YESSSSSSSSSSSS!! FINALLY, after all of these years, Urine van der Slut has been indicted on a MURDER CHARGE and JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED!! Thank you, Peru!! Thank God!!

I suspect that Stephany lent money to Joran at the poker table and won it back, this explains why she went with him to the hotel in such a strange manner, as if she did not want to be seen going in to his room, because she was only there to collect her money. Also, when she left the casino and he did not leave she had to go back for him because he obviously promised to leave with her to get the money he owed her, which he obviously did not have.
This, I speculate made her mad, when she found out she had been tricked into lending to a pauper and a fraud, and this also angered him to have to admit he lost to a woman, and could not pay, and she was obviously going to tell the tale.
So he brutally killed her.
The idea that she was going to his hotel room for anhything other than to collect a debt seems unlikely given the videos.
Also, now he wants to testify before Aruban authorities about Natalee. I would bet he will only talk if he gets to go back to Aruba, where he will try to stay.

It only took Peru 12 days to accomplish what Aruba could not in 5 yrs and 12 days!
Joran is trying to bargin information on Natalee.
He says He will only give the info to Aruban Officails. He’s thinking if he can get back on Aruban soil he’s home free!

if he commits a crime in aruba 5 years ago, do they have the right to try to prosecute him
first before peru ? if this happens and he goes back to aruba and confesses this will he spend

#7 I dont know why Aruba would even bother to listen to him now…didnt they say …not THAT long ago…that Joran is a liar and you cannot believe what he says haha. Aruba you have screwed yourself if you talk to this kid. It will be funny IF Aruba is interested NOW but wasnt when he made all the confessions to different people.
If Joran should be “offed” in prision, it would be hard to decide who had it done…the Arubians trying to keep him quiet or someone doing the ultimate justice for Peru???
Legally speaking, Peru has jurisdiction. He will not be tried in Aruba first, because his first “known” crime was committed there.
Peru could theoretically let go of him, if they wanted to, but they won’t. The Sloots could try to negotiate that but Peru won’t have to look far to see he had a very brief “country club” jail experience there with all the creature comforts not the least of which was a cell phone from papa sloot.

I think his hope is that he gets to go on a field trip to Aruba and then escapes or gets to kill himself in Aruba.

lisa#5, the interview this morning with John Qujones,ABC, and the Peruvian police General Guardia, Gen. Guardia says he will be charged, convicted and sentenced to the life in prison because the charge will be murder WITH aggravated robbery. He also said that he WILL NOT be released to Aruba, he will not leave Peru. Justice will be served. I actually was cheering as I watched that interview this morning. Kudos to Peru.
Aruba police and government officials, Van der Stratten, Janssen, Dompig, etc. shame on you. you allowed JVDS to go free to kill again.But karma will catch up with you too. It did Paulus VDS. It will for mother Anita and the Kalpoes too. I am thankful to God that JVDS has finally come to the end of his rope. no more young girls being murdered.

These are 2 separate murder cases. Joran has never been formally charged with the murder of Natalee—only held as a suspect and released numerous times.
So, correct me if I’m wrong—but AFTER he serves time in Peru- wouldn’t he be extradited next to face charges in US. The friggen corrupt LE in Aruba LET HIM GO YET AGAIN before he took off to South America. They are never going to charge him with diddly squat until their hand is forced.

Link here not in English, but latest news is Joran charged with robbery and murder which according to what I read earlier carries the maximum sentence when those two crimes combine.
He is at the mercy of the justice system in Peru. There is too much evidence stacked against him so I don’t think he stands a chance in a trial. His family, friends and lawyers will abandon him or simply not be there. Hes stuck with Peru appointed counsel or nothing I predict.
He wants to go to Aruba and show where Holloway is now. Yah right! You are a Peru L.E. trophy prisoner/murderer who killed a high profile Peruvian citizen. You are getting the speedy justice you deserve. I hope the Holloways will be at the trial too, to look you in the eyes when you get sentenced to final prison term in a court in Peru.
Aruba may fight to get him back. Everyone in a position of power who helped set him free, are now quaking in their boots. They have put themselves in a position to be blackmailed by Joran Van der slime.

Of course he wants to go back to Aruba. They didn’t do anything when he killed before and they won’t do anything this time. I pray that the Peruvian authorities will hold on to him. They are the best chance we have to keep him off the streets. I’m sure the Holloway family would give anything to know where they can find Natalee’s remains, but at what expense. Hopefully, they will not want the Peruvian government to turn Joran over to Aruba. They saw what Aruba did the last time. What’s to keep them from doing the same thing. He goes back, escapes (with their help) and Peru and the United States will never find him. Please, Peru, keep him locked away.
