RSSFED Issue Terror Warning For Texas-Mexico Border, But Arizona Law is Misguided?
Talk about your double talk from the Obama Administration and a misguided effort at keeping America safe …
Guess what President Barack Hussein Obama, Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder … the individuals sneaking across the Mexican-US border are not just illegal Mexicans … THEY ARE TERRORISTS! But then again, there is no “war on terror” and these terrorists sneaking in to America are not motivated by radial Islam.
In one breathe Obama and his minions state that the new Arizona immigration law is misguided. Now the Feds are issuing a terror warning for the Texas-Mexico boarder.
The Department of Homeland Security is alerting Texas authorities to be on the lookout for a suspected member of the Somalia-based Al Shabaab terrorist group who might be attempting to travel to the U.S. through Mexico, a security expert who has seen the memo tells FOXNews.com.
The warning follows an indictment unsealed this month in Texas federal court that accuses a Somali man in Texas of running a “large-scale smuggling enterprise” responsible for bringing hundreds of Somalis from Brazil through South America and eventually across the Mexican border. Many of the illegal immigrants, who court records say were given fake IDs, are alleged to have ties to other now-defunct Somalian terror organizations that have merged with active organizations like Al Shabaab, al-Barakat and Al-Ittihad Al-Islami.
So at the same time that Janet Napoliano & the Home Land Security Agency are criticizing the new immigration law put in place in Arizona that could potentially catch terrorists as well as illegals, they now issue a terror warning stating that Somalian terrorists could be sneaking across the Mexican-US border. WHAT!!!
US immigration and national security are one issue. How the Obama Administration can be so derelict in their duties is beyond words.
You can’t have it both ways folks. Nice to see that Napolitano and DHS read the terror warning first.

This President and his Administration are so Ass-backwards..it’s not even funny. It’s down right scary.
They obviously don’t know their asses from their elbows on a good day, and we have to trust them to:
A. RUN OUR COUNTRY
B. PROTECT US ??

Here’s the thing – the AZ law really doesn’t address this issue. Terrorism, drug smuggling, murder, etc, are already illegal. AZ was already free to arrest anyone suspected of any of these crimes.
They are so desperate for a win they don’t care how foolish they look.
This is a scary time.
Some doofuss AZ sheriff complaining that he can’t investigate crimes in the illegal community because witnesses won’t cooperate for fear of being deported. Hey stupid, if they were never let in ILLEGALLY you woudn’t have that crime to begin with, Dumbass!

The politically correct term up here in Boston is “undocumented”… our legislators say that they’re NOT illegal aliens~ they’re “Undocumented citizens… their mantra, undocumented, undocumented…
therefore, we’re supposed to drink their koolaid and use their lingo ~ America’s “undocumented Citizens”… they even believe their own crap by wrapping it up with a pink bow and call it a human rights issue.

This administration makes up the rules and definitions as they go and don’t pay attention to laws that exist or implement existing laws on the books ~ How they get voted in is frightening and people are settling for their B.S. ~ very frightening… they’re one taco short of a combo plate and time to change the menu.

How can an illegal alien be an undocumented citizen when he/she is NOT a citizen?
And yes, I had the same reaction as SM on the “be on the look out for Somalians” not being racial profiling but “be on the look out for anyone illegally coming across our borders” is racist.
#4 – it is illegal to be in the United States of America without permission. Federal law makes it a crime and yes, any law enforcement officer has the right (and duty) to uphold Federal Law.

Most of this Administration is in need of a serious Constitutional law realignment ~ how do these bozo’s get elected to begin with? And make up new language calling illegal aliens “Undocumented” you have me there… it must be vote driven…
and it’s not joke, that here in Boston, illegal aliens are called “undocumented citizens”… truth be told… I’m not making it up just this past week, on the Boston News T.V. stations there was a State Legislator being interviewed on Beacon Hill and he was saying exactly that when talking about it.
When truth is spoken, Americans are now called racists, recall President Obama’s friend Gates who called the Police Officer (from the Boston area racist)… we have to have a “beer summit” with the President.
Sadly, the tone of our country is set from it’s leadership… I have NO comment when it comes to the President. Let that speak for itself.

What’s really an issue in Mass is that we have also had to live with the fact our State has become a complete HAVEN for CRIMMIGRANTS

They have completely taken over in some areas …(been to East Boston, Haverhill, Lowell, Lynn, lately????) …it’s out of control. 25-30 years ago it was predominately Italian w/some Irish in Eastie—regular blue collar working middle class portion of the City, those days are long gone now.
I have no problem with ANYONE immigrating here legally. So for all of the extreme right who translate our demands for Immigration reform into us being inaccurately labeled as “Racists”- they can go pound sand.
I guess in their warped world, we are all “Racists”, LMAO. We’ve got to explain to these Idiots a million times, that there is no violation of “Civil Rights” here for the hundreds who recently show up for protesting. It is NOT a violation of anyone’s Civil Rights! You cannot be entitled to “civil rights” under our Constitution if you are NOT an American Citizen to begin with. Well, Duh.

How would the AZ help? I think its a given that if this guy is a terrorist and he is smuggling terrorists into the country, then those would be the ones with the Fake IDs. Therefore, if the AZ trooper asks them for ID, they will have it.
I am against the AZ law and I do think it is misguided. I think it will quickly lead to the detention of actual citizens (who are not required to carry an ID, and therefore won’t be able to prove citizenship). It won’t be long before a mentally-ill (or maybe autistic?) citizen gets deported somewhere and we will all be scratching our heads wondering “how this went so far”.
If you want to stop an un-ending flow of rats/mice/etc you don’t set more traps, you remove the food source. Raid the employers. Check their books, hike the fines. I am a small business owner and every time I hire ANYONE, I have to file an I9 immigration form, regardless of citizenship status. Failure to do so could land me a fine up to something insane like $80,000 or something like that (its so high I am simply too scared not to comply even with the obvious citizens). So the law is already there, enforce THAT.
Just be prepared to pay more for your “domestic” produce or switch to imports!
Also being a small business owner ~ it’s not us who are taking advantage of non documented citizens/illegal aliens to provide cheap produce.
I happen to be a farmer and if abuse is occurring it’s not from the farming sector of our country it is in the garment industry, the landscapers, hotels…and then some…it’s NOT farming. Farm Bureau has done their homework and don’t blame the American Farmer. Corporate or the small family farmer.
As far as the misnomer of “Just be prepared to pay more for your “domestic” produce…”
Typically, our produce is and has been way under priced ~ it’s much cheaper and SAFER for the consumer to eat than the IMPORTED crap that is shipped into our country ~ that also does not have the strict regulations and guidelines we must follow.
If you travel to other countries abroad, you’d find that they pay a lot more for produce/food than we do here in America…
A fellow farming friend of ours who grows wholesale lettuce has not had a price increase in 15 years ~ if folks were to pay the price it costs us to grow food, that is placed on tables ~ for all to eat and live ~ you wouldn’t be eating a whole lot. It would be unaffordable. Yes labor is very expensive, however we are under very tough restrictions, and scrutiny and I’ve not met a farmer I personally know, that has illegal aliens working in their fields or on their farms.
We’re thankful for what God provides for us and it’s a calling to do what we do as farming is a completely weather driven business & we’re not in control of the elements thrown our way ~…and we are thankful to get whatever God decides to give us at each end of the season…we don’t necessarily get what we want, but He always meets our needs…believe me, you’re not in the farming business to make money in this country, that’s for sure… some of us are fortunate to make a meager living at it… most are not and foreclosing at a very high rate ~ (check out FarmAid)… that’s an eyeopener for most.
Also, by hiring illegal aliens ~ you’d be nuts to do so as the farming industry is inspected all the time…the fines are outrageous… many, many years ago they used to be $25,000.00 I have no idea what they are now, it very well could be $80,000.00 ~
The Federal Government has failed to enforce the existing laws and it’s been going on for years and years and years… Boston legislators just had 20 flippers in the Senate vote this week and 84% have decided to enforce strict laws regarding illegal aliens/immigrants… very much following AZ laws…and Governor Duval Patrick may veto this decision and if he does, it’ll be the end of his career most likely.

We as a country are weakening ~ as those who are in office have chosen to look the other way, dismiss our laws by not letting our local police/sheriffs implement the law and there it lies… police in our community want to arrest these illegals and deport them, however, there is nothing in place to do so. Their hands are tied… Go after these folks who are making fake I.D’s and supplying folks with false documents, most definitely hit businesses with very steep fines ~ absolutely.
I applaud Arizona Governor for doing this & soon other States will follow. I do believe, with this recent amendment in Boston, we may finally have our own American LEGAL citizens get the aid and education needed that has been taken away by illegal aliens who are sucking off our system and living here freely, not paying taxes, getting services that many in our own families are being deprived of.
Closing our borders is very necessary ~ having more military presence on the borders that’s long overdue…stopping the influx of the drug trade here in America funding the cartel/drug lords is another solution ~ also the illegal aliens sending home the money to their families is another… follow those money trails…
I want to know, is AlQuida behind the drug cartels/Lords in Mexico ~ this is how they are funding themselves and their terrorism activities in the middle east ~ and is this being investigated South of the Border? And is the Mexican President on the take? You’d think that he’d be in support of helping protect America and telling his citizens to stay on their own turf and if they wish to have entry into the United States, do it legally… I see it as him being a HUGE part of the problem and not the solution & it’s rather disturbing that he’s encouraging his citizens to come here to America and crying that it’s inappropriate to stop his countrymen entering America illegally with all the human rights b.s. and then some…and if the shoe was on the other foot of illegal aliens infiltration into his Mexico, you’d be deported in a nannosecond.
I do wonder if there is a more sinister plot here to take over America and our Government is way blind and stupid in seeing this and they are doing nothing about it.

Send in more troops, close the borders ~ and if someone asks for your papers ~ so be it. If you’re here from another country, you need a passport, visa, proper identification on your person at all times ~ it’s NO different than if you or I traveled abroad and was asked to show I.D.~
