House Democrat Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi Botches Speech: “We Don’t Have the Majority but We Have the Gavel” Um, Really?

Nancy Pelosi may want to look the definition of “minority” leader up.

Yesterday during an interview with reporters, House Minority Leader San Fran Nan had a wishful thinking moment and told reporters, “We don’t have the majority but we have the gavel.” Hmm, not so fast Nancy. Last time I checked the Republicans still held the House. Pelosi then corrected her gaffe and got a good laugh out of it. I guess Nancy needed to read her prepared speech before she knew what was in it. What is frightening is that this is what Democrats call the leader of their party in the House.  Pelosi certainly presents good material to write on, but does little to further the help that America needs during these trying times. She announced that she would seek another term as Minority leader.

For all those who think that Obama has a mandate because he won the 2012 Presidential election, by only 2% might I add, who thinks that Pelsoi is going to back down in the House as the minority party?
