Missing 12 Year Old Amber Whitlow Found Safe in Memphis, TN … Couple She Lived with Found Dead in Little Rock, AR … Amber’s Antonio Whitlow in Custody, Suspect in Abduction and Double Homicide

12 year old missing Amber Whitlow was found safe last night in Memphis, TN.  Amber was found with her 33 year old brother, Antonio Whitlow, who is considered a suspect in her abduction as well as a double homicide. Amber Whitlow  had been missing after authorities found the couple that Amber had been staying with were found dead in their home. Although the name of the couple has not been released nor how they were killed, it is believed they are either the parents or grandparents of Amber Whitlow.

A missing 12-year-old girl has been found safe after authorities discovered the bodies of the couple she lived with, Arkansas police said.

Amber Whitlow was found Saturday night in Memphis, Tennessee, local police said. She was found with her 33-year-old brother, Antonio Whitlow, who is a suspect in her abduction as well as a double homicide, Memphis police spokeswoman Alyssa Moore said.

Antonio Whitlow is in custody, Moore said. Amber was taken to a children’s hospital as a precaution, and the Tennessee and Arkansas departments of child services were notified.

Earlier Saturday, the man and woman whom Amber lived with were found dead inside a home in Little Rock, Arkansas, police said.

Ashley Moser’s six year old daughter Veronica was killed, along with eleven others last week when gunman James Holmes murdered 12 and wounded many others during the screening of the ‘Dark Knight Rising’ in Aurora, CO. Ashley Moser was among the 50+ individuals wounded and hospitalized following the mass shooting as she was shot in the neck and the stomach. Moser was pregnant at the time of the heinous mass murder. She was one of eleven victims still hospitalized, five in critical condition. Sadly, another has dies at the hands of this senseless crime.

The Moser family said in a statement Saturday, “Tragically, the extreme trauma she sustained also caused a miscarriage.”

How much tragedy could one person take? Look for the prosecutors to add one more count of murder to the charges when James Holmes is arraigned next week.

Is Joran Van der Sloot going to marry while behind bars in Peru and serving a 28 year sentence for the murder of Stephany Flores? As Joran Van der Sloot and his attorney attempt to appeal his murder conviction is the “little Dutch Boy” also picking out China patterns? Where would he register?

The 24-year-old is reportedly planning to marry while serving a 28-year sentence in a Lima prison for the murder of Stephany Flores, according to Peruvian tabloid Peru 21.

Van der Sloot’s defense attorney was named by the paper as a source – but he denied the report.

“As far as I know, he’s not going to get married,” Maximo Altez told the Daily Beast. “They cited me as the source, but I’m just in charge of his legal issues, and I don’t participate in his private life.”

And as Van der Sloot tries to squirm his way out of a 28-year sentence, there’s another hot piece of gossip: the possibility of his upcoming nuptials while behind bars. The news broke late last week as local tabloids asserted that he plans to marry and unidentified woman. It’s not the first time Van der Sloot has been branded as a lady’s man—just last year, while he was awaiting trial, a story broke in the local media that a pregnant young woman was carrying his child. She denied it on Peruvian television.

These stories were published through the week, with the information attributed to Altez, who denied he was the source. “I deny all of that,” the lawyer said. “As far as I know, he’s not going to get married. Rasmussen: Mitt Romney 49% – Barack Obama 44%, The Obamamessiah Cannot Get over 50%

Mitt Romney up by 5 over Barack Obama 49% to 44% in the latest Rasmussen poll.  The incumbent President Obama cannot seem to get over 50%. Obama has a real problem, especially when by a 2 to 1 margin Romney is preferred over Obama to handle the economy, the number 1 issue of the 2012 election. Those undecided voters also agree overwhelmingly that Romney is better equipped to deal with the economy than Obama. Look for undecided voters to break  60-30 for Romney.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows Mitt Romney attracting 49% of the vote, while President Obama earns support from 44%. Three percent (3%) prefer some other candidate, and four percent (4%) are undecided.

The numbers are similar to the 49% to 43% advantage Romney enjoys on the question of who is trusted more to handle the economy.
