The Moonbat LEFT Losing Their Collective Minds Over the Loss of MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann

The loony LEFT is not taking the demise of Keith Olbermann well. It has been just been a couple of  days since Olbermann said farewell from MSNBC and the LEFT is still reeling with over the top, histrionic crazy talk. Moonbattery has some more tweets that will make you shake your head with the LEFT’s silliness.

What is most interesting about the “hue and cry” throughout moonbatland is the fact that so many feel that Keith Olbermann’s speech has been silenced as if he could never get another gig. Or cant he? If Olbermann is such a hero of the LEFT, I am sure some liberal media outlet would hire him on his merits. There are certainly enough liberal MSM outlets in the industry, if he adds any thing to the conversation.

Ultimately what does the LEFT have to say that their hero left MSNBC because of the $’s, not because of some noble progressive cause?

What is lost in all the over the top histrionics of the LEFT claiming to have lost their “progressive” voice and the squelching of free speech is that Keith Olbermann left MSNBC because he wanted more money. Simply speaking, Olbermann wanted more money, MSNBC disagreed and Keith Olbermann departed. As we learned, this was not a knee jerk reaction as seen by the last minute farewell from Olbermann, but weeks in the making of a contract negotiation. What will the LEFTthink that their hero was about money, not about the progressive cause? Yet in the end, Olbermann hardly has the ratings to play a game of chicken with management brass.

The Gateway Pundit has many other notable Olbermann quotes that made Olbie a hero among the loons on the LEFT.

Even more at the Daily Caller of the LEFT some how pretending that Olbermann fell on his sword for some honorable reason. Hey LEFT, he said goodbye because he did not get money, not because his free speech was being squelched.

Fear not, There might be a future for Keith Olbermann after all at Fox News … courtesy of the Free Republic.

I gotta say I’m impressed with the research. Someone actually found 3 people that watched this loony?

This has been a pretty hot topic all over the internet. He averaged over 1 million viewers per night, so why would they not renew his contract? Sad.
SM: Maybe because the money hungry Olbermann was looking for $’s of those who get 2.9 million a night. All you LIBS, how does it feel to have your hero only care about $’s and not the progrssive cause? As LIBS say, he should be doing it for free.

Sure appears the right has an obsession with Keith. Yes, more then three people watched this loony, just like more then three people actually watch Glen Beck.
SM: LoL, hardly … the RIGHT use Keith Olbermann as comic relief. Olbermann is so insignificant. The fool constantly tried to pick a fight with O’Reilly in hopes of what in the internet world is called “link baiting”.

The only reason why any one on the RIGHT watched Olbermann was to get material for “MOONBAT” posts.

I knew people who worked with Olbermann when he was with ESPN, they all thaough be was an A$$ back then.

Please, its only the LEFT who are wearing black arm bands, the RIGHT are chuckling.

“MSNBC is so Toxic. They do not report the news! They make the news.” (me)

Big Surprise, Keith Olbermann lasted this long on MSNBC. Keith Olbermann can always take his dog and pony show to satellite radio. Mathews needs to go next.

I always thought Keith was an A$$, and getting closer and closer to being put in a straight jacket everyday. Most of the shows on MSNBC, CNN and Fox are unwatchable for me, and prefer getting whatever news and political happenings online. Though sometimes while channel surfing and I end up on a cable news show it can be entertaining and good for a laugh or two. I wouldn’t put a black arm band on for anyone, what would be the point of that?
SM: If you had been hanging out at the HuffPo, Kos or DU, they would have specially fitted you for it if you wanted one.

I don’t hang out at any of those places, but I have an open mind where I can actually read all over the place, like Hot Air, Drudge, HuffPo, and other assorted sites. I’m able to make my own decisions on topics, and not follow the crowd, and that is the way I like it, and the way it will always be.

What is also revealing is the calm and rational rhetoric from the right. Can you imagine the ‘screeching’ from the Left if O’Reilly left Fox News even for honorable reasons.

Fox will give him a job like they did Juan Williams.
