Ok, this Dana commentary can go in so may directions. What was the first question asked, “is that a geico in your pants or are you just glad to see me?” What on earth are these people thinking. Remember when underwear were just underwear? First we have the underwear bomber, now the underwear lizard smuggler.
Maybe ‘Pants on the Ground’ guy General Larry Platt can remake his song in to Lizards in your Pants … just a thought.

29 Year Old American Tourist Nina Nilssen Murdered during a cruise Stopover on Caribbean Island of Antigua

There is another murder mystery from the Caribbean.

29 year old Nina Nilssen, an American tourist was stabbed to death during a cruise stopover on the island of Antigua. Nina Nilssen, an aspiring composer-musician was found dead last Tuesday near Pidgeons Point Beach on Antigua. Strangely, Nilssen’s body was found less than a mile from where an Australian yacht captain, Drew Gollan, was slain nearly a year ago.

Nina Nilssen

Nilssen was part of a wedding party on the cruise. Some member of the party had gotten off their cruise ship, the Royal Clipper, for a barbecue. Nilssen disappeared, but was later discovered on a trail not far from the celebration. She’d been stabbed once in the neck.

Etai Freedman, one of Nilssen’s friends, told CBS News, “Nina had no ego. She was in touch with people on all levels of life. She gave everybody her time.”

Nilssen is the fourth tourist murdered on the tiny island since 2008. In July 2008, British honeymooners Ben and Catherine Mullany were shot in their hotel room. And last January, Drew Gollan, a 38-year old Australian yachtsman, was shot in the chest. Police believe robbery was the motive in all three homicides.

This senseless murder follows other crimes against tourists have made news recently in other Caribbean nations such as  Alabama high school senior Natalee Holloway vanished on spring break in Aruba in 2005. Also in 2006, CBS News employee Ryan Smith was viciously attacked in St. Maarten.

Authorities are looking for what is most likely a local man in connection with the killing.

Barack Hussein Obama Says,”I’d Rather be a Really Good One-Term President than a Mediocre Two-Term President”

THE ONE WILL BE ONE AND DONE!!!

The arrogance and denial of Barack Hussein Obama is among the worst this country has ever seen in the White House. Barack Obama is on the verge of becoming one of the worst Presidents America has ever had the misfortune to suffer through, yet he has the audacity of dope to say the following:

“I’d rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president,” he told ABC’s “World News” anchor Diane Sawyer in an exclusive interview today.

Obama sat down with Sawyer two days before he will deliver a State of the Union speech to a joint session of Congress, and he acknowledged the political setbacks of his first year in office.

There is one lucid moment from this interview. Barack Obama already has it in his mind that he is a one termer.

Because all great one term Presidents have 10% unemployment, record level federal deficits and put an issue like health care and the government control of Americans health care ahead of jobs. Supposedly, Obama is now going to talk JOBS at his State of the Union speech. Funny, it took Obama and the Democrats being handed their hats in Massachusetts for Obama to focus on jobs? So are we supposed to assume that if Democrats had won Massachusetts that Obama would have continued to ignore and go against WE THE PEOPLE?

NEWS FLASH to the delusional Obamamessiah, name me a really good one term President that did not meet an unfortunate end that ended their Presidency sooner than expected? The fact that a President does not get elected for a second term means that he is a failure in their first term. That is except in the mind of Barack Obama.

As Flopping Aces reminds us, there is a reason why there was a recent poll that stated that more Americans would vote for anyone else except Barack Obama in 2012.

Obama was elected on the campaign promise that he would change Washington politics. Of course that did not mean by substituting Chicago-style politics in their place. In less than one year America has so rejected Obama’s liberal agenda in making such statements the the governor elections in Virginia, New Jersey and the most recent election of Scott Brown, Senator-elect from blue, blue Massachusetts.

Barack Obama, The Most Polarizing First Year President, EVAH!

Barack Hussein Obama was voted into office as a the “Hope & Change” President. He was touted as the bridge to the future.  Obama was to reach across the aisle to Republicans and change the way Washington politics operated.

Hmm, going to change Washington, reach across the aisle and govern in a bipartisan manner, eh?

gallup_polorizing_presidents

According to a Gallup Poll, Barack Hussein Obama is the most polarizing President ever in their first year of office. EVER!!! 65%!!! That is a full 13% points higher that President Bill Clinton. So much for the bipartisan and  campaign promises of unifying the country by The One.

The 65 percentage-point gap between Democrats’ (88%) and Republicans’ (23%) average job approval ratings for Barack Obama is easily the largest for any president in his first year in office, greatly exceeding the prior high of 52 points for Bill Clinton.

America, how is that “Hope & Change” feeling now? American voters only recourse to the election of Barack Obama in 2008 is hope for change in the elections of 2010 and 2012 when The One runs for President again.

Hot Air Pundit reminds us of the lies of Barack Hussein Obama during the 2008 elections when he said “he did not want to pit RED America against BLUE America”. How’s that going?

Come the 2012 Presidential elections, as the rock band The Who sings, “We Will Not Be Fooled Again.

Indiana Senate Election 2010: Another Problem for Democrats – Mike Pence (R) 47%, Evan Bayh (D) 44%

Indiana Senator Evan Bayh could be facing political extinction in 2010.

Welcome Indiana incumbent Senator Evan Bayh to the latest in a long line of Democrats that are in trouble of losing their political power come November 2010 thanks to President Barack Hussein Obama’s socialist agenda. According to the most recent Rasmussen poll, Republican Congressman Mike Pence leads Democrat incumbent Evan Bayh 47% to 44%.

obama_bayh

The Obama connection is an anchor on incumbent Democrats

Indiana Senator Evan Bayh is another Democratic incumbent who could find himself in a tough reelection battle this fall. A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely voters in the state finds that Bayh attracts support from just 44% or 45% of voters when matched against his top potential Republican challengers.

Congressman Mike Pence is reportedly considering running against Bayh. At this time, he attracts 47% of the vote while Bayh picks up 44%.

As pointed out by Hot Air, more troubling for Bayh is that the incumbent does not get more than 45% in any one of the three Rasmussen polls against Republican candidates. A troubling sub 50% indicator for any incumbent.

Bye, Bye Berry … Arkansas US Rep. Marion Berry Expected to Announce his Retirement

Another Democrat bites the Obama dust.

Arkansas US Representative Marion Berry is expected to announce his retirement from the House. Let’s refer to him as #6. Berry is the 6th Democrat to announce his retirement amid the anti-Democrat, anti-incumbency mood of the country. Berry is most likely the first in a long line of Democrats that will do so following the special Senate election win by Republican Scott Brown.
