WTF is going on in the airports in the United States in the name of so-called TSA airport screening to protect us against terrorism. This is what it has come to, searching grandma in a wheelchair and accosting a child? This is absolute “POLITCAL CORRECTNESS MADNESS!!
Since when is a TSA airport screener allowed to accost and assault a 3 year old child in the name of airport screening? The VIDEO below is beyond unreal and crosses the line of TSA ignorance and what should be allowed. Do these fools have any common sense in how to deal with a child? The incident took place at the Chattanooga, TN Airport where the 3 year old little girl kept screaming. “DON’T TOUCH ME”!!!

Since when is a trip to the airport and through TSA screening for a child supposed to be followed up by years of therapy? The TSA search was so insensitive and over the line that is damn near bordered on molestation. Who in their right mind would continue in such a manner to search the child in the manner they were when it was obvious how upsetting and disturbing the behavior was? What was next TSA, a strip search?
How in the hell is this crap allowed in this country? We have liberal do-gooder groups protecting the rights of sex offenders in allowing them to live near schools, yet when it comes to children, they are fair game to be treatedlike terrorists. I am trying to figure out why the mother or father did not crack the TSA official in the mouth for manhandling their child like this.
EXIT QUESTION: What are the odds that the TSA does not have the balls to treat a Muslim adult o child in the same manner that they treated this three year old? Hmm?

Two sides to everything. I have flown with some kids that should be grounded permanently. Personally I would like to see all kids under the age of six prohibited from flights over two hours except in emergencies. 6-12 should be probationary. one incident and they don’t fly again until they are 13.

What a joke. I would classify myself as libertarian. My point is that if a parent can’t or won’t insist their child follow whatever rules there are then they don’t need to put them in that situation. I agree no child should be “felt up by anyone. However no one should be subjected to riding in a seat near a child acting in the manner this one was. I further agree kids will be kids. That is why they are not good candidates for air travel. As far as your comments, next time think before you speak. Leaping to radical conclusions such as you just did fuels the media bias against right leaning and libertarian individuals.

This is the first time I have seen this video—and it is true- this is what the Gov’t gets for contracting out RETARDS (and yes, I am using the term, Sorry folks) to do this type of a job at 7.00 or 8.00 an hour.
Perhaps the TSA should have a more detailed and thorough TRAINING PROGRAM or be hiring AMERICANS who have a background in Security? WTF?
I began following this site during the Holloway incident in 2005 after having visited Aruba in 2004. At that time it appeared to be a right leaning reasonable site. I liked that. Since then it has trended toward anti-government in all forms with little tolerance for any other positions. This is disturbing to me since I believe it plays into mainstream media stereotypes of conservative online news outlets. If you paid any attention to her father he described her as “cranky” himself. The TSA was wrong – no doubt but were not the only individuals at fault.
Hate kids? I guess that is why I volunteer to work with kids on a weekly basis.

I wouldn’t want to fly next to a screaming kid either, but you can’t enact a rule that says no kids can fly. They have the right to fly just like anyone else. So should we also enact a rule that they can’t travel on buses, or any other type of long-term method of travel? What about the adults that are obnoxious on flights, the ones sitting next to you that won’t stop talking or fidgeting? Should we not allow them to fly either? In a public situation like air travel, you just have to accept the fact that every flight may not be a “Spa Day” or just not fly.
