St. Petersburg Police cadet Kelly Rothwell has been missing since March 12, 2011. The 35 year old police cadet was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. Saturday March 12,2011 as she had lunch with a friend at a restaurant in Pinellas County. Now we learn that David Perry has been arrested in Horseheads, New York on an unrelated charge. New York State police have charged David R. Perry, the boyfriend of missing Florida police cadet Kelly Rothwell, with 2nd degree insurance fraud and grand larceny. The 47 year old David Perry accused of faking an injury while he was a New York State Correctional Officer at the Elmira Correctional Facility in 2003 to obtain a disability retirement. What a piece of work this guy is. Perry’s lawyer is suspect of the fraud charge and stated that he believes the charges are an attempt to make his client talk with regards to the case of his missing girl friend Kelly Rothwell. Hardly, Perry is being held without bond.
