Baez is the Obama of defense attorneys, this dude is so far in over his head and has such a lack of experience for such a trial that we are taking over/under bets on the days that it will take for Casey Anthony to sue Baez after she is convicted to go after him for his incompetent defense.
Baez has taken a case that could have been plead out from 7 to 15 years to a death penalty case. Last time I checked wasn’t a lawyer supposed to do just the opposite?

Baez the Clown and Cheney Mason are an embarrassment to their Client, who murdered or even possibly accidentally killed Caylee Marie Anthony and panicked.
Either way, as Red said- neither one of these bungling Idiots have a clue what the hell they are doing. Shame on Mason, too- with all of his years of experience taking on a DP case that he is obviously qualified for and doing such a horrible job. Gee, Mason—didn’t you first claim that you were approaching retirement bc and you took the case bc it would be “fun”?
A Mother killed her sweet baby girl, there is nothing fun about that. Like Blink says, hang on-justice is coming for that little Angel.
Also agree with Blink that George Anthony always had something to do with moving or covering up for Casey the body of his Grandaughter after she was discovered as dead. He is in this up to his ears, and Sin-dy Anthony is so far in denial and wrapped in her own lies and dellusions–it is very difficult to feel any compassion or pity for either Grandparent even though their own Daughter is initially responsible for her actions.
Jose Baez is an idiot who thinks hes going to convince a jury that Casey was a good mother LOL I hope he burns himself should have pled this out a long time ago & his client is a murderer of whom should burn in the hell she has caused!
The disgraceful propaganda on the CBS “48 Hours” TV program episode regarding Casey Anthony murder trial (the defendant who allegedly duct-taped & killed her own 2 yo daughter, Caylee Anthony), whose sole purpose is to taint potential jurors on the part of the defense team & her immoral, despicable parents & provide them with “blood money” off the back of the toddler murdered by filicide, is reason to stop watching the “48 Hours” program, to NEVER WATCH 48 HRS PROGRAM AGAIN, and I have asked others to do the same.

48 hrs is a great show and should always be watched to inform folks.

Jose Baez is such an idiot! He’s trying so hard to make a name for himself! Just think if he and Casey can come up with all this crap. Maybe he can make a career for himself with all the other pathological liars in the US. Casey makes me sick; she’s nothing but a low life morally corrupt disgusting nymphomaniac. Seems She’s slept with half or Orlando. Jose Baez is also morally corrupt for representing her! Poor Caylee; God rest her poor little soul! It seems the only normality in her short life was with George and Cindy…and the 2 of them are no prize either!!! Let’s just hope the justice system works and Casey is brought to justice….and Karma gets Jose Baez!
Why has no one ever brought up that Jose and Casey likely slept together? If you remember the early days when the idiot began representing her, she would spend ALL day at his office for weeks. It became apparent to me when he got that sheepish grin every time he was out with her–you know the way any loser geek looks and acts when he thinks he got the girl he never could have before. Watch his behavior in those earlier days–this is before her longer incarceration.
Lived in Central FL for 9 years–watched all the jailhouse videos and other info when it began 3 years ago.
Jose Baez was most definately sleeping with her! If you read up on him, he couldn’t even get in the bar for over 8 years! I don’t believe she was ever sexually abused! Another lie! Jose is either buying into her lies or helping her lie! He is just as bad as she is!They will both get theirs! I hope she burns in hell! He should have pled her down if he was any kind of lawyer, and if she continued to lie to him right up to the end, then he should have walked away from her or let her know he can only plead her down he can’t allow her to keep lying!
Baez is without doubt an idiot and on top of that he is a horrible actor. You wouldn’t see closing arguments this bad in a “B” grade movie. After his original dramatic opening statements regarding the drowning and Mr Anthony shouting “look what you did” Baez never mentioned it again. He tried everything he could to get an appeal but he should have petitioned based on his own incompetence. That one he would have gotten.
I caught Baez wink and little smile at one of jury. i think he bribed one of jury. the lead of group…. i feel so bad for Caylee and for people who love caylee… we prayed so hard and we failed i can’t understand why god didnt respond our pray. even he knews casey did it. but people said god will take care of casey. God knews casey lied so much, killed baby by casey own hands, accessed Joe Joe (george) for sexual molest and drown caylee. thats horrible lied. that word lair is top dangerous. i can’t understand why god didnt do something… but people told me that God will take care of casey for her sinner, worse sinner that i ever know. its very dangerous…so i let god takes care of casey which she will be suffer and will never be freedom.. justice for caylee i hope one of these day they found evidence and rearrest casey.
