9 Year Old Autistic Boy Robbie Wood Jr. Missing Since Sunday, October 23, 2011 in Hanover County, Va (UPDATE: Found Safe & Alive)

Nine year old Robbie Wood Jr. has been missing since Sunday, October 23, 2011 in Hanover County, VA.  According to reports,  Robbie wandered away while with his father, brother and a woman at North Anna Battlefield Park on Sunday around 3 PM. Robbie Woods Jr. has severe autism, does not speak, has blond hair and blue eyes. Robbie was last seen wearing a red, long-sleeved T-shirt, blue athletic pants and blue shoes.

Searches continue for the missing 9 year old boy that include police, professional searchers, volunteers and tracking dogs. Searches has taken place on the grown and from the air for missing Robbie Woods.

Hines said the search will continue into Wednesday and he praised the support of citizens and professionals from throughout eastern Virginia who have taken part in the massive search effort.

Wood is severely autistic and has no verbal skills. Hines said the youth has “absolutely no awareness of his personal safety concerns.”  But he said tracking dogs have positively established that Wood was present in the park and in the area where his father said he disappeared.

Volunteer searchers were permitted for the first time early Tuesday morning and will be permitted again Wednesday.  Volunteers must have a picture identification and be capable of walking several miles in thick woods.

If  anyone has any information or has saw any of the family at the park on Sunday are urged to call the Hanover Sheriff’s Office at (804) 365-6140.

UPDATE I: Robbie  Wood Jr. has been found alive.  This time we have great news to announce that 8 year old Robbie Wood has been found alive less than a mile from where he went missing. FANTASTIC!!!

The search for Robbie Wood Jr. is over. The 8-year-old who suffers from autism was found alive, lying in a creek bed just west of a rock quarry owned by Martin Marietta. He was about three-quarters of a mile from where he was last seen Sunday at the end of a trail in North Anna Battlefield Park in Hanover County.

This evening, his parents, Barbara Locker and Robert Wood Sr., offered their thanks to those involved in bringing their son home safely. Capt. Michael J. Trice of the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office shared the comments obtained by Ann Buckley, the public information officer at VCU Medical Center. Upon his discovery, the boy was taken to the Richmond hospital.

Casey Anthony Jurors’ Names Be Released Tuesday, But Will They? (Update: Names Revealed)

The names of the jurors in the Casey Anthony murder trial in the death of her daughter Casey Anthony are supposed to be released today. But will the names of the Anthony jury, better known as the Ship of Fools, who inexplicably declared Casey Anthony “not guilty as sin” in the murder of Casey? The names were originally withheld from the public for their safety.

Court administration “may release the names only of the fourteen seated jurors who have not already voluntarily released their names in this matter, on or after October 25, 2011,” Judge Belvin Perry ruled on July 26.

Two of the five alternate jurors voluntarily revealed their identities after the not guilty verdict was announced, and one of the twelve who participated in deliberations allowed her name to be released when she did media interviews about the decision. A few others, including the jury foreman, have given interviews but remained anonymous.

Perry authorized the release of the remaining jurors’ names nearly four months after the trial ended because “such a ‘cooling-off’ period fairly balances the public’s access to information and the jurors’ safety.”

UPDATE I: The Ship of Fools Casey Anthony jurors names are revealed.  So has the cooling off period worked? Time will tell. However, one thing is for certain, these folks might be in more of a name change than Casey Anthony. For the rest of their lives these people will be haunted by the fact that they let a most likely murderer go free.

The jurors are Joan Meier, Raymond Screen, Linda Bills, Harriet White, Brian Berling, Kimberly Kimball, Kathleen Nighland, James Kearns, Ronald Robertson, David Angelo, Mary Fuhr and Jennifer Ford.

Alternate jurors whose names were not previously released are Elizabeth Jones and Heather Feuerhake.

Alternate jurors Dean Edward Eckstadt and Russell William Huekler already voluntarily revealed their identities publicly.

EXIT QUESTION: How many people will shoe up to the jurors homes for Halloween dressed like Casey Anthony … Trick or Treat.

Police Investigating Sexual Assault of 14 Year Old Girl at Occupy Dallas

Police in Dallas, Texas are investigating the sexual assault and rape of a 14 year old girl at Occupy Dallas. So these are the protests endorsed by President Barack Obama, eh? The Occupy Dallas folks claim that they thought she was 19. Really, that’s your story? Just now you are stating that you should be concerned of individual’s ages at your events? Just curious … with all of the sexual and physical assaults, crimes, sex and drugs going on at the OWS-like protests, what exactly are you doing there?

Dallas Police continue to investigate whether a teenage runaway was sexually assaulted by an adult male at the Occupy Dallas encampment behind City Hall.

A source within the Dallas Police Department who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation said the girl ran away from home in Garland last month and that she is now refusing to cooperate with investigators. She initially told officers that she had sex with a man in his early twenties and had engaged in sexual activity with several other people.

As Weasel Zippers states opines, wasn’t it just last week that President Barack Obama was comparing the ‘Occupy’ protesters to the Tea Party? Remind me again when a 14 yer old girl was ever sexually assaulted at a Tea Party rally? Oh that’s right, NEVER!

UPDATE I: What will a post-Gaddafi Libya look like … Say hello to Sharia law. The  interim ruler unveils more radical than expected plans for Islamic law. Remember that only 41% actually agreed with Obama to take military action in Libya as we are reminded by the Gateway Pundit.

Mustafa Abdul-Jalil, the chairman of the National Transitional Council and de fact president, had already declared that Libyan laws in future would have Sharia, the Islamic code, as its “basic source”.

But that formulation can be interpreted in many ways – it was also the basis of Egypt’s largely secular constitution under President Hosni Mubarak, and remains so after his fall.

Mr Abdul-Jalil went further, specifically lifting immediately, by decree, one law from Col. Gaddafi’s era that he said was in conflict with Sharia – that banning polygamy.

A citizen journalist was taking pictures of the destruction the “Occupy Dayton” protest caused to public property when he was approached by a group of demonstrators. A protester became very hostile, attacked a veteran for his service, and said that he was proud of his (white) race.

As per an update from Big Government, the “Media Committee” of Occupy Dayton issued the press release below, in which organizers threaten to sue… someone… for libel. Libel, for publishing one’s own words? Really?

The case that Occupy Dayton relies on, Becker v. Toulmin, 165 Ohio St. 549 (1956), does not have any relevance here. The video merely publishes the activist’s own words, which he stated volubly and in public.

Furthermore, the activist depicted is involved in a matter of public concern, and therefore is a public figure for the purpose of Occupy Dayton. He would therefore have to meet a higher–in this case, impossible–standard of proof.

Neither he, nor Occupy Dayton, has a case.

Is it any wonder that only 37% of Americans support the “OCCUPY” protesters? The above actions, let alone the arrests, words, crimes and plethora of “hate America” rhetoric have made may in the US take a good look at the Occupy protesters and realize, they are not worth supporting. So why does Obama support them while continue to pander to Wall Street companies for campaign donations?

Some 37 percent of people back the protests that have spread from New York to cities across the country and abroad, one of the first snapshots of how the public views the “Occupy Wall Street’’ movement. A majority of those protest supporters are Democrats, but the anger about politics in general is much more widespread, the poll indicates.

Joe Biden Running for President in 2016 … “I’ll Make Up My Mind On That Later” … Working on Getting Obama Reelected

Wouldn’t this be something … VP Gaffe running for President in 2016, he says he will make up his mind on that later.” Watch the VIDEO at RCP of Biden being asked the question whether he will run for President in 2016. Biden stated that he is more worried about getting Obama reelected in 2012.

I’m doing pretty well. I’m enjoying what I’m doing, and as long as I do, I’m going to continue to do it,” he said.

Of course Biden does not have time to think about a 2016 Presidential run, he is too worried telling Americans that if you do not pass Obama’s jobs act more woman will be raped.  Which bet would you make, Obama getting reelected in 2012 or Joe Biden running in 2016? The reelection of Obama is going to be difficult at best with an economy headed in the wrong direction, unemployment over 9% and a Presidential economic policy that cannot create permanent jobs. Biden continues to lie to the American people that there is an economic recovery happening under Obama. The facts do not show that. Obama, Biden and his minions will have had 4 year to fix America’s economic woes, they have not. If given 4 more year, America as we know it will be destroyed forever.

Biden voiced optimism about President Obama’s reelection chances. He said that the sell for the Obama administration was not going to be that the economy could have been worse than it is right now, but rather that now the American voter had a choice between getting the economy moving under the Obama administration or missing the chance for an economic recovery.

Biden said the “bumper sticker” for Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign on the economy would be along the lines of “let’s get the economy moving.”

As for Biden running for President, it is a scary enough thought this guy is a breathe away from the Office right now, who would be foolish enough to elect the man President. Hold that thought, maybe the same one’s who elected Obama.

Barack Obama’s Job Approval Average Hits All-Time Low of 41% Last Quarter

DOWN, DOWN, DOWN … HOW LOW CAN HE GO?

Once again President Barack Obama’s job approval for the last quarter has fell to an all time low. According to the most recent Gallup poll, Obama’s job approval is down four points from his previous all-time low of 45%. Obama’s job approval for this past quarter slid to 41%.

President Obama suffered some political blows in the 11th quarter, including the stalled negotiations to raise the federal debt ceiling and the decision by Standard and Poor’s to downgrade the U.S. credit rating. The unemployment rate also remained above 9 percent throughout the summer.

Sorry, but Obama is not Ronald Reagan or Bill Clinton, Barack’s polling numbers are on a continued downward trend, the other former two Presidents began to catch traction with the American people. Obama is just the opposite, We the People have lost all faith in him and are biding our time until the 2012 elections.
