Barack Obama, the First American President Who has Refused the Title, “Leader of the Free World” or “Commander In Chief”

Barack Obama, LOST IN SMALLNESS, Part 72

From Town Hall.com, Charles Krauthammer once again has called President Barack Obama for what he is, or in this case for what he isn’t … The Leader of the free World and the Commander in Chief. Obama was  incapable of making a decisive decision with regards to Libya, and then when he did get involved the “Obamamessiah” could not get out fast enough and relinquish the leadership role to NATO. As Krauthammer states,  Obama’s “Working On Language That Will Disguise A Failure” … is there any wonder why he wants to provide the appearance that he has no part in the Libyan “Kinetic Military Action”  WAR.

You disagree that this President is not a decisive leader? You would be in the heavy minority. But wait, there is more, Flopping Aces provides yet another example of just how indecisive Obama truly is … how long and painful a process was it for Obama to just pick a dog?

So Barack Obama committed the American military to a war without asking Congress, but instead got the UN’s permission to do so and attacked a foreign country while on Spring Break in Brazile promising them money for oil exploration while not allowing  2012 can not come fast enough.

“…as we fast approach the year 1984, we recognize that Kinetic Military Action also means supporting rebels who have fought against and killed our own military service men.”

      http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/8407047/Libyan-rebel-commander-admits-his-fighters-have-al-Qaeda-links.html

Of course, our msm isn’t mentioning this, but there it is…I smelled something bad about this from the beginning.

This Orwellian plot could not have come at a more opportune time for the al qaeda. This justifies their existence and already you see the reaction against the USA.

What are we doing by following blindly supporting those that have killed and injured our brave and shamelessly celebrate the deaths of 3000+ CITIZENS ON OUR SHORES that they perpetrated on 9/11/2001?

      1984? 2012 can’t come soon enough.

Where is that “bulldog” Joe when you need him?

If you have done zero things on your own all your life, how can one be a leader. An empty suit is being kind.

A good cartoon would be the suit lying on the floor and Barry using a telescope looking out from the top of a shoe.

Talk about ‘taxation without representation’, this
fellow certainly does not represent us at all. He
is pedal-to-the-metal with taxation and squander-ation
      tho.

Looks like Steve cant find a defense to link to for Obama’s lack of stones to lead by.

If GWB was a cowboy, what’s Obama … a Tin Horn?

I actually saw this guy talk in NH long before the MSM made him their darling candidate. At that time I thought to myself, what a bumbling, stuudering fool. He was not coherent and showed all the signs of being as far from a President as could be.

      First impressions, eh.

For all those young people and whomsoever else voted to change the world, thank’s a million. Looks like you managed it. What a waste of your vote.

    9. Steve on March 26th, 2011 5:50 pm

      6,

I don’t think your taxation claim is accurate. If you could list the federal laws passed with tax changes, up and/or down, since Jan 2009, that we could all see where the truth is. Until then, this sounds like anger or delusion, and not based on facts.

All one has to be is friends with Obama to get the specal tax treatment like that of GE.

I thought Obama was getting rid of lobbyists?

G.E.’s Strategies Let It Avoid Taxes Altogether
      http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/25/business/economy/25tax.html?hp

The company reported worldwide profits of $14.2 billion, and said $5.1 billion of the total came from its operations in the United States.

Its American tax bill? None. In fact, G.E. claimed a tax benefit of $3.2 billion

White House defends embrace of G.E. CEO despite report company didn’t owe taxes in 2010
      http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-20047212-503544.html

In January, President Obama named General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt to head the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness, an economic advisory board focused on job creation.

In his State of the Union address that same month, meanwhile, he called for the closure of corporate tax loopholes in conjunction with a lowering of the corporate tax rate, which stands at 35 percent.

“Over the years, a parade of lobbyists has rigged the tax code to benefit particular companies and industries,” he said. “Those with accountants or lawyers to work the system can end up paying no taxes at all. But all the rest are hit with one of the highest corporate tax rates in the world. It makes no sense. It has to change.”

      Facts:

President Obama has never said or claimed anything that translates to his refusing the Titles “Leader of the Free World” or “Commander In Chief”.

Charles Krauthammer has never claimed that President Obama ever said anything that translates to his refusing the Titles “Leader of the Free World” or “Commander In Chief”.

It remains to be seen if someone believes they can prove otherwise.

      …in regards to #13

the FACT is that when words are not to be used, those enforcing the nonuse of those words will, as a matter of course, NOT say anything as to said words, in this case Commander in Chief and Leader of the free world…

Not acknowledging the existence of those words, as in the example of newspeak, is key to push the vocabulary that is sandtioned by the state.

All the president has to do is ignore or refuse acknowledgement, which is, as we all know, what did indeed happen.

      St. Stephen,

I’m not sure I understand your message. I’m sorry to say it left me confused. Are you saying that Obama didn’t say he refused these titles, and that is proof that he did refuse them? How can anyone refuse something without not saying they refused it. I don’t understand what Obama did from whats been said here.

      I’m sorry for being confused.
      ______________
SM: Hmm, sounding a bit like Steve here aren’t you.

Stop being obtuse. The point is that Charles Krauthammer once again has called President Barack Obama for what he is, or in this case for what he isn’t … The Leader of the free World and the Commander in Chief. Obama was incapable of making a decisive decision.

No US President gives up command and seeds authority to the UN.

The only decision that Obama can make is picking his NCAA brackets and he is an EPIC FAILURE with that as well.

    19. lonelyworld on March 27th, 2011 6:54 pm

Steve sounded sure of what he said but I’m still confused by St. Stephen.

I do wish you wouldn’t call me names just because I don’t understand what people are saying. It seems a bit rude to me.
      ____________
SM: What is there not to understand? If you think this is being rude, you might want to never log into the internet. Please. Folks, you need to stick to making comments about the post and get over this nonsense of whining about being called names.

Comments will be deleted from this point going forward if comments do not stick to the post. You are to not ask what others think, but what you do. Explain how you interpret it. Do you think he is decisive, etc.?
