Boston Marathon Bomb Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Indicted with Using Weapons of Mass Destruction and Killing Four People
A federal grand jury has indicted Boston Marathon bombings suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev. The 30 count indictment charged Dzhokhar Tsarnaev with using weapons of mass destruction and killing four people. The indictment claims that that Tsarnaev had been inspired by Al Qaeda publications and that he left a confession in the boat where he was captured in a Watertown, MA back yard. The indictment also indicates that Dzhokhar confessed to the killings. Remember, the police found that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev wrote “F*** America” & “Praise Allah” on the side panel of the boat when he was caught. Seventeen of the charges carry the possibility of the death penalty, while the others carry a maximum of life in prison.
A federal grand jury today handed up a sweeping indictment of Boston Marathon bombings suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, charging him with using weapons of mass destruction and killing four people.
The 30-count indictment alleges that Tsarnaev had been inspired by Al Qaeda publications and left a confession in the boat where he was captured in a Watertown back yard.
In it, he said, “I don’t like killing innocent people” and noted that “it is forbidden” in Islam to do so, but he justified his actions as a response to US military action in Muslim countries, according to the indictment.
“The U.S. Government is killing our innocent civilians. …. I can’t stand to see such evil go unpunished. … We Muslims are one body, you hurt one, you hurt us all,” Tsarnaev allegedly wrote. “Stop killing our innocent people and we will stop.”
The indictment alleges that sometime before the bombings, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, downloaded different pieces of extremist Islamic propaganda from the Internet, including one that directed Muslims not to give their allegiances to governments that invade Muslim lands and another by Anwar al-Awlaki. Al-Awlaki is the American citizen who became a senior operative in Al Qaeda’s branch in Yemen and was killed in a 2011 drone strike.
From The Daily Caller: The Islamic organization that includes Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s mosque has ties to the al-Qaeda operative that reportedly inspired Tsarnaev to carry out the Boston Marathon terrorist attack.

Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail Agian and Now Under Suspicion for Involvement in Unsolved 2012 Double Murder in Boston
You can take the the boy out of the hood, but can you take the hood out of the boy?
Bail denied again. Bristol County Assistant District Attorney Bill McCauley denied Aaron Hernandez’s request for bail Thursday, one day after the former New England Patriots tight end was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a friend Odin L. Lloyd. Hernandez’s defense attorney James Sultan argued that his client is not a risk to flee as he had a fiance and child and that the case against him is circumstantial. However, the judge said that the evidence against Hernandez is “overwhelming” and bail was denied.
But it gets worse, if possible.
Could it get any worse for one time star New England Patriot tight end Aaron Hernandez? The fallen NFL football star has already been charged with the first degree murder of 27-year-old Odin L. Lloyd. According to the Boston Herald, now police are looking into whetherHernandez was involved in an unsolved July 2012 drive-by killings of Safiro Furtado and Danny Abreu, both of Dorchester, MA.
Boston police said they are also probing a possible link to Hernandez in the unsolved July 2012 drive-by killings of Safiro Furtado and Danny Abreu, both of Dorchester. The two pals were leaving a Theatre District nightclub July 15, 2012, when they were ambushed and sprayed with gunfire from a gray or silver SUV with Rhode Island plates at the intersection of Shawmut Avenue and Herald Street.
Boston police were back at Hernandez’s North Attleboro home last night executing a new search linked to the double murder.
More from the Boston Globe on Hernandez’s possible involvement in a double murder.
The new revelations raised the disturbing prospect that Hernandez might have been playing football games last season with the Patriots after he had participated in a double murder.
Investigators believe a fight broke out at Cure, a club in the Theater District, between two men and a group that included Hernandez. Abreu and Furtado, friends who had grown up in Cape Verde, left the club with three other men in a BMW sedan in the early morning hours of July 16, 2012.
Abreu, who was driving, stopped at a traffic light on Shawmut Avenue, about to make a left onto Herald Street, when a silver or gray SUV with Rhode Island license plates pulled alongside the sedan. Someone from the SUV opened fire, killing Abreu, 29, and Furtado, 28.
The men who were with them survived the attack and the killings were left unsolved.

Remains of 13 Year Old Dylan Redwine Missing Since November 19, 2012 Found in Southwest Colorado, RIP … Police Say, “We’re pursuing this as a criminal investigation and not an accident”
Sad but not unexpected news in the case of missing 13 year old Dylan Redwine …
The remains of 13 year old Dylan Redwine have been found in southwest Colorado. The remains were found about 8 to 10 miles from Mark Redwine’s home via rural roads. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation told sheriff’s officials Thursday that testing indicated the remains were Dylan’s. The criminal investigation continues as to the boys disappearance and the cause of his death. Dylan Redwine has been missing since November 19, 2012 when he was at his fathers residence for a court-ordered visit in Vallecito with his father, Mark Redwine. When Mark Redwine returned home from running errands on Nov. 19, he said that Dylan was gone.
Dylan Redwine, Rest in Peace
Authorities said Wednesday that a five-day search for signs of Dylan Redwine ended with the teams finding several undisclosed items.
Some of the items included bones, they said Thursday. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation told La Plata County sheriff’s officials Thursday that testing indicated the remains were Dylan’s.
“The parents are obviously devastated. It’s not the kind of news we were hoping to give them. We were hoping to find him alive,” Durango police Lt. Ray Shupe said. “Our hearts are broken that this is the end result.”
More from CBS-Denver.
Authorities thought the area had too much snow for a thorough check and went back for a more intense search once the snow had melted.
“This was an area along Middle Mountain road which is a U.S. Forest Service road and it’s 12 miles long and there are may access points off of that and so it is not difficult to get to that area by vehicle,” said Bender.
Bender said the subdivision where Dylan was staying with his father is visible from Middle Mountain across the valley.
“We’re pursuing this as a criminal investigation and not an accident,” said Bender.
