Orlando, FL– Following a Thursday afternoon request for a status meeting request by newly self-appointed-by-way-of recusal, Chief Judge Belvin Perry, Jose Baez filed a notice of unavailability to the 9th Circuit court.

In fact, he filed notices of unavailability in every case he has on the docket.

Baez is a joke…just looking for publicity and money…I hope he gets disbarred, which he deserves…maybe that is going to happen…he well knows that Casey is guilty….!!!! I think he has made so many violations and finally got caught…!!!His nonsense about all the people that volunteered to help Tim Miller…no one did anything wrong, they all went in groups for the search…wanting to question them all…What a sleezy, slimy attorney….

To attack TES is the most ridiculous thing in the world….there were a lot of volunteers helping to find little Caylee…they all went out in groups and no one could search the area where she was found because of the flooding….no one was carrying a black bag with her body in it….Baez is completely corrupt…no volunteer should be questioned or identified….sue Baez for even implicating they did anything wrong….!!!!!
