Former Blago Aide John Harris: Obama Knew About Plot to Trade the Illinois Senate Seat

It’s the Chicago way … and Barack Obama has brought it to Washington, DC, “Hope & Change” Chicago style …

What did Barack Hussein know and when did he know it with regards to the former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich and the plot to sell the Illinois Senate seat for political favor? This story is beginning to smell out loud.

This is getting interesting and rather unpleasant for the Obama White House. John Harris, Blagojevich’s former chief of staff, testified that  “he believed Barack Obama knew of Blagojevich’s plot to win himself a presidential Cabinet post in exchange for appointing Valerie Jarrett to the U.S. Senate.” OUCH, that’s going to leave a mark. This is a much different story than Obama has previously told. Attorney for the defense state that Harris’ testimony contradicts the government’s previous public statements that Obama knew nothing about deal-making involving the Senate seat appointment. Oh what tangled webs we weave, just what Obama needs, another scandal and implication into sleazy politics to bring down his approval rating.

 A top aide to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich said he believed Barack Obama knew of Blagojevich’s plot to win himself a presidential Cabinet post in exchange for appointing Valerie Jarrett to the U.S. Senate.

John Harris, Blagojevich’s former chief of staff, testified Wednesday in the former governor’s corruption trial that three days after the Nov. 4, 2008, presidential election, the ex-governor told Harris he felt confident Obama knew he wanted to swap perks.

“The president understands that the governor would be willing to make the appointment of Valerie Jarrett as long as he gets what he’s asked for. . . . The governor gets the Cabinet appointment he’s asked for,” Harris said, explaining a recorded call.

Harris said Blagojevich came away believing Obama knew what he wanted after having a conversation with a local union representative, who in turn spoke with labor leader Tom Balanoff, with whom Blagojevich met to discuss a Jarrett appointment. Jarrett, now a White House adviser, was seeking the appointment to Obama’s Senate seat.

As Right Wing News states, Quid pro quo just seems to be the Chicago way. Not surprising at all. How will Americans react to this news and Obama’s connection to Blagogate. Americans are growing wearing of this President and an ethics scandal would be the final touch in the end of Obama’s presidency. Joran Van der Sloot: DNA & Skin Found Under Murder Victim Stephany Flores’ Finger Nails

Who will Joran Van der Slootblame his DNA under the fingernails of Stephany Flores, maybe Mark Fuhrman? Will Joran now claim the Peru police planted evidence too? Desperate acts from a desperate caged sociopath. What Joran Van der Sloot cannot explain away is why he violently murdered 21 year old Stephany Flores, tried to clean up the crime and then fled the scene of the crime.

The case against accused murderer Joran Van der Sloot just go a bit more dicey for the 22 year old “Little Dutch boy” in the murder case of Stephany Flores in Peru. According to reports from CNN, DNA and skin was found underneath the fingernails of the victim. It has not been released who the DNA belongs to, but we can make an educated guess.

Peruvian police said Thursday they found skin underneath the fingernails of a 21-year-old student Joran van der Sloot is accused of killing.

Miguel Canlla Ore, a colonel in the Peruvian National Police and head of homicide, told journalist Victoria Macchi that the amount of skin was small and that laboratory DNA tests that might indicate who it came from had not been completed.

Peruvian authorities have charged the 22-year-old Dutchman with murder in the death of Stephany Flores, whose body was found June 2 in a hotel room registered to van der Sloot.

One thing is for certain when it comes to the murder case of Stephany Flores vs. the Natalee Holloway one in Aruba, Joran Van der Sloot will not be released from prison due to any lack of evidence this time. Between communications, video, a confession even though it was later retracted and now DNA … Joran Van der Sloot finds himself in a world of trouble.

He can scream his rights were violated all he wants, Joran can whine that he was tricked into a confession, he can blame other in some grand conspiracy that he was lured to Peru to play poker … the fact remains no one made him kill Stephanie Flores in the violent manner he did. The fact that he committed the murder on the 5th anniversary of the disappearance and death is not lost in the equation.

A criminal with their back against the way and no hope in sight is going to try everything to lie their way out of the crime. What do they have to lose? The fact of the matter is that Joran Van der Slootis a sociopathth, he is not crazy … he is, however, crazy like a fox. Joran Van der Sloot gamed the Aruban system through many outside forces, now he thinks he can do the same in Peru.

U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman who overturned Barack Obama’s moratorium on deep water drilling because there was no “rational connection between the facts found and the choice made,” is now receiving death threats. While many Americans undoubtedly agree with the decision of U.S. District Court Judge Martin Feldman to overturn the Obama administration’s moratorium on deep water drilling, not everyone is happy. In fact, the Judge is now receiving death threats in the aftermath of his bold ruling.

Last night, Feldman served as a celebrity judge at a cooking contest at a school gymnasium in Uptown New Orleans. Due to the threats, Feldman was accompanied by a federal marshal security team.

It is a sad indictment of our society today that a judge with such a sterling record of integrity and service to his country would be subject to such threats. Feldman was appointed to the federal bench by President Reagan in 1983. Today, he is in the eye of a political hurricane unlike anything he has ever experienced.

Of course the second that the decision was made, the loony LEFT aided by the MSM began to demonize Judge Feldman and stated that he owned stock on “BIG OIL”. Of course if they had done their home work and an ounce of research they would have seen that judge Feldman sold his shares in 2008. Fox News in Las Vegas reports that Rory wants to be known on a first name basis with voters. No, he wants oters to forget his last name and the association with his dad in a political climate against Democrat incumbents.

Presently Rory Reid finds himself behind in the polls badly to GOP candidate Brian Sandoval, 54% to 31%. With Reid name recognition like that, I wouldn’t use my last name either. Maybe Rory can have his name legally changed prior to the November elections.

Brian Sandoval, fresh off his Republican Primary win on Tuesday, now leads Democratic nominee Rory Reid 54% to 31% in the race for governor of Nevada, according to a new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey in the state.

Three percent (3%) of Likely Voters in Nevada prefer some other candidate, and 13% remain undecided.

This marks Reid’s poorest showing to date, however. In the four previous surveys, his support has fallen in the narrow range of 33% to 35%. Sandoval in those same surveys earned 45% in February but has captured 53% to 55% of the vote since then.

Think voters are not going to come out in mass in November and send the Reid father-son team home in defeat? Rory is all but toast and an after thought. A victory by GOP candidate Sharon Angle would not only be a big win for Republicans to take back the US Senate and knock off the Democrat Majority leader … but it would also represent a huge victory for the Tea Party in having one of their own oust the top ranking Democrat in the Senate.

Democrat Controlled Senate Fails to Pass Extention of Unemployment Benefits

The Harry Reid Democrat controlled Senate failed to pass legislation that would extend unemployment benefits. By a 57 to 41 margin Democrats fell three short of the 60 votes needed to advance the measure. It would appear the bipartisan vote went the way of the GOP as Democrat Senator Bob Nelson of Nebraska joined Republicans and voted against the legislation.

Senate Republicans and a lone Democrat, Ben Nelson of Nebraska, joined forces to filibuster the bill in a procedural vote on Thursday. Visibly frustrated, the majority leader, Harry Reid, Democrat of Nevada, said he would move on to other business next week because he saw little chance of winning over any Republican votes.

The vote was 57 to 41, with the Democrats falling three short of the 60 votes needed to advance the measure.

How difficult is it Democrats to figure out that Americans are tired of your spending and adding to the deficits? You continuously call the GOP the party of “No”; however, it was no what We the People wanted. You were provided nearly $1 trillion in a stimulus that has been a bust, you could easily use this money to offset this unemployment extension. Americans are sick and tired of you drunken sailor spending.

The Senate Republican leader, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, has insisted that the bill not add to the deficit. Democrats argued that they had found ways to cover the entire cost of the $112 billion measure, with the exception of the $35.5 billion extension of unemployment benefits, which some Republicans said they could accept.

But some Republicans who had been negotiating with Mr. Reid said they remained opposed to tax increases in the bill, and Mr. McConnell insisted that Republicans would not support any increase in the deficit.

To dramatize the point, after blocking the Democrats’ bill, Mr. McConnell proposed a one-month extension of unemployment benefits and some other safety-net spending, to be paid for with about $10 billion in unspent money from last year’s economic stimulus program.

Legal Insurection gets in right … all Democrats had to do is pay for the legislation by offsetting one of their other bloated spending pieces of legislation. With a record federal deficit and budget, isn’t that the least that Democrats owe our children, grand children and great grand children?

Former NY Giant Great Lawrence Taylor Indicted by Grand Jury on Third Degree Rape & Patronizing a Prostitute Charges

Former NY Giant great and NFL Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury in New York on six charges including third degree rape, patronizing a prostitute, endangering the welfare of a child, and sexual abuse.  Lawrence Taoylor, the 10 time NFL Pro-Bowler finds himself in a world of trouble stemming from his May 2010 arrested inRockland County, NY. If convicted, Taylor could be looking at a 4 year prison sentence.

The former New York Giants linebacker also was indicted on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, and sexual abuse and criminal sexual act in the third degree. He faces up to four years in prison if convicted. He has denied the charges.

Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said the 16-year-old told investigators that she had been verbally threatened and physically assaulted by a pimp who drove her 26 miles north to the hotel where Taylor was waiting.

“One of the most effective ways to target prostitution is to go after the johns,” Zugibe said. “This indictment underscores our serious commitment to prosecuting those defendants who create a market for the region’s growing sex trade.”

Taylor’s attorney reiterated his client’s innocence Wednesday.

The alleged victim told investigators she was threatened and physically assaulted by another individual before being taken to the hotel room.

Joran Van der Sloot Files Complaint Against Peruvian Police … My Rights Were Violated, They Seized by Laptop

Joran Van der Sloot claims his rights were violated … Hey Joran, what about the rights that you took from Natalee Holloway and Stephany Flores? Oh yea, and their lives too.

Joran Van der Sloot, the ”Little Dutch boy” accused of the murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru and who had previously confessed to the crime is now singing a much different tune and back to his old manipulative, narcissistic way. Joran Van der Sloot is now claiming that his rights were violated and has filed a complaint against the Peruvian police. Van der Sloot claims that he was denied due process, that evidence was improperly seized and he was denied a proper translator.

Joran van der Sloot has filed a complaint with Peruvian police claiming that his constitutional rights and his right to a defense were violated after his arrest in connection with the killing of a Peruvian woman.

According to a copy of the complaint, obtained by CNN, van der Sloot alleges that his right to due process was denied.

The complaint, given to the Peruvian National Police’s internal investigation unit, singles out the department’s homicide director, Col. Miguel Angel Canlla Ore, and those who work for him.

Van der Sloot said he has been detained without a judicial order.
