Ft Hood Murdering Radical Islamist Army Maj. Nidal Hasan Barred from Court Because of Beard

Who finds this just a tad bit ridiculous that Hasan is barred from court because his beard is against Army regulations, yet being a radical Muslim was ok to remain in the Army?

Maj. Nidal Hasan, the Ft. Hood jihadist who is on trial and charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the 2009has been barred from the court room by a military judge because of his beard. All during the trial,  Hasan has watched his trial from a nearby room.

A military judge ruled Friday against delaying the trial of the Fort Hood shooting suspect, an Army psychiatrist who remains banned from the courtroom because his beard violates Army regulations.

Maj. Nidal Hasan’s trial will proceed as scheduled, beginning on Aug. 20. Defense attorneys wanted the trial moved to December, saying they needed more time to prepare.

But the judge, Col. Gregory Gross, said the defense already had plenty of time. Prosecutors had indicated they were ready for trial last fall, but the court-martial was set for March and postponed first to June and then August — all at the request of the defense team.

Hasan faces the death penalty if convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the 2009 attack.

More from Jihad Watch, “This trial should proceed quickly, whether Hasan is in court or not, and he should be swiftly executed”. You betcha!

Isn’t that something, a beard violates Army regulations, but being an obvious jihad terrorist is not. But because of PC bull$hit Hasan was allowed to remain in the military eve though there were obvious signs that something was not right and this mass killing could have been prevented.

According to a US Senate panel on the Fort Hood shooting, the killings could have been prevented.  The DOD possessed compelling evidence that Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan embraced radical Islamic views so extreme that it should have disciplined him or discharged him from the military. But, because of political correctness and the fear that how dare we discharge a Muslim from the US military …  the Department of Defense failed to take action against him. UNREAL.

There was a time when politics from the civilian sector played no part in the work of the military. When you let the politicions inject their PC into the military, this is what we get.

The military needs a good house cleaning to get rid of these concepts and return it to the values prior to the 1960′s.

Rep. Allen West fears ‘cultural suicide’
      4/23/12 9:17 AM EDT

Rep. Allen West warned Monday that reports of the FBI’s training manual being edited to scrap portions considered offensive to the Muslim community signaled an increasingly “one-way street” level of tolerance that could lead to “cultural suicide.”

“We have to understand when tolerance becomes a one-way street, it will lead to cultural suicide and we should not allow the Muslim Brotherhood-associated groups to be influencing our national security strategy,” the Florida Republican said on “Fox & Friends.”

West noted that the report of Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hassan — who has been accused of the fatal shooting spree at Fort Hood, Texas, that killed 13 and wounded dozens more — makes no reference to Islamic Jihadism or Muslim extremism, and also fails to mention the suspect’s alleged association with Al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki.

“We are making our security situation so vanilla. If we continue to be recalcitrant in identifying who the enemy is, to be less offensive to them, we put ourselves in a bad situation,” West added. “You have an environment of political correctness which precludes these agents from doing their proper job and due diligence to go after the perceived threat.”

If your a military member you should be allowed to carry your firearm at all times, and if something like this occurs again, I’m sure you can’t all miss while protecting yourself, and then we won’t have to worry about any trials….
