ABC/WAPO Poll: 39% Approve of Obama’s Handling of the Economy … Base Crumbling

Obama in more even more trouble in the polls as only 39% approve of his handling of the economy. But that is not the only trouble for Obama in the most recent  ABC – Washington post poll. As reported in the LA Times, Obama’s liberal base is crumbling. Barack Obama can be described as nothing more than an “EPIC FAILURE”. Especially after last nights speech when instead of leading, he chose to use the same old blame game. How come none of the MSM last night were saying that it was Obama’s best speech ever? Maybe because it wasn’t and every one knows it.

More than a third of Americans now believe that President Obama’s policies are hurting the economy, and confidence in his ability to create jobs is sharply eroding among his base, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.

The Post-ABC survey found that a majority of Americans still blame former president George W. Bush for the state of the economy. But it also found that Americans who identified most closely with the burgeoning tea party movement are more likely to have experienced lifestyle changes because of the downturn.

Full poll can be seen HERE.

What does Obama face in 2012? How is Obama going to answer this question of the American people? Honestly, what has Obama done in his first term in office that anyone in America wants more of? Frankly, the US can’t afford to have Obama for another 4 years.

Are You Better Off Today Than Jan. 20, 2009?

A slim 15% claim to be “getting ahead financially,” half what it was in 2006. Fully 27% say they’re falling behind financially. That’s up 6 points since February.

A significant majority (54%) says they’ve been forced to change their lifestyle significantly as a result of the economic times — and 60% of them are angry, up from 44%.

We have a person in the office of the President of the United States, that cannot face reality. His entire life, as he has tried to portray it, has been a lie.

Now the people have come to understand that he lies about everything so they will distance themselves from such behavior.

I have one close friend who voted for him. She will not do so next time, if there is a next time.

She is unionized, backed him and he turned around and hurt the union.

Another friend who will vote for any Democrat.

I have some black friends what will not vote for him again.

Too bad some couldn’t see the writing on the way and on the wall. You put an inexperience person in there and this is what you get.

He has never run a business and hardly ever finished a full term in any elected position. Real Chicago through and through.

Read about his wishy washy, not make a decision to go after the #! terrorist. Was covered a few weeks ago on BookTV.

Can you see him standing strong if we have another attack? I am hunkering down 9/11 with emergency preparations and ++ ready to go if I survive if it, if it is near me.

I can not understand how anybody could vote for him on his agenda. He is doing everything he as promised as in the fundamentally transforming America.

I mean, what is the exact opposite of America? Every free thinking person wants to be like America or live in America. Transforming it from a country were a few have a lot of money and the rest have a decent living to were a few have a lot of money and the rest live like dogs in the street seems like a step backwards to me.

How about having a president that wants to improve America for Americans, is that to much to ask?

According to this poll, here’s what WE THE PEOPLE believe:
      > 67% disapprove of the way the Republicans in Congress are handling the economy
      > 68% disapprove of the way the Republicans in Congress are handling the federal budget deficit
      > 65% disapprove of the way the Republicans in Congress are handling creating jobs
      > 65% disapprove of the way the Republicans in Congress are handling taxes
      > WE THE PEOPLE believe Obama cares more about protecting the economic interests of “You and your family”, “Small businesses”, “Middle class Americans”

It goes on and on about how much better WE THE PEOPLE believe Obama is than the republicans.

and of course….WE THE PEOPLE BLAME GEORGE BUSH FOR THE BAD ECONOMY (57%).

This poll is an ass kicking to the republicans.

Btw, 200 days in and NOT 1 jobs bill from the republican congress. Were are the jobs republicans? Not a peep from the right wing crazies who claimed they were going to hold the people they voted in accountable….I wonder why?

I would say both Dems. and Reps. bases are crumbling right about now. The bickering needs to stop, simple as that. Get a plan..stop trying to be a hero and get some sh*t done. I wouldn’t vote for any Democrat or Republican for that matter now. Both sides disgust me.

Cut welfare instead of social security from the elderly that worked hard and paid into it. Some welfare recipients not only get a monthly income, free housing, free medical care and food stamps. Others in addition to welfare get ADC. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just look at Obama’s aunt, his fathers sister. She is illegal in this country and has been for a long time but they decided not to send her back. She got special treatment and should not of.

Social security is already taking $96.00 out of their social security check for medicare plan B.

#9—Hey, superDave—we’ve been trying to get through to YoYo since 2008.

He isn’t even worth responding to. He is programmed to be in a lifelong state of denial.

When it’s all over and too late- he’ll/she’ll still blame the GOP for everything. Ignorant fool.
