizophrenic Christie allowed himself to be manipulated by Obama’s camp so easily, that one has to question the reasoning for his desertion of Governor Romney. I believe the egomaniacal Christie would rather run for POTUS in 2016 than 2020. And chose to spend the last week  stabbing Mitt in the back.

I understand that Christie had to ”break bread” with Obama when Obama came to tour New Jersey for disaster relief for Hurricane Sandy. We all should be fine with that.  But after Obama left, Christie has continued to act ”star-struck” toward the liberal Democrat. Both men are frequent apologizers for Islam so that may also be a shared bond.

And Christie refused an invitation to attend a  Sunday night rally with Mr. Romney in Pennsylvania, only 20 minutes from Trenton. You can google Benedict Arnold/Chris Christie or Traitor Chris Christie and see that the internet is abuzz with  stories about how Christie the RINO has been selling out to Obama.
