George Zimmerman Murder Trial: Trayvon Martin’s Mother Sybrina Fulton Testifies that Screams For Help from 911 Tape Came From My Son

This morning the prosecution called to the witness stand Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin. Fulton testified that the voice yelling for help during the 911 call the night her son was killed was that of Trayvon Martin. It is crucial to the case as to who the jury believes was screaming on the 911 call prior to the gun shot. However, what would one expect the mother of slain Trayvon Martin supposed to say, that it wasn’t her son’s voice? So do so would all but admit that her son was the aggressor and the defendant George Zimmerman was the victim. However, the injuries to Zimmerman are consistent with his version of the story that he was getting his head pounded into the curb and consistent with the witnesses accounts that Trayvon was in top during the altercation. If that is the case, how many people scream for help as they “ground and pound” another until the gun shot is finally heard.

Sybrina Fulton, Martin’s mother, was the first to take the stand. She began by describing her son’s tattoos, including Fulton’s name, which she said was on his wrist. Prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda played her the tape of the 911 call the night of the fatal altercation with former neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman.

“Ma’am that scream or yell, do you recognize that?” de la Rionda asked.

“Yes,” she said.

When asked who she thought it was, she said, “Trayvon Benjamin Martin.”

If it wasn’t your son screaming, if it was in fact, George Zimmerman, you would have to accept the possibility that it was Trayvon Martin who caused his own death, correct?” defense attorney Mark O’Mara asked.

“Correct,” Fulton said.

O’Mara asked her whether she would hope that her son did nothing that would cause his own death.

“What I hope for is this wouldn’t have never happened, and he would still be here. That’s my hope,” Fulton said.

Secretary of State John Kerry Reporting for Duty, Or Not … Kerry Vacationing on Nantucket as Egypt in Turmoil … Kerry was not on the boat,before he was on it.

What, do you think that some one in the Obama Administration would give up their vacation and actually do their job? The administration claims Kerry is engaged as Egypt was in chaos. Hmm, engaged, was he engaged while he was sailing? But why would we think that Kerry puts vacationing ahead of his job when we have been witness to Barack Obama, the Vacationer in Chief for 4+ years. Hell, we still do not even know where Obama was the night that the Benghazi consulate was attacked by terrorist and four Americans were killed.

Secretary of State John Kerry is spending a sun-splashed Fourth of July on Nantucket, even as a chaotic overthrow of the government rocks Egypt and continues to test diplomatic relations in Washington.

Kerry, who has a house and a yacht on the ritzy island getaway, was seen strolling down Federal Street away from July Fourth festivities on Main Street, a source told the Herald.

Kerry, who has just completed a 12-day, 2,500-mile trip to the Middle East and Asia, was with his daughters, their husbands and a security guard, the source said.

American Power adds, Look, it’s 4th of July. Why not just say Secretary Kerry is staying in contact with all the relevant personnel and be done with it?  … But in line with this administration’s MO, it’s lying liars all the way.

Isn’t it funny how “flip-flopping” just follows this man … Kerry was not on the boat,before he was on it.

UPDATE I: State Department  Denies Kerry Was On Yacht During Egyptian President’s Ouster.

The State Department is denying a report that Secretary of State John Kerry spent the day on his yacht in Nantucket as Egypt’s military ousted President Mohammed Morsi.

CBS This Morning senior producer in Washington Mosheh Oinounou tweeted a photo of the “Isabel” and reported that a producer had spotted Kerry on board Wednesday.

As regime change was unfolding in Egypt, Secretary of State John Kerry spent time on his boat Wednesday afternoon in Nantucket Sound, the State Department acknowledged to CBS News on Friday, after repeatedly denying that Kerry was aboard any boat.

We all know that whether Sec. of State John Kerry was reporting for duty or not, he could have done little to prevent the coup. The Egyptian military put forth the ultimatum to President Morsi. The Muslim Brotherhood and Morsi were a  nightmare for Egypt and the coup was going to take place. But as Poweline comments, what is telling of the Obama administration feels the need to lie at all times.

Rasmussen Poll: More Americans View Blacks As Racist Than Whites Or Hispanics … Even Blacks Think Blacks are More Racist than Whites

I thought that racism was supposed to go away when Barack Obama was elected president?

The following is a rather eye opening poll from Rasmussen with regards to racism in the United States. The poll states that blacks are more likely to be racist that White or Hispanics, 37% of American adults think that most black Americans are racist, while just 15% consider most white Americans racist, while 18% consider most Hispanics racist. What might be the most interesting aspect of the poll is that a plurality, 31%, think most blacks are racist, while 24% consider most whites racist and 15% view most Hispanics that way. The LEFT wants to smear Rasmussen as right-wing  in order to make claims the the poll is has no merit. However, what would one expect the polling data to be when the liberal MSM and race baiters in the US have all but allowed such “reverse” racism to go unpunished.

We need to look no further than the racially charged murder case of George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin to see such actions.  Rachel Jeantel took the stand for the prosecution and testified that  Trayvon described the man following him [George Zimmerman] as a “creepy ass cracker”. Jeantel was asked whether that was a racial slur, she said no. Thus, we can see that if such a slur is not considered racial, then such racism is institutionalized within the culture.

Wasn’t Obama supposed to be the post-racial president?

Americans consider blacks more likely to be racist than whites and Hispanics in this country.

Thirty-seven percent (37%) of American Adults think most black Americans are racist, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. Just 15% consider most white Americans racist, while 18% say the same of most Hispanic Americans. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

There is a huge ideological difference on this topic. Among conservative Americans, 49% consider most blacks racist, and only 12% see most whites that way. Among liberal voters, 27% see most white Americans as racist, and 21% say the same about black Americans.

From a partisan perspective, 49% of Republicans see most black Americans as racist, along with 36% of unaffiliated adults and 29% of Democrats.

Among black Americans, 31% think most blacks are racist, while 24% consider most whites racist and 15% view most Hispanics that way.

Burglar Robert Cole got the shock of his life when he attempted to rob the wrong home in Tulsa, OK. The home owners heard rustling inside the garage and Houston’s husband went to the front door. He then waited for the robber to come out and then he bum-rushed him. Denay Houston’s husband then hog-tied the crook, called 911 and then left him on the front lawn for the police to deal with as he went off to work. CLASSIC!!! Houston’s wife said that her husband works with horses so he is good with a rope. Yes he is. Must see video to appreciate.

A burglary suspect got quite the surprise Wednesday morning. Police say Robert Cole tried to break into a home, but ended up hogtied in the front yard.

The picture is making its way around the Internet. Police say Cole was bum-rushed and hogtied by the homeowner, after he tried to break in to the house in the 2600 block of East 54th Street North.

“He’s like a superhero,” said Denay Houston.

She said she is awfully proud of her husband and how this would-be burglar ended up.

He did more than just bum-rush him–her husband tied Robert Cole’s hands and feet behind his back; hogtied him.
