No Charges Filed in George Zimmerman’s Alleged Gun Threat Against His wife Shellie Zimmerman
George Zimmerman is back in the news.
Police answered a 911 call from Shellie Zimmerman on Monday afternoon in Lake Mary, FL during which she said her estranged husband George Zimmerman had threatened her and her father with a weapon. Officers detained George Zimmerman but never arrested him, police said. Detectives later came to the home to interview him. Initially it was alleged that George Zimmerman had used a gun to threaten his wife; however, it was later determined by police that he had not. The police are now saying that there was no gun involved and are questioning the wife’s statements. Just recently, Shellie Zimmerman took a plea deal and admitted to a lesser charge of perjury rather than face a felony.
George and Shellie Zimmerman are currently going through a divorce which might explained the heightened tensions between the two.
According to accounts, no charges have been filed against George Zimmerman for allegedly threatening his wife Shelley.
According to Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell, Shellie Zimmerman called 911 claiming George Zimmerman had a gun and was making threats.
“He’s in his car and he continually has his hand on his gun and he keeps saying ‘step closer’ and he’s just threatening all of us,” Shellie Zimmerman said in the 911 call, adding that George Zimmerman was “trying to shut the garage door” on her.
“He punched my dad in the nose, my dad has a mark on the nose. I saw his glasses were on the floor,” Shellie Zimmerman said in the call. “He then accosted my father then took my iPad out of my hands. He then smashed it and cut it with a pocketknife, and there is a Lake Mary city worker across the street that I believe saw all of it.”
The 911 call was placed after a shoving match between Shellie’s father and her now estranged husband, George. The couple crossed paths while moving things out of their home.
Statement from George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara:
His defense attorney Mark O’Mara said “emotions are running very, very high” between George and Shellie Zimmerman, and “nobody should be facing charges” in Monday’s incident.
“They need to just sort of stay away from each other, keep things cool and work through their attorneys,” he said.
Although Shellie Zimmerman’s parents own the house, O’Mara told reporters that only George Zimmerman lives there. Shellie moved out, and they had an agreement that she would take her belongings Saturday. But she and her father returned unexpectedly Monday, O’Mara said.
“I think everybody got out of hand. There was touching, pushing,” O’Mara said. It was a case of emotions boiling over, he said.
Global Warming? Looks to be Like There is Actually Global Cooling … What Say You Al Gore?
Say it isn’t so …
So much for that settled science that there is global warming, as reported at the UK Telegraph, there actually appears to be global cooling. Hmm, a cold Arctic summer has led to a record 60% increase in the ice cap, leading experts to predict a period of global cooling. The NRO has the 2012 statement from the BBC with their ridiculous global warming, Arctic sea predictions.
There has been a 60 per cent increase in the amount of ocean covered with ice compared to this time last year, they equivalent of almost a million square miles.
In a rebound from 2012′s record low an unbroken ice sheet more than half the size of Europe already stretches from the Canadian islands to Russia’s northern shores, days before the annual re-freeze is even set to begin.
The Northwest Passage from the Atlantic to the Pacific has remained blocked by pack-ice all year, forcing some ships to change their routes.
A leaked report to the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) seen by the Mail on Sunday, has led some scientists to claim that the world is heading for a period of cooling that will not end until the middle of this century.
If correct, it would contradict computer forecasts of imminent catastrophic warming. The news comes several years after the BBC predicted that the arctic would be ice-free by 2013.

Benghazi Whistleblower Gregory Hicks, the Former Deputy Chief of Mission in Libya Says I’ve Been ‘Punished’ for Speaking Out
As reported at NRO, Benghazi whistleblower Gregory Hicks, the former Deputy Chief of mission in Libya stated on ABC’s ‘This Week’ that he has been punished for speaking out about the Obama administrations response, or lack there of, to the night that terrorists attacked the Bengahzi consulate killing four Americans. Gregory Hicks had previously testified in front of Congress that “he was embarrassed” after Susan Rice appeared on the Sunday talk shows blaming the terror attack on a video. Hicks stated in his interview with ‘This Week’ that “I don’t know why I was shunted aside, put in a closet if you will,” but the American people needed to know what took place that night and need to remember those that were killed, including U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods.
Gregory Hicks, the former deputy chief of mission in Libya who testified before Congress about the 9/11 attacks on an American diplomatic facility earlier this year, believes he has been “punished” for speaking out about the Obama administration’s response the night of the attack. He said he believes at least two of the Americans lost that night could have been saved if the United States had responded in time.
“I don’t know why I was punished,” Hicks said in an interview with ABC’s This Week. “I don’t know why I was shunted aside, put in a closet if you will.”
Gee, does anyone really wonder why Hicks is being punished for daring to speak the truth about Benghazi and question the actions of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? No one can speak ill of Obama or face the consequences. As for Hillary, “what difference does it make”. Hicks also questioned the lack of judgement of the front runner for the Democrat party for the presidential nominee in 2016 … Hicks is lucky he has not been imprisoned for such heresy.
And talk about the Obama administrations appalling audacity, Susan Rice will brief Congress on the reasons to attack Syria on the Anniversary of Benghazi. What a sick, cruel joke.

CNN Poll: 71% of Americans Against Obama Backed Military Strike Against Bashar al-Assad Regime in Syria
Bi-partisan support against Barack Obama’s military action against Syria …
As President Barack Obama sets out to do a media campaign blitz for a military strike against the Bashar al-Assad Regime in Syria to win over the America people, a CNN poll shows that “We the People” resoundingly oppose it. Obama has so miserably handled the run up to a military strike and Obama has failed to convince the American people that a strike is in our best interest. Americas are also tired of war in the Middle East and fighting for people that hate us, that 71% of Americans oppose any military strike what so ever. Only 27% support it. Most people believe that Assad did use chemical weapons against his people; however, they want no part of any military action.
Obama has no International support, he has no domestic support … will Democrats be willing to defy the will of the people just to support this president and have him save face from his “red line” comments?
As President Barack Obama presses his case for a strike on Syria, a new national survey shows him swimming against a strong tide of public opinion that doesn’t want the U.S. to get involved.
The CNN/ORC International poll released Monday shows that even though eight in 10 Americans believe that the Bashar al-Assad regime gassed its own people, a strong majority doesn’t want Congress to pass a resolution authorizing a military strike against the regime.
More than seven in 10 say such a strike would not achieve significant goals for the U.S. and a similar amount say it’s not in the national interest for the U.S. to get involved in Syria’s bloody two-year long civil war.
And if this fails in Congress Obama will not have the GOP to blame. Democrats in mass, including MoveOn.org is soundly against any military strike in Syria. Also, it shows a fail of leadership of this president as four 5 years he has done nothing but demonize Republicans. Now, Obama suddenly wants their support .
