Another Obama Loss: Judge Blocks Obama Moratorium on Deep Water Drilling

President Barack Hussein Obama loses another one as his policies and agenda are rebuked by the Courts.

U.S. District Judge Martin L.C. Feldman in New Orleans issued an injunction blocking the six month moratorium that President Obama imposed on deep water drilling following the BP oil spill.  This is not necessarily a victory for oil companies, but one more for the thousands of oil company workers, the economy and a victory against Obama’s “Cap & Trade” agenda and knee jerk reaction to the BP oil spill.

U.S. District Judge Martin L.C. Feldman said in issuing his injunction that the Interior Department had failed to show that the oil spill triggered by the Deepwater Horizon rig blowout in April meant that there was imminent danger on all deep-water drilling rigs in the gulf. By contrast, he said, the “blanket, generic, indeed punitive, moratorium” has clearly harmed the industry and region.

“An invalid agency decision to suspend drilling of wells in depths of over 500 feet simply cannot justify the immeasurable effect on the plaintiffs, the local economy, the Gulf region and the critical present-day aspect of the availability of domestic energy in this country,”Feldman wrote in a case brought by Hornbeck Offshore Services and three other offshore oil service firms.

What is most amazing as seen at Town Hall,  in the judges ruling is he did not only throw out Obama’s moratorium, but he also accused the administration of misleading the public. Did you catch that America … Obama Administration was misleading, you mean they lied.

Holder will claim it is the federal governments responsibility to set immigration law, even though Obama refuses to enforce the present one that exists. So let us understand this … the United States government is suing a state for passing a law that emphasizes federal immigration law that already exists, but the federal government refuses to uphold and the Mexican government who does nothing to stop illegals and drug traffickers to enter the US is backing the inaction of the federal government. NICE! How screwed up is our border security and why is the federal government doing nothing to protect America? For Obama, its all about Amnesty.

Incumbent governor Jan Brewer now has a 61% support of Republican voters for the AZ GOP primary for governor. Her popularity keeps going up the more that Barack Obama, his minions and his Administration attack Brewer and the Arizona Immigration law. Jan Brewer … a star is born.

Incumbent Jan Brewer now earns 61% support in Arizona’s Republican Primary race for governor, marking her second big monthly gain in a row.

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely GOP Primary Voters in Arizona finds businessman Buz Mills a far distant second with 16% of the vote, followed by State Treasurer Dean Martin at 12%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate in the race, and nine percent (9%) are undecided.

Brewer has had a remarkable surge in support since signing the state’s new immigration law and becoming a forceful national advocate of the measure despite criticism from President Obama, Mexican President Felipe Calderon and others.

Isn’t it supposed to be a rough political season for incumbents? The media portrays the treatment of illegals by Arizona as evil and the new Immigration law as racial profiling, yet with all that Jan Brewer is now more popular than ever.

CBS Poll Shows Obama Has No Clue to Deal With BP Oil Spill, New energy or Jobs

American voters say that Obama has no idea when it comes to BP oil spill, new energy or jobs. Besides that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Americans to Obama … you have no clue what you are doing with regards to the BP/Gulf Coast oil spill crisis. Nearly six in ten Americans believe that Barack Obama has no idea, no clue and no plan as to what he is doing in how to deal with the BP oil leak. There’s a vote of confidence with regards to the leadership under President Obama.

Most Americans do not believe President Obama has a clear plan to deal with the oil spill in the Gulf, according to a new CBS News/New York Times poll.

Just 32 percent say Mr. Obama has a clear plan to deal with the oil leak, while 59 percent (including 64 percent of Gulf coast residents) say he does not.

The numbers are not much better among those who watched the president’s Oval Office speech on the spill last week, with 35 percent of that group saying he has a clear plan and 56 percent saying he does not.

It gets worse, if possible. The American people think Obama has no clue when it comes to developingnew forms of energy or jobs either. Can this President get any thing right? Maybe he needs another round of golf to relax and clear his mind? At some point there is going to be a breaking point in the Obama favorability polls and it is going to come crashing down. The American people are growing weary of this President.

Just 41 percent say Mr. Obama has a clear plan for developing new sources of energy, while 45 percent say he has no clear plan. And when it comes to creating jobs, just 34 percent say he has a clear plan; 54 percent say he does not.

Newsbusterspoints out the MSM, namely the CBS media bias, in trying to hide the data of these polls. What cannot be overklooked is that 61% of Americans believe that Obama reacted too slow to the crisis. Hardly encouraging numbers seeing that Obama has stated that he was on this from day one.

Marriage Offers For Joran Van der Sloot, The Sporter Continues his Silence with Judge & Murder of Stephany Flores

Case and point the supposed marriage offers coming into Joran Van der Sloot. Joran is sick in the head, but what would explain woman who would even entertain the thought? Just a thought, but how would Joran know about such marriage offers? I didn’t notice a wifi hot spot in his prison cell.  Don’t worry about the “little Sporter” while he is in prison in Peru, he will be well kept after.

A Dutch newspaper reports that murder suspect Joran van der Sloot has boasted of receiving marriage proposals in his Peruvian jail cell.

De Telegraaf quotes Van der Sloot as saying one woman even asked him to get her pregnant. He is suspected of killing 21-year-old Stephany Flores in his hotel room on May 30 and is also the main suspect in the 2005 disappearance of U.S. teenager Natalee Holloway in Aruba.

Joran Van der Sloot really is a sociopath …

Aruba, America, the World … are we starting to see the levels of narcissism , selfishness and utter contempt for Joran Van der Sloot’s victims? He is accused of first degree murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru. He is the main suspect in the 2005 death of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Joran Van der Sloot faces 35 years in a Peru prison and an extortion charge in the US, yet what is Van der Sloot concerned with … boasting about marriage and sex offers from misguided females who have a death wish.

Before very careful what you ask for Joran Van der Sloot, some of those offers might be coming from the Castro Castro prison where you presently reside.
