President Barack Obama Back to Near Record Lows in Rasmusen Daily Tracking Poll
Back were he started …
Following the State of the Union speech and the plethora of promises and feel good Obama speech read from his teleprompter, Barack Obama’s got a bounce in the polls. However, that was short lived as seen by the most recent Rasmussen Daily Presidential Tracking poll. Health care continues to be an issue as Americans have said they want the process to start from the beginning … President Obama once again is not listening to the people.
Barack Hussein Obama finds himself at near record lows with a -19% poll rating.

More Obama Hope & Change” Majority of Americans Think Government is Broken
America, how is that “Hopee, Changee” thing working out for ya?
Just some words of wisdom to those in the US government, “We the People” have a way of fixing the problems of Washington, DC when we feel there is taxation without representation.
A majority of Americans believe that the government is broken. 81% of Americans according to a new CNN poll believe that the US government is broken; however, 81% believe it can be fixed. Did Obama promise he was going to change the way things are done in Washington during the campaign? Don’t ask for things America, they might just come true. The change may be for the worse.
Americans overwhelmingly think that the government in this country is broken, according to a new national poll. But the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey, released Sunday morning, also indicates that the public overwhelmingly holds out hope that what’s broken can be fixed.
Eighty-six percent of people questioned in the poll say that our system of government is broken, with 14 percent saying no. Of that 86 percent, 81 percent say that the government can be fixed, with 5 percent saying it’s beyond repair.
The 86% of Americans believing that the government is broken is up 8% points from 2006, the GWB years. Imagine that, Americans feel that the US government is more broken under Barack Hussein Obama than during Gorge W. Bush. What happened to that candidate that was going to reach across the aisle and bring change to DC?
The LEFT would want you to believe that this is all the fault of Republicans and disregard what the people are saying. The Washington Monthly stated that Democrats should do what ever it takes, “reconciliation, nuclear option, anything — to get the legislative process moving again.”
Obama’s ‘Chicago mafia’ blamed for paralysis at the top
The president and his team now find themselves under fire for mishandling Congress from everyone from senior Democrats to social columnists. Critics say that by failing to move on from the “us versus them” feeling of the Obama election campaign, they have united an opposition that was in disarray. The result is legislative paralysis despite the biggest Democratic majority in 30 years.

Most Americans Believe Business Leaders Make Better Economic Decisions Than Government … It’s Called Capitalism Barack Obama
In a recent Rasmussen poll, most Americans believe that business leaders make better economic decisions than do government officials. What a novel concept. 51% of Americans believed that decisions made by US business leaders to help their own businesses grow will do more for the economy than decisions made by the government. 33% stated that decisions made by the government will do more and 17% had no idea.
Fifty-one percent (51%) of Democrats have more faith in the economic decisions made by government officials. Seventy percent (70%) of Republicans and the plurality (49%) of adults not affiliated with either major party think the decisions of business leaders will do more to help the economy.

Ron Paul Wins Presidential Straw Poll at CPAC with 31%
Ron Paul, Republican Congressman from Texas, has won the Presidential straw poll at CPAC this year with 31% of the vote while Mitt Romney came in a distant second with 22%. Thankfully, the straw poll is not a good indicator and basically meaningless as to who will eventually be the party choice. Mitt Romney had previously won it the last three years, yet McCain won the nomination.
Sarah Palin, who didn’t attend the conference, was a distant third in the straw poll, with 7 percent, followed by Tim Pawlenty, the Minnesota governor, and Rep. Mike Pence of Indiana.
The straw poll is not binding — and not necessarily a good forecaster, given that in 2008, John McCain went on to take the party’s nomination over Romney.
Ron Paul, Republican, Libertarian, or crazy uncle? Although I agree with some of the views of Paul but never enough to have him as a candidate … good grief. It really is hard to take Paul serious as a candidate with all that he has said.
It would appear there are many other RIGHT leaning blogs that have the same sentiment when it comes to Paul and his supporters.
- The Gateway Pundit: Awful… RON PAUL WINS CPAC 10 Straw Poll
- Powerline: Pee-Wee for President?
Thankfully, we do not nominate a candidate using a straw poll that is so easily skewed. In the end this straw poll was about as scientific as an Internet poll.

After America Rejects Obamacare … Obama to Publish Another Obamacare Healthcare Plan & Use 51 Vote Reconciliation to Pass It
The only “nuclear” option in reconciliation is the devastation that the Democrats are about to do to their own party.
Barack Obama is to post his own version of health care on web. Who does not think that he and his advisers did not have a hand in the already failed and rejected version of Obamacare?

Barack Hussein Obama is going to ram health care down the throats of Americans even after they have stated they are against Obamacare. This Administration and Democrats seem to care less what the will of the people is.
It appears that Democrats will use the 50 vote tactic of reconciliation to pass Obamacare. Democrats cannot get it through their heads that they lost the health care debate. The people in every poll do not want their bill and want the process to start from scratch. 61% in a recent Rasmussen poll wanted Congress to start over from scratch while by a 58% to 40% margin American opposed Obamacare. Instead it looks like Democrats are about to strap on Obamacare vests and commit political suicide ala a terrorist suicide bomber.
Those agreements are likely to be combined as a privileged budget reconciliation bill, which only needs a simple 51-vote majority to pass the 100-member Senate instead of the 60-vote supermajority that has become routine in the Senate and gives Republicans power to block the healthcare bill.
Wasn’t Barck Hussein Obama going to have a “Heath care” summit with Republicans to listen to their ideas at the end of February? So why are they talking about reconciliation and trying to do an end run on Republicans and the normal Senate process? So in other words Obama says according to Hot Air, “Let’s play nice or else I’ll nuke you with reconciliation.”
President Barack Obama is expected to publish his healthcare plan as early as Sunday or Monday, combining features of the two Democratic bills passed by the Senate and House of Representatives, congressional aides and healthcare advocates said on Friday.
The administration’s bill will aim to jump-start the stalled healthcare overhaul and comes just days ahead of a planned televised White House summit with congressional Republicans, who are calling on Democrats to scrap the bills and start over with a far less sweeping proposal.
Democrats are struggling to push healthcare legislation over the finish line in the face of sagging public support and solid Republican opposition bolstered by recent election victories in Massachusetts, Virginia and New Jersey.
Why wouldn’t Democrat Senate Majority leader Harry Reid pull a stunt like this, he is a dead man walking in the Senate race in Nevada to be reelected.
Reid said that congressional Democrats would likely opt for a procedural tactic in the Senate allowing the upper chamber to make final changes to its healthcare bill with only a simple majority of senators, instead of the 60 it takes to normally end a filibuster.
One would have to ask Democrats that would do such a thing against the will of the people … ARE YOU INSANE!!! As Red States says, “What is really going on? Are the Dems that crazy to think that their attempt at using reconciliation will help them politically?” If Democrats ever did such a thing as reconciliation with a health care bill that is so unpopular with the people, they would certainly lose the House and the Senate in 2010, would lose even more seats in the House and Senate in 2012 as well as the Presidency. No one would ever trust this party again. EVER!!!

AG Eric Holder Admits 9 Attorneys of Obama Department of Justice (DOJ) officials worked for Terrorist Detainees
WAR ON TERROR???
You might want to file the following under you have go to be kidding me or why am I not surprised.
You ever wonder why you don’t feel safe and secure that the Obama Administration is handling the war on terror properly? How is the following possible in a post 9-11 world and why are the American people tolerating this from their government? You might want to remember this at election time.
NINE TIMES … NUMBER NINE … NUMBER NINE … NUMBER NINE
The Washington Examiner reports that Barack Hussein Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder has stated that nine DOJ appointees have represented or advocated for terrorist detainees prior to joining the Department of Justice. WHAT! However, Holder does not provide the names of these individuals. Holder also went on to say that these individuals are able to work on general detainee matters, even if there are specific parts of some cases they cannot be involved in. So much for recusing them self.
Attorney General Eric Holder says nine Obama appointees in the Justice Department have represented or advocated for terrorist detainees before joining the Justice Department. But he does not reveal any names beyond the two officials whose work has already been publicly reported. And all the lawyers, according to Holder, are eligible to work on general detainee matters, even if there are specific parts of some cases they cannot be involved in.

Sorry, So Sorry: Tiger Woods Apologizes to the Universe … Was it Necessary?
TIGER WOODS … SORRY, I’M SO SORRY
Maybe it’s not Tiger Woods who owes us and apology.
It was the most anticipated apology since President Bill Clinton’s mea culpa. Yesterday Tiger Woods made the apology heard around the world, televised, on radio, streaming live on the Internet. Tiger Woods apologized again for cheating on his wife, without revealing the scope of his infidelity or when he will return to golf.
“I have made you question who I am and how I could have done the things I did,” Woods said.
Woods’ wife, Elin, did not attend his first public appearance since he crashed his car into a tree outside their home three months ago, setting off shocking allegations of rampant extramarital affairs.
“I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated,” Woods said. “What I did was not acceptable.”
Woods stated during his apology that “people want to find out how I could be so selfish and so foolish. People want to know how I could have done these things to my wive and children”. Actually, it is none of our business. Was it wrong what Woods did? Of course. However, why is it our business and what harm did he do to any of us, except to diminish the play of golf we see on TV.
This is between Tiger, his wife, his kids and his family. Yes Tiger is a public individual with many sponsors, but his personal life is his own. Tiger Woods is never going to affect any one of us, he won’t be coming over for dinner and we won’t be having a beer with him.
However, on the other hand … the apology that we look to Tiger for, we might wanting to be asking for from our elected politicians. Maybe they should provide the American people with an apology for the insanity, record deficits and big government that they have saddled us with. That demands an apology. What rehab can politicians go to for their addition to wastefully taxing and spending We the People’s money?
Woods is 100% correct on one thing, his family should be left alone.
Tiger further went on to say:
Woods did not say how much longer he would be in therapy, only that “I have a long way to go.”
Pool photos were released Thursday of Woods hitting golf balls on the practice range.
“I do plan to return to golf one day,” Woods said. “I just don’t know when that day will be. I don’t rule out that it will be this year. When I do return, I need to make my behavior more respectful of the game.”
