Our local papers announced this yesterday. Since Morgan was from Roanoke Co. it’s big local news. The VA. State Police announced the OFFICIAL statement was the decision of investigators NOT to be released until yesterday, but other sites went ahead and spoke of it early and hopefully did not tip off this rapist/murderer and ruin the investigation.

Sad sometimes the greed of knowing outways the integrity of the investigation.
