RSSCaylee/Casey Anthony Case: Macaluso Out – New Discovery Released
Orlando, FL– Announced this Sunday evening, California Attorney Todd Macaluso will not be Casey Anthony’s Valentine; or her attorney.
As predicted exclusively at blinkoncrime.com, Macaluso informed Casey and her defense team that he would not be able to represent her in the murder charge against her due to entering the alternative discipline program with the California Bar Association (CBA).

Orlando Sentinel says that the spokeswoman for Casey has resigned…
New evidence released by the attorneys office…a syringe, Gatorade bottle containing chloroform and other toxic elements, a baby’s car seat,a syringe, pages from Casey’s diary stating that she was going to murder Caylee to keep her from the hands of Cindy…she says she has no regrets, just a little worried. But she completely trusts her judgment. She says she knows she made the right decision…Also referred to Caylee as “the little snot” and revealed that she was “taking care of something” and “punishing someone”, meaning Cindy, divulged the source.
If the jury finds Casey guilty and sentences her to the death penalty, would she first have to serve her time for the check fraud…why waste the time and the taxpayers money knowing the end result..just get it over with…
I think Cindy, George and Lee have known for a very long time what happened to Caylee… and did everything they could to cover-up…Cindy doesn’t want anyone to think she is violent because she tried to choke Casey for stealing the nursing home money from her grandparents…and also told Casey she was going to take Caylee from her…George and Cindy might be in for a world of trouble, I don’t know about Lee because somehow he managed to get immunity…
The case is suppose to go to court on Oct 12th, isn’t soon enough but maybe the prosecution would more time….
The police say, this is the ultimate smoking gun…
Also, remember how cruel Cindy was to Tim Miller when he asked for something that belonged to Caylee so the dogs could try and pick up her scent…Cindy outwardly refused…I think right there and then they didn’t want anyone searching in that area because they knew Caylee was there…Cindy kept insisting that Caylee was kidnapped and taken to Puerto Rico, stalling for enough time so there would be no remaining remains of Caylee…these people are from devils island….
Baez is out of his mind…he wants all the state prosecutors working on Casey’s case thrown off the case because of an an anonymous complaint to the Florida bar and that it discredited him and hurt the case….well it anin’ta gonna happen…
I don’t believe Baez is licensed to represent a client on a murder trial and possibly facing the death penalty in Florida…persons are either being removed because of wrong doings or resigning….there will be no one left to defend Casey..I guess they then have to use a state appointed attorney….and where is all the coming to pay for this…and where does Cindy and George get an income from to live on and pay for their vacations, tattoo’s and George’s diamond earring…I guess they took money from the fund that folks sent in to support the disappearance of Caylee…

Any monies that cindy and george have made has been from selling their stories on national tv and pictures of caylee and the caylee marie foundation(phoney). these dispicable people are being supported by caylee’s blood money. Baez is not death penalty qualified he doesnt have enough experience therefore along came lyoness and all the others. The grandparents have sold themselves out for money thus not having to work.
they have disrespected caylee by supporting her killer. But the weird thing there is that casey hates cindy because she blames cindy for her situation. A sociopath gave life to a sociopath and all hell broke loose!! not one normal one in that bunch ! lee is a lying enabling luaghing hyena along with his pathetic father with missing balls in his pants.
Anyone that doesnt agree with cindy is excommunicated and that goes for any family members. Its cindys way or the hyway the woman is like her daughter a pathological liar. She has to be getting pretty nervous by now wondering if and what dominic casey has ratted on her. I am sure he had alot to say that will be used!
