Body Discovered Believed to be that of Missing Amber Chantel Elkins

Sad but not unexpected news out of the search for missing mom Amber Chantel Elkins.

Searchers discovered a body on Sunday in a wooded area of Montgomery County that is believed to be that of missing Amber Chantel Elkins. According to Tom Miller, the founder of Texas Equusearch, the body was found found near a bridge around 3:30 PM. Although there has been no positive ID of the body, it is widely believed to be that of Amber Chantel Elkins. The body has been sent to the Montgomery County Medical Examiner’s office for identification.

Search volunteers on Sunday discovered a body believed to be that of Amber Chantel Elkins, a 20-year-old Humble mother, in a wooded area of Montgomery County, an official said.

Tim Miller, founder and director of Texas EquuSearch, said the body was found near a bridge around 3:30 p.m. Officials are awaiting positive identification of the body, but believe it’s Elkins and notified her family, he said.

Elkins vanished a week ago.

“Right now it’s the worst news they could ever imagine,” said Miller. “Now it’s real. Now she’s really not coming home.”

Tim Miller stated that it appeared that the body  “was dumped in an isolated area.”

Miller said his team was searching the area off Gene Campbell Road and FM 1314 after receiving some information from detectives, their focus was on the woods near some cell towers.

“So, we just had our people out there, just concentrating on areas around these cell towers that we had information on,” said Miller.

Just the other day, Elkin’s boyfriend, James Clarke Jr, was charged with murder.

The Teflon Ex-Mom … Casey Anthony Skates Again on Probation Due To Technicality … Will Tot Mom Ever Be Held to any form of Justice?

Move over John Gotti, enter the Teflon tot mom …

Good Grief … Casey Anthony is like a bad penny. Once again she skates on being held accountable and the people are denied Justice. Looks like we no longer need to call her Tot mom, but instead the Teflon murdering ex-mom. Oh that’s right, Caylee Anthony drowned.

Casey Anthony was convicted of check fraud and sentenced to time and probation. or so we thought. Thanks to a court clerk not adding the following phrase, “once released”, and Judge Strickland signing the order, once again Casey Anthony dodges justice and is allowed to server her probation while she was in jail. UNREAL! Just how many times is the Teflon tot-mom going to escape justice? Just what the people needed, Casey Anthony getting away with yet another thing when it came to justice.

Prosecutors warned Strickland he might not be able to delay her probation until her possible release from jail and that she could end up serving it in jail.

When the clerk wrote up the probation order, she did not include the words “once released.” But Strickland signed it anyway, and it went to the Department of Corrections, which started Casey’s probation immediately on Jan. 25, 2010.

“Obviously the clerk lost the import of what the judge was trying to say and the judge signed it without picking up on the omission,” said WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer.

Just some more salt in the wound and a twisting of the knife, or is it just another layer of duct tape added to the injustice of a jury not finding Casey Anthony complicit in the death of Caylee Anthony.  UNBELIEVABLE! Let this be a message to everyone, read what you are signing.

Debt Deal Reached Between House/Senate Leaders, Now Come the Votes … Obama Sprints to Podium to Hold Press Conference As If He were Involved

Tonight there appears to have been a Debt ceiling deal met between the Republican and Democrat leadership of the House and the US Senate. Interestingly enough, Barack Obama rushed to the podium and in front of the cameras to announce the deal as if he had anything to do with it.

I would be really interested to see if the credit agencies buy this sausage that was created as a legitimate form of debt reform. On Friday Moody’s said that neither the Boehner or Reid plan was adequate. Why would they think this compromise is? Wasn’t the point of this supposed to be that we not get downgraded and pay the bills? How can anyone really call this a success?

Also, Obama stated that he would be driving for tax increases in the future. Obama said that the rich need to pay their fair share of taxes. Are we or are we not going to raise taxes in the face of another possible recession? Just curious Barack, what about the 50% of individuals in the US who pay no taxes, are they going to pay their fair share to?

A bipartisan committee of House and Senators will meet later in the year and report back to Obama in November to suggest new solutions which may include tax hikes. Who really believes that in such a toxic environment that any such thing can be accomplished?

Overall, it would appear that Republicans and especially the TEA PARTY have won a major victory in the debt ceiling debate. However, this is far from over and just the beginning. For too many years the culture in DC has been to blindly tax and spend the people’s money without consequence. I agree with the Astute Blogger as they astutely stated, “LET’S DECLARE VICTORY (one the left hates even more for!) AND MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER TO EVEN BIGGER AND BETTER WINS.”

Please remember, it was not too long ago that Obama wanted a clean bill to raise the debt limit and give him a blank check.

Look for this to be the number two issue after jobs in the 2012 elections. Make no mistake about it … GREECE IS THE WORD, the United States need a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Make no mistake about it, the 2012 elections will decide whether the United States gets back to exceptionalism or whether we become Greece. With only having control of the House, the GOP managed to control the debt debate and shift it to the right … the GOP will need the Senate and Presidency to control really paying down the debt.

Tea Party like Obama … How out of touch are some Republicans and ever wonder why we have a government that spends our money with complete disregard?

Ever wonder why the debt, the economy and the jobs situation ever got to a place where we find it today? Its not just because of liberals and Progressives  like Obama, Pelosi and Reid, they cannot help themselves … the blame also falls on establishment Republicans like Jon Kyl and RINO’s who have aided in the “look the other way”, out of control spending and raising debt limits without issue. How many times were these people going to raise the debt limit with complete disregard? Imagine running your household budget by the answer being, lets just put more on the credit card.

It is obvious that establishment Republicans must go, either by retirement or voted out of office. This could never have been more evident than the comment this morning of FOX NEWS SUNDAY whey Kyl said, “Tea Party Republicans remind me a lot of Senator Barack Obama who also refused to raise the debt limit.” WHAT???!!! Are you serious Senator? As the Gateway Pundit reminds us, it was not just Obama who voted against raising the debt limit under GWB, it was most of the Democrat party. They did not vote against raising the debt limit out of principle, they did so because they were going to vote against Bush at all cost. Get real.

A note to establishment Republicans and RINO’s, make no mistake about it, it was the TEA PARTY who made it possible that the GOP even has control of the US House of Representatives and made the margin in the US Senate much closer. The Tea Party revolution that took place during the 2010 midterm elections had nothing to do with the RINO’s and tired GOP Party. You just happened to be the beneficiaries.

Also, the TEA PARTY has already won the DEBT CEILING debate for if Barack Obama, Democrats and the useless progressives in the GOP had their way, Obama would have been given a blank check and clean bill that raised the debt ceiling. The TEA PARTY lead, while Obama stayed in the wings and tweeted. It was Barack Obama who stated from the outset that he wanted a clean bill to raise the debt ceiling.

New Obama Political Tone … Minority Democrat Leader Nancy Pelosi Says GOP Speaker Boehner Went to the Dark Side

This must be more of that new tone in Washington DC that Barack Obama has been talking about.

In yet another example of that Obama new tone “Inside the Beltway,” House Democrat Minority leader Nancy Pelosi states that GOP House Speaker John Boehner has gone to the “Dark Side”.  Such comments will do wonders for getting an agreement in the debt ceiling debate.Rather interesting comments coming from the Sith Lord or is it the Wicked Witch of the West, Pelosi. Once again the Democrats bring out their old tired playbook, when losing the debate and being forced to give up liberal principles like raising taxes, hurl personal insults instead.

Right before the House voted to reject a Democratic debt-ceiling plan, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi didn’t mince words.

Pelosi pulled out a Star Wars reference on the House floor, saying that Speaker John Boehner “chose to go to the dark side” and court the most conservative members of his conference, rather than work on a bipartisan compromise.

“It’s time for us to end this theater of the absurd,” she said. “It’s time for us to get real.”

Search Continues for Missing 11 Year Old Celina Cass in West Stewartstown, NH … FBI Increases Reward to 25K

The search for missing 11 year old Celina Cass continues who has not been seen since July 25, 2011. Celina was last seen in her room, at her computer, at about 9 PM Monday night. Which could explain why investigators are going over her computer activity prior to her disappearance.  According to her parents she was gone Tuesday morning when they went to wake her up. The FBI has offered a reward of $25,000 for information that for information leading to an arrest in her disappearance. There was previously been a private $5,000 reward for information leading to Celina Cass’ return.

Authorities in New Hampshire on Saturday vowed to find out what happened to a missing 11-year-old girl as the FBI offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in her disappearance.

“We are still aggressively, aggressively searching and hoping to bring Celina Cass home,” FBI Supervisory Special Agent Kieran Ramsay said Saturday.

Dive Teams Search Bodies of Water for Celina Cass.

New Hampshire Assistant Attorney General Jane Young spoke at a Saturday press conference for Celina Cass and announced that dive teams will search surrounding bodies of water.

Young stressed that this does not indicate they are looking for a body, rather they refuse to leave any stone unturned.

UPDATE I: FBI collects items from home of missing girl Celina Cass

Right now, many have cast doubt on the girl’s step-father, Wendell Noyes, with reports that have surfaced revealing a clinical mental disorder, having been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia in the past, but police have been very careful to not name him a ‘person of interest’ at this time. Very little is know about Cass’ mother at this time.

20 Year Old Amber Chantel Elkins Missing Since Sunday Evening, July 24, 2011 from Humble, TX (UPDATE: James David Clark Arrested for Murder)

20 year old Amber Chantel Elkins from Humble, TX has been missing since Sunday evening, July 24, 2011 in the area of Greens Road and Highway 59 in Harris County, TX. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said that she may be a victim of foul play.  On Tuesday, a dark green 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer registered to Elkins was found abandoned in the Greens Bayou parking lot. According to police, the front passenger window of the vehicle  had been shattered and there was a substantial amount of blood was visible. The owner of Tommy’s Car Care discovered the SUV with his brother and called 911.

“We walked over together and looked in, that’s when we saw the blood and it looked like, you know, commotion had taken place in there,” said Tommy Johnson. “Her purse and stuff like that was thrown all over the place, blood was on the seat, on the console, the shifter, on the sides of the driver seat.”

Elkins is described as standing at a height of between 5-feet 8-inches and 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has two stars tattooed on her wrist and the word “ACE” tattooed on her ankle.

Deputies arrived around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday to find a dark green 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer abandoned in a parking lot on Homestead Road near Old Humble Road. The sport utility vehicle with Georgia license plates was left in the lot north of Greens Bayou.

Upon further investigation, deputies found the front passenger window of the Trailblazer had been shattered and that a substantial amount of blood was visible in the vehicle.

Well we have finally figured out Barack Obama’s master plan of Obamanomics and illegal immigration … make the United States employment and jobs situation so bad that undocumented illegal immigrants go back to Mexico. WINNING! How bad is the economy under Barack Obama, even illegals want out of the US.

What a sad state of affairs in the United States under the Obama Administration with his help from his minions Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. The unemployment situation in the US is bleak at 9.2%  and the economic growth is anemic at 1.3%.  But wait, that is Obama’s master plan. Make the economic situation in the US so terrible that the illegal Mexican immigrants will stay in Mexico where there are actually jobs. According to a recent Sacramento Bee article, there are less illegals in California as they are finding the “American Dream” south of the border.

There are fewer undocumented immigrants in California – and the Sacramento region – because many are now finding the American dream south of the border.

“It’s now easier to buy homes on credit, find a job and access higher education in Mexico,” Sacramento’s Mexican consul general, Carlos González Gutiérrez, said Wednesday. “We have become a middle-class country.”

Mexico’s unemployment rate is now 4.9 percent, compared with 9.4 percent joblessness in the United States.

With the job destroying policies of Obama, it would appear that he will not be happy until Americans are crossing the border illegally into Mexico to find employment.  Maybe Obama should run for President in Mexico in 2012 … because America cannot afford another 4 more years of his “Hope & Change”.

The 40% Man … Gallup Poll has Barack Obama at New All Time Low Job Approval

Barack Obama is truly turning into an EPIC FAILURE …

As Bruce Springsteen sings, Barack Obama’s job approval ratings are going down, down, down, down. A new Gallup poll has Obama at a 40% approval rating, the lowest of his presidency. One has to wonder how at this point Obama even has a 40% approval ratings. One of the most devastating aspects of this poll is that Obama only gets 34% support from Independents. As stated at Jammie Wearing Fool, if it were not for the liberal MSM Obama’s poll numbers would be at 15%.  Obama is in serious trouble for the 2012 elections.

Obama’s 40% overall approval rating nearly matches the recent 41% approval Americans gave him for handling the debt ceiling negotiations. Though Americans rate Obama poorly for his handling of the situation, they are less approving of how House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid are handling it [...] comparable to Obama’s current 40% overall job approval rating.

Obama’s job approval rating among Democrats is 72%, compared with 34% among independents and 13% among Republicans. In the prior three weeks, his average approval rating was 79% among Democrats, 41% among independents, and 12% among Republicans.

It is not just the Gallup poll where Obama has troubles. Across the board in poll after poll Barack Obama has hit the skids and is on the precipice of going into the 30′s. Every major poll has Obama in the negative. As stated at Michelle Malkin.com its not just national polls where Obama is having troubles, its also in battle ground state polls as well.

It comes as a shock to no one why so few want to reelect Obama and why he will be a one term president.
