ITS DAY 11 of the Casey Anthony murder trail jury selection in the death of 3 year old Caylee.
As more potential jurors were being questioned by the prosecution and defense this morning, there was an outburst from an individual in the spectator section in the court room. The woman yelled at Casey Anthony, “SHE KILLED SOME ONE ANYWAY.” Needless to say that Court bailiffs escorted the woman out of the court room, Judge Perry asked the potential juror to step out of the room … the court is presently in recess after the outburst.

UPDATE I: They are bringing the woman back in the court to answer to the court as to why the court should not bring contempt of court. According to the woman, Elizabeth Anne Rogers, she is bipolar, manic depressed, ADHD and her fiance is in jail. After pleading for forgiveness for her actions, Judge Perry stated that he would have sentenced her to 179 days in jail, considering her disabilities, he finds her in contempt of court and sentences her to 2 days in the Pinellas County Jail and has appoints public defender for her.

The result, two potential jurors were excused for cause because of the incident. Judge Perry was none to happy following this incident that may delay the swearing in of this jury and to be ready for the start of the Casey Anthony murder trail this coming Monday.

Mac Donald’s stands behind Ronald MacDonald. How dare anyone tell another business what they can or cannot have as a symbol or mascot. Just curious, how many of the skinheads who sought to interfere with the business dealings of a company have ever donated to the Ronald Mac Donald House or helped children in need? As stated at Hot Air Pundit, if you don’t like the clown, no one is forcing you to go to Mac Donald’s.

But McDonald’s Chief Executive Officer Jim Skinner staunchly defended the clown at the company’s annual meeting on Thursday, saying, “Ronald McDonald is going nowhere.”
Shareholders seemed to agree, voting down a proposal to require the hamburger giant to tally the financial impact of defending its children’s meals. Just 6% of shareholders voted in favor of the resolution.
What’s next for these folks, the Burger King? Although, he is a bit creepy.

Why are we not surprised that President Barack Hussein Obama disrespected Israel. Today, Obama called for Israel to return to the 1967 borders. As stated by 2012 GOP primary Presidential primary candidate Mitt Romney, Obama just threw Israel under the bus. However, this should come as so shock to Israel, Obama has pretty much done this his entire presidency. How sad that Obama sides with the Palestinians over our long time allies, Israel.

Obama proposes in giving the Tomb of Jesus to the Palestinians. UNREAL. But what else should we expect from Barack Obama. And he wonder why so few actually consider Obama a Christan.

Peter Fonda called President Barack Obama a “TRAITOR” in the handling of the post BP oil spill. It’s pretty bad when the far LEFT is turning on Barack Obama. I wonder if VP Biden whispered in Obama’s ear that this is a “big F’n deal?” Is this the start of Obama losing his base and the Left becoming disillusioned? As much as the MSM wants to portray the GOP in trouble for not having a clear Presidential candidate for 2012 … it is all just a smoke screen for the apathy and disillusion of the LEFT of Obama, his campaign promises and policies. Peter Fonda launched a four-letter attack on US President Barack Obama at the Cannes film festival on Wednesday, calling him a traitor over the handling of the aftermath of the Gulf oil spill.
Fonda — a keen environmentalist and co-producer of the film which centres on the explosion of the BP oil rig Deepwater Horizon, the ensuing spill and its consequences — accused Washington of trying to gag reporting on the issue.
“I sent an email to President Obama saying, ‘You are a f(expletive) traitor,’ using those words… ‘You’re a traitor, you allowed foreign boots on our soil telling our military — in this case the coastguard — what they can and could not do, and telling us, the citizens of the United States, what we could or could not do’.”
LOL, what Weasel Zippers said.

Four days after IMF Dominique Strauss-Kahn was arrested for an alleged sexual assault of a NYC maid, Strauss-Kahn has resigned from the IMF. Talk about your fall from grace, literally from the penthouse to the jail house. However, who did not see this coming after the sexual assault charges were made, bail was denied and the investigation began?
Dominique Strauss-Kahn resigned Wednesday as head of the International Monetary Fund after explosive accusations that he had sexually attacked a housekeeper in a Midtown Manhattan hotel room.
“It is with infinite sadness that I feel compelled today to present to the Executive Board my resignation from my post of managing director of the I.M.F.,” he said in a statement issued Wednesday, shortly after midnight, by the I.M.F. “I think at this time first of my wife — whom I love more than anything — of my children, of my family, of my friends.”
Dominique Strauss-Kahn remains on suicide watch.
UPDATE I: Dominique Strauss-Kahn finally granted bail; however, the damage has been done. As reported at the Telegraph, IMF head ‘hired prostitutes from Manhattan madam’. What a class act, and this guy was an odds on favorite to become France’s next President. Not any more.
The judge, Michael J. Obus of State Supreme Court in Manhattan, agreed to those conditions, also requiring $5 million bond to be posted. Mr. Strauss-Kahn was not expected to be released into home confinement until Friday, after the judge made the bail agreement final.

On a person note, I have similar experiences to Rita Cosby’s book above when I used to talk to my Uncle who was a WWII war veteran and entered the US Army at the age of 18. My namesake saw and experienced things that no 18 year normally does. He served in Patton’s Third Army and was a Purple Heart, Silver and Bronze Star winner. He to was a quiet hero who rarely discussed what he experienced and it was only at the end of his live he shared it with me. Bravo to Rita for sharing her dad with us.

As If the Casey Anthony Murder Trial Needed to Get Any More Bizarre … Judge Perry Calls for Court Recess Until Tomorrow
As if this murder case and the jury selection in the trial of Casey Anthony and the death of Caylee Anthony … As they came back to court following lunch, Judge Perry abruptly announced that court would be in recess until 8:30 tomorrow. This came after Judge Perry had discussed with the prosecution and defense attorneys that they needed to speed up the process in order to get through more jurors.
Mr. Mason, have you had a chance to discuss the matter with Ms. Anthony? Atty mason replied, Yes I have your honor. Judge, this case will be in recess until 8:30am tomorrow. At the time this occurred, lead defense attorney Jose Baez was not in court when this occurred.
The speculation was fast and furious following the adjournment as Judge Perry offered no explanation as to the reason for the recess. Rumors of dissension among the defense ranks, plea deal, firing of Baez and personal sickness were discussed across the Internet and legal pundits on TV. According to the Orlando Sentinel, Jose Baez sent the a text message explaining the adjournment: “Today’s adjournment was due to a private matter. Please stop the speculation, as jury selection will continue at 8:30 tomorrow morning. No further statements will be made.” The delay in the trial is obviously a head scratcher as it had been discussed prior to lunch by Judge Perry that much work in a short period of time was needed to finally chose the jury.
How do we go from a judge discussing a way to pick up the pace in choosing a jury, to lunch recess, to a recess for the day?
Earlier in the day, the Casey Defense team objected to the court’s procedure of jury selection and filed an oral motion against Perry’s court procedure. Judge Perry denied the motion.
After 20 minutes of arguments from the defense, Perry denied it.
“Potential jurors are not grist for a grist mill, just to be set aside, used up for inconvenience,” said Perry.
Just before everyone left the courtroom for a long recess, prosecutors struck another possible juror.
Perry called an unusually long lunch break on Wednesday, an hour and a half, and then Baez asked for more time.
“Can we make it one your honor? One o’clock,” said Baez in court.
Without any other indication that anything was wrong, Baez never returned from lunch.

Could the news get any worse for IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn? First he is arrested for alleged sexual assault of a maid in a NYC hotel, then he is denied bail and forced to go to Rikers, now we learn according to the NY Post, his alleged victim lived in AIDS housing in the Bronx. Could the news get any worse for Dominique Strauss-Kahn? So far no one has been able to determine 100% that the alleged sexual assault victim has AIDS; however, agency rents apartments only for adults with the disease.
The IMF chief’s alleged sex-assault victim lives in a Bronx apartment rented exclusively for adults with HIV or AIDS, The Post has learned.
The hotel maid, a West African immigrant, has occupied the fourth-floor High Bridge pad with her 15-year-old daughter since January — and before that, lived in another Bronx apartment set aside by Harlem Community AIDS United strictly for adults with the virus and their families.
62 year old Dominique Strauss-Kahn is reportedly on suicide watch at Rikers Island.
