Disgraceful Actions of a President: SEAL’s Slam Barack Obama For Using Them As “Ammunition” In Taking Credit For Bin Laden Killing During Election Campaign

There is nothing more Un-Presidential and pathetic than a President to try and take all the credit and politicize the brave actions of others. Such is the case with the US Navy Seals actions in killing Osama bin Laden one year ago and Barack Obama creating a political add making it all about him. I think that we can all agree with the Navy Seal’s outrage that Obama used them as political ammunition.

Watch the disgraceful Obama political ad below … how small and Un-Presidential could one be?

Serving and former US Navy SEALs have slammed President Barack Obama for taking the credit for killing Osama bin Laden and accused him of using Special Forces operators as ‘ammunition’ for his re-election campaign.

The SEALs spoke out to MailOnline after the Obama campaign released an ad entitled ‘One Chance’.

Ryan Zinke, a former Commander in the US Navy who spent 23 years as a SEAL and led a SEAL Team 6 assault unit, said: ‘The decision was a no brainer. I applaud him for making it but I would not overly pat myself on the back for making the right call.

‘I think every president would have done the same. He is justified in saying it was his decision but the preparation, the sacrifice – it was a broader team effort.’

Mr Zinke, who is now a Republican state senator in Montana, added that MR Obama was exploiting bin Laden’s death for his re-election bid. ‘The President and his administration are positioning him as a war president using the SEALs as ammunition. It was predictable.’

Imagine Barack Obama trying to take credit for others and making it all about him … what a surprise? Just curious, how come he does not blame this one on Bush and all the intel that was gained during W’s Presidency? Hmm?

This has already been denied by Axelrod as he stated Obama is not trying to use this to garner votes and support for his re-election campaign. BS.

While I do and will give Obama some credit for giving the order, that is his job.

He has failed on every other aspect in his Presidency, most importantly- THE ECONOMY. I also do not like the way he is viewed globally. He is too soft, and too much of a pushover.

The credit goes to the Seals that day, they are the brave Men in that operation who took all the risks and executed the dangerous plan.

He doesn’t even know what Commander-In-Chief signifies or the responsibilities involved. Will not even salute our flag!!!!!! How pathetic, disgraceful and disrespectful. Start packing. What he thinks about is how to put the basketball in the net and where he can take Michelle on vacation!!!!!

His Big Stick is a metal detector for the beach.

There were two possible answers on OBL. Yes or no. No would have had America turn on BO in a big loud way. Yes was the only answer.

      Nothing gutsy about it.

The hundreds of people involved in the search and destroy of OBL deserve our appreciation and respect. They have it.

The TRUTH is just so much more
      important than anything Obama
has to say. He was listed as President
when OBL was eliminated, so he
is entitled to all the praise that entails
      however.

Shouldn’t he just keep with his policy and say that it was Bush’s fault Bin Laden is dead?

      NGBoston

Obama is given more kill orders then GW Bush and (at least here) is not considered a push-over.

The wave of hope/ change when he got elected is also gone.

    7. NGBoston on May 2nd, 2012 9:29 am

#6-Dolf- Yes, we are all aware that the “hope-change” BS is over, in fact, it never was. As an effective Orator (read=BS Artist) those were just words used to persuade the masses while Obama was running his campaign to get elected.

If you were to carefully review how Obama reacts with our adversaries, and MANY foreign Leaders who are not exactly our allies, I would beg to differ. He literally bows to them and repeatedly sends the wrong message.

We have continually harped on the same problems we see with our current President:

He is in over his head, too inexperienced.

He is a Socialist and his spending is out of Control.

He is far too Liberal when it comes to fiscal and Government Policy.

He is a hypocrite who continually tries to blame the former Administration for all his mistakes.

      He is completely divisive.

He has done NOTHING for the ECONOMY or jobs and continues to sink Americans further into debt.

Anyone but Obama in 2012. Anyone!

A Nation that voted for a such simple demagogue demonstrated
the effectiveness of a choreographed effort of over 40 years to
marginalize the American Culture and ‘dumb-down’ the citizenry.
The instigators of that effort are still working behind the scenes
instead of exposing their deadly schemes to open public debate.
      Investigative reporting…..HA!

SM: Sorry, but Obama has prolonged the recession. This has been the worst job growth ever because Obama is pushing an economy based on socialism and big govt.

Obama has been an epic disaster. Had a Republican done the same as Obama, you would be singing a different tune.

Sorry, Obama is the worst President ever in modern times. I never thought there would be a worse President in my lifetime than Carter … Obama is worse.

#9- Messiah. First of all, I am going to call you out and tell you, you are %100 wrong.

FYI, I’m registered as an INDEPENDENT and would consider myself Conservative on FISCAL/GOVERMENT SPENDING issues- but lean more towards MODERATE on many Social Issues. So, right away- you call us all Conservative Fools and RACIST?

Who said ANYTHING about RACE, but you?

Listen, save your BS and speel for others and a reminder not to PAINT EVERYONE WITH THE SAME BROAD BRUSH STROKES. You are obviously drinking much of the same Kool Aide that many of your bleeding heart liberal extreme whack jobs share.

You don’t post anything based on facts, so shut your Pie Hole because you are way off and way WRONG!

    11. NGBoston on May 4th, 2012 7:38 am

#9- Messiah- One more thing. History, NOT YOU, will be the judge in years to come of the job George W. Bush did in Office.

He will not be given the credit due to him for accomplishing many things, and I will remain grateful to him for doing a commendable job while this Nation was under great stress, grief, and chaos in the many days and nights that followed 9/11.

I won’t say he or his Administration was perfect, but I won’t trash the Man either. I liked him, I miss him, and you, Sir, can kindly stick it all in a place where the Sun doesn’t shine. I’m entitled to my own opinion, as are you. Trust me when I tell you- if Bin Laden had struck when Obama or Biden was in office- things would have been much, much worse.

Oh- News Break: In notes discovered recently from Bin Laden’s House where he was killed- IN HIS OWN WORDS- he had planned an attack on Air Force One, because his reasoning was taking out our current President would leave US in further turmoil as Biden was even more inept than the current Leader.

Let that marinate a little, Messiah.

    12. Waterboy on May 5th, 2012 7:24 am

The CIA had known for 5 months about Bin Laden.

In what way was this a macho decision by Obama?

It’s like a star quarterback ( Bush) pushing his team to the 10 yard line, getting hurt; and the relief quarterback (Obama, who doesn’t know which way to run) making the touchdown.
