RSSOut of Control: John Tyner Ejected from Airport After Telling TSA Agent: “You Touch My Junk & I’m Going to Have You Arrested”

John Tyner, an Oceanside man was ejected from the San Diego International Airport over the weekend for refusing to submit to a security check and threatened with a civil suit and $10,000 fine if he left.
“You touch my junk and I’m going to have you arrested.”
The VIDEO starts to get really interesting at the 3:15 mark.
John Tyner won’t be pheasant hunting in South Dakota with his father-in-law any time soon.
Tyner was simultaneously thrown out of San Diego International Airport on Saturday morning for refusing to submit to a security check and threatened with a civil suit and $10,000 fine if he left.
And he got the whole thing on his cell phone. Well, the audio at least.
The 31-year-old Oceanside software programmer was supposed to leave from Lindbergh Field on Saturday morning and until a TSA agent directed him toward one of the recently installed full-body scanners, Tyner seemed to be on his way.
John Tyner made the comment that only his wife and doctor are allowed to touch his groin and that if it were not the government doing this, it would be consideres a sexual assault. Tyner states he was not going to be felt up in order to get on a plane as other people were allowed to just go through the metal detector and not subjected to the x-ray.

This is what it has come to because we are too concerned with political correctness and targeting those that we know are an issue and want to destroy America.

This guy is a JERK! I want to fly safely and if that means random checks ..do it! It is very apparent that he is out to try and collect BIG money in lawsuit as he is taping this with cell phone on!!! I have no respect for people like this! 911 put us in this situation (The TERRORISTS) they have to do the screenings or we would have them trying to make money on law suits for profiling….it is a NO WIN situation but I want to fly safely so JUST DO ANYTHING to make that happen! I hope this guy collects NOTHING!

This is ONLY for law abiding citizens, anyway. The Moslem terrorists already got to subjugate us on air travel for passengers and are now busy restricting shipments…and most of the TSA looks at us like common criminals to begin with.
We had better reconsider profiling before air travel starts to decline in passengers(which will happen). IT WORKS and there is no better alternative to it.
I also feel that those so-called “safe” X-RAY scans are not. Let us say the weakest part of the body would be the eyes and you travel a lot by air…so it ain’t gonna affect you, huh?

This guy is a loser, and I can’t believe he has made the news over this. It’s obviously an attempt to ‘gather evidence’ for a lawsuit. He decided to throw the fit and RECORD it for a reason. I fly on a weekly basis, it isn’t a right it’s a privilege so he should get over it.
sorry but to fly safely ….I stand by what I said(I am willing for random checks, pat downs or body scans) I have nothing to hide and want to fly safely……it’s all about making money for some losers….sue sue sue! They are never going to profile them….it would be prejudice (or so they say) so do whatever just keep us safe!

#6- While I agree with some of your opinion- I think Americans need to EDUCATE themselves a bit more when it comes to their rights and Air Travel.
As a female, I will be refusing any “Full Body/Imaging or Scanner” as I find that evasive. I don’t think I want a random stranger getting his jollies by checking out which Victoria Secret G-String I’ve chosen to wear for the day or better yet, what lies beneath.
Instead, I know it is my right to kindly refuse that Scanner, and opt out to a trained, professional female do a light body search. She is not going to be molesting me for crying out loud, it is a pat down- almost like what trained LE perform- just much less thorough. In addition, as ANY Security Screener or Staff Member is performing a search- they fully explain in advance exactly what they are doing and what it will consist of. The entire search is less than 30 seconds, so get a grip.
When it comes to safety and security as far as an American goes- IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY to abide by whatever measures are in place at an Airport. Period.
How many more attempts on US lives and “close calls” with disaster do you need to convince you that it is with 100% certainty we will be encroached upon again. And, yes- by EXTREME MUSLIM TERRORISTS, and YES- they will chose Airplanes again. Do you read the news? And do you have a clue?
If you want to protect yourself and other US Citizens, and possibly THOUSANDS more innocent American Victims—let the people and our Government do their jobs in this particular case.

Maybe Barney Frank wil resign from Congress and apply for a TSA screener’s job. The former senator from Idaho might want to apply too.
This guy was looking for a fight, looking for a you-tube hit. Airport security is hardly new. As a (white) Male, I have been pat-down on all sorts of occasions (sports games, concerts). I was even pat-down the last time I went a “Rocky Horror Picture Show”.
I think the pat-down is a lot like talking on the cell phone while driving. I sure as hell want everyone else to stop talking on the cell phone and pay attention to the road, and I sure as hell want everyone else to get searched before boarding an airplane. Of course I would like to be exempt, but it just doesn’t work that way.

I agree…this guy is a total d-bag. I hope he likes his 15 seconds of fame..and I hope he gets fined 10k for not going through security. He knew what the outcome would be..that’s why he taped the entire thing, and he used the word..junk. What an idiot.
