FBI Joins the Search for Missing 9 Year Old Aliahna Lemmon in Indiana (UPDATE: Police Call news conference “very important”)

Nine year old Aliahna Marie Maroney Lemmon has been missing since Friday morning, December 23, 2011 at the Northway trailer park around Clinton Street and Diebold Road. No one has seen or heard from her since. The fact that there have been no sightings or clues to the whereabouts of Missing 9 Year Old Aliahna Lemmon is not a good sign for any happy outcome.

The FBI has now joined the search for the missing Indiana girl. It has been said that missing Aliahna Lemmon has physical and emotional problems. Also and even more disturbing the mobile home park where she  was staying is known as a haven for registered sex offenders. What better place for a 9 year old little girl to stay. How does anybody allow their children to live around so many sex offenders, many considered violent sex offenders. Just curious, so why is the FBI involved?

About a half-dozen people in black windbreakers, several of whom identified themselves as FBI agents, were at the mobile home park Monday where Aliahna Lemmon went missing from a family friend’s home on Friday. Some with search dogs were seen at a nearby storage facility.

Monday’s renewed search came a day after local police significantly rolled back a coordinated effort by several law enforcement agencies, said Cpl. Jeremy Tinkel, a department spokesman. He said the same size search could not be sustained on Sunday because of the Christmas holiday.

Note:  That the FBI does involve themselves in cases if children are missing and possibly kidnapped, with no known interstate transportation. The FBI will initiate a kidnapping investigation involving a missing child “of tender years, 12 years old or younger. This would lead us to believe that authorities are not buying the “sleep walking” stories.

If a child is missing and possibly kidnapped, but no interstate transportation is known, will the FBI begin an investigation?

Yes. The FBI will initiate a kidnapping investigation involving a missing child “of tender years,” even though there is no known interstate aspect. “Tender years” is generally defined as a child 12 years or younger. The FBI will monitor other kidnapping situations when there is no evidence of interstate travel, and it offers assistance from various entities including the FBI Laboratory.

The questions in this case are many:

  1. How could any mother allow her children to be exposed to so many convicted sex offenders?
  2. Who allows their children to stay with a man ( Mike Plumadore ), living among sex offenders, because they are too sick?
  3. Really, the mothers own father was a convicted of crimes who lived with Plumadore prior to his death?
  4. How does a mother not see the children since Tuesday, even though we are told that Aliahna had many physical and emotional issues?
  5. Why would the 6 year old sisters have told Plumadore that Aliahna was with their mom, if she was not … this according to Plumadore?
  6. Why would Plumadore have left the children alone at all? If he had gone for a cigar at 6AM, a bit early for a Tiparillo isn’t it dude?  So he leaves them alone, knowing the 9 year old has issues?
  7. Also, why was the step dad not taking care of the children when the mom was sick? Why ask a friend? This kind of stinks of the stereotypical “step-dad” stories.

According to the news account in the VIDEO below, Mike Plumadore, the man who was watching Aliahna, claims that he was going into having a polygraph taken by police. Listening to individuals accounts of the story, I just find it hard to believe it all occurred that way. And still wondering why the step-dad was not taking care of the girls, why a guy friend?

VIDEO of Neighbor discussing concern for missing Aliahna Lemmon. She might be concerned about her own daughter with so many sex offenders near by.

The family friend who was allegedly caring for Aliahna at the time of her disappearance spoke briefly to Indiana’s NewsCenter Monday morning. He reported going in to take a polygraph test, and said he too is eager to find Aliahna.

From CNN’s Nancy Grace:

Story told Grace that search dogs picked up Aliahna’s scent going from Plumadore’s home to a bus stop but her trail then vanished. The bus stop is on the side of a busy road and Story speculated that someone may have abducted her from there.

GIANTS TAKE MANHATTAN … Giants Brandon Jacobs Tells NY Jets Coach Rex Ryan, “Time to shut up, fat boy!” & “shut the F@#K up”

Jets coach Rex Ryan told,  ”Time to shut up, fat boy!”

I can remember during my informative football years my coach told me two life lessons, “pretend like you’ve been there” and “let your actions talk for your mouth”. Too bad NY Jets coach Rex Ryan and Giants RB Brandon Jacobs didn’t both learn those same lessons …

Yesterday following the NFL battle of New York, or should we say New Jersey, as the Giants dominated the Jets winning 29 – 14,  Jacobs deciding to do a bit more talking than the Giants did on the field telling Jets coach Rex Ryan,  ”Time to shut up, fat boy” & “shut the F@#K up”.

Per the (New York) Daily News, Jacobs also sent a “shut the (expletive) up” to Rex, who reportedly countered with “go (expletive) himself.”

Ryan’s take from his postgame press conference when asked about Jacobs?

“We had a private conversation. That’s all I’ll leave it as,” he said.

“He doesn’t like me. I respect him, but I couldn’t care less about him.”

JETS post game press conference.

This is not the first time Rex Ryan has had a potty mouth. Actually, it happens often and it is old. However, when that’s all ya got, what else would one say?

Honestly, at this point its time for Ryan to eat some humble pie.  Although both sides are in the wrong on this, what else does one expect this to come to when Jet’s coach Rex Ryan has been all mouth and no game pretty much all year. Of course that is Ryan’s shtick, but his act has grown old and tired. Especially when his team has rarely backed up his big mouth this year. The Jets were supposed to win the Super Bowl, maybe they should have started that be beating the Patriots, who they lost to twice this year by embarrassing scores of 30 – 21 and  37 – 16 .  The Jets were so hellbent this year to beat the Pats and win the AFC East that they forgot one thing, to win the games.

Although it was not Brandon Jacobs place to tell Ryan to put a sock in it, maybe it is time for him to do so. For the media, NY Sports talk radio and ESPN Rex Ryan is a gold mine, for those that say “SHUT UP AND PLAY”, he is a fool. Sorry, but even Jets fans must be tired of his act.

Solyndra & Barack Obama … Politics Dominated Obama Energy Programs Not Job Creation

America, how’s that “Hopey, Changey” green jobs working out for you?

Obama’s partisan politics as the MSM covers up a damning story under the cloak of Christmas. As you were celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, opening presents, spending time with family … the Washington Post put out a story regarding Barack Obama, Solyndra and Obama’s energy program that was nothing more than politics. This brought to you from the President who promised every one “Hope & Change”. Obama promised America change, he gave us more of the same. Obama promised jobs and he gave us partisans politics. Solyndra was billed by Obama as the “shining green company on the hill” … it was nothing more than politics.

There was only so much that government could do,
the true engine of economic growth will always be companies like Solydra

“It’s not about the people; it’s politics,” said Sterio, who remains jobless and at risk of losing her home. “We all feel betrayed.”

Since the failure of the company, Obama’s entire $80 billion clean- technology program has begun to look like a political liability for an administration about to enter a bruising reelection campaign.

Meant to create jobs and cut reliance on foreign oil, Obama’s green-technology program was infused with politics at every level, The Washington Post found in an analysis of thousands of memos, company records and internal e-mails. Political considerations were raised repeatedly by company investors, Energy Department bureaucrats and White House officials.

The records, some previously unreported, show that when warned that financial disaster might lie ahead, the administration remained steadfast in its support for Solyndra.

More Holiday Greetings from the Occupy Protesters … Occupy Eugene Protester Choked & Beaten to Death at Camp

Tis the season to be deadly … if you are apart of the Occupy protesters movement.

More from the Obama endorsed Occupy protest movement, 54 year old Rich Youngblood  was beaten and choked at the Occupy Eugene camp last Monday. Authorities are still investigating the crime. Organizers plan to hold a vigil for Youngblood and victims of street crime.  Kristen Carpenter, Chair of Occupy Eugene’s Action Committee said, ‘We’re sorry we couldn’t have stopped the violence in the system’. Hmm, so an Occupy protester admits that there is uncontrollable and unstoppable violence in their movement?

The Gateway Pundit reminds us that the Occupy death toll now is at 9.

“We’re sorry we couldn’t have stopped the violence in the system sooner,” said Kristen Carpenter, Chair of Occupy Eugene’s Action Committee. Carpenter said they had hoped to prevent acts of violence, like the incident involving Youngblood. She said the vigil was not only for Youngblood, but for all victims of street violence.

The City Council ordered the camp be disbanded. Nice to see that it takes some one dying before politicians use any sense in putting and end to these breeding grounds of violence, drugs, assaults and rapes.  Remind us again when something like this occurred at a Tea Party rally?
