PC Kills … Senate Panel Finds Ft. Hood Hasan Shooting massacre Could Have Been Prevented

The case of Muslim terrorist  Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s and the Ft. Hood shooting murders is yet just another example that “PC” kills.

President Barack Obama initially stated,  ”As some of you might have heard there has been a tragic shooting at the Fort Hood Army Base in Texas.” It turns out that the real tragedy is that it could have been prevented. Ultimately, the real tragedy is the PC nonsense continues as we bend over backwards not to offend an obvious Muslim terrorist, while we pat down old ladies, molest children  and humiliate cancer victims at airports.

Remember when we were told by President Barack Obama that the Fort Hood shooting was an “incomprehensible” act? It turns out that it was not all that incomprehensible, as a matter of fact, it could have been prevented. What should we expect from a president who could not even call the shootings an act of terrorism when it was obvious to all, that is exactly what it was.

According to a US Senate panel on the Fort Hood shooting, the killings could have been prevented.  The DOD possessed compelling evidence that Army Major Nidal Malik Hasanembraced radical Islamic views so extreme that it should have disciplined him or discharged him from the military. But, because of political correctness and the fear that how dare we discharge a Muslim from the US military …  the Department of Defense failed to take action against him. UNREAL.

From ABC News:

A new Senate report on the 2009 Fort Hood shooting blames the FBI and Department of Defense for failing to recognize or act on alleged shooter Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s extremist views.

The report, released today by Senate Homeland Security Committee chairman Joe Lieberman and ranking Republican Susan Collins, says theFBI and DOD could have prevented the shooting if they had identified Hasan’s radical Islamist views and disciplined or discharged him before the attack occurred.

“Our report’s painful conclusion is that the Fort Hood massacre could have and should have been prevented,” Lieberman said at a press conference today.

“The fact is that both the FBI and the Army were aware of Major Hasan,” Collins said. “This is not a case where a lone wolf was unknown to the FBI, unknown to the military officials, until he struck – and that is the tragedy of this case.”

The November 2009 shooting killed 13 people and wounded 32 others.

How many people must die before this country realizes the obvious, not all Muslims are terrorist, but all terrorists have been Muslim? How is it possible or inconceivable that the FBI, in a post 9-11 world, could do such a poor job of investigating an individual who was an obvious threat to America? Instead, we gave him a pass because he was Muslim.

Months before Army Maj. Nidal Hasan allegedly carried out the Fort Hood massacre, the FBI inexplicably conducted only a cursory investigation into evidence that the radicalized American-born Muslim was frequently contacting an al-Qaida affiliated terrorist overseas, a yearlong Senate investigation concluded Thursday.

As astutely asked by the Astute Blogger, so what will America learn from Senate panel report? Does this country have the guts to actually investigate Muslims like the terrorists they might be?
