Read in Orlando Sentinal that the NEW judge appointed makes the one Anthony’s stupid lawyers wanted out appear like a pussy cat. I think they made a huge mistake….good! Replacement judge doesn’t put up with much and has a reputation for such. Cannot wait to see how he handles the defense crying going forward. Everyone should read that judge’s statement concerning being removed…although he left willingly. Talk about saying what you think. Oh yes, he did!!!!

      ka-clink-ca-clink!

Listen to her leg & waist chains rattle. That’s the only noise she’d better get used to from now until the end of her years behind bars.

This recent move proves just how desparate the defense team is. They are screwed, and they know it—hence, all these ridiculous motions including the 3 newest ones they are wasting the Court’s time with. They have just added another nail to Casey Anthony’s coffin which was already 3/4 of the way closed BEFORE trial. The new Judge appointed is tougher and less patient with Attornies antics in the Court Room. There was a better or fairer Judge than Strickland, but he had to recuse himself so that justice may one day finally be served.

Someone we know had Judge Strickland at the same time as the case above was going on. He actually told American citizens that they were not allowed to bring American companys into court in the USA. Now if that is not against the our rights nothing is in this country. He told them to go out of the country to sue other Americans!!!! The civil case is corrupt so corrupt that these people did not appeal, even a top lawyer told them to go elsewhere if they could (from Florida also). I do worry about the Anthony case too as something isnt right down there in Florida and we all know who appointed some judges while in office and those who pretend to be Dems when they are actually Repubs in disguise. If the court gives them a meaner judge then hey we all know it surely is corrupt and they are doing it on purpose. Has nothing to do with the rights of the American citizens, it is all about them in that court and in that bar system in Florida. I also feel that my friends should go public with their story about not being able to go forward with a civil rape case, yes rape by knifepoint by a certain Florida companies employees. I think these people maybe the one of the first persons to be told to go out of the country to sue Americans and the hurt ones were born here!!! So we will all watch and if we see anymore corruption going on this girl should get a new trial, guilty or not and out of that state.
