Al Gore must be happy that he didn’t have any global warming conferences scheduled in the midst of this ICE AGE we are experiencing across the globe with freezing cold temperatures.

Global warming eh? Next thing these people will be telling us is that there is an Ice Age cometh. Oh wait, they already did that in the 1970′s.

When it is warm blame global warming, when it is cold blame global warming, when there are too many or too few hurricanes blame global warming. I think I sense a trend here.

We’re experiencing
global warming“climate change” here in KS too. 1 degree F tonight, 18 inches of snow (most of it from Christmas Eve) and it is suppose to get colder this week with more snow on Wed.But we still are seeing the fake poor Polar Bears ads.
Right now in Florida at 7.30am it is 24 degrees outside……ice everywhere………..you need to give back your Nobel Peace Prize award Mr. Al Gore as you are a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the difference between posting a story on record cold temps across the world and the hipocrisy of the global warming crowd.
If there was a heat wave, they would blame global warming.
If there was an active hurricane season, they would blame global warming.
However, when there are record cold temps across the planet, it is just weather.

I might take these people seriously someday, but haven’t so far.. Minus 7 at 9am this morning here in Indiana.. about 3 now.. When all of these so called green people do as they preach, then I will listen. For instance do away with the mansions, limos, yachts, private jets, 3 or 4 homes, pools, etc.. move into a small home, buy a small car.. otherwise be quiet.. As a teen of the 1970′s we were being told of a coming ice age in school. now in the past several years global warming and at present climate change. During those teen years I found down right
frightening to be told we were perhaps going to experience another ice age and I now can only see
how worried and frightened the little children are today with this kool-aide talk going around by
people such as Al Gore, who did not invent the internet, has a bunch of holes in his documentary film, certainly is no scientist and his poem just
down right stinks. He is one of those playground bullies that if you don’t agree with you can’t play and if you can play and are winning he will change the rules to his benefit so he will win and look more superior than you. I am old enough to have seen bitter cold winters, snow over my head, blue snow, as well as recorded seventy degree temperatures on CHRIST*mas day here in my home state of Pennsylvania, which as a regular normal has cold winters and hot summers that is not to say we do not get and occasional opposite. And Al Gore is not an scientist and he needs to give back the Nobel peace prize award; all he as ever done is told whopper lies. We are to be stewards of the earth and the best stewards to consult when taking care of the earth and the fruits of the earth are those who are tillers of the earth to make their living for there families; they are the men and women who make the living by the sweat of their brow and are the ones that need to be listened to. The earth holds everything that people have a need for if they get down to it and work the land to be productive with everything from farming to raise all our food to pulling the mineral resources from under the ground and work it for the benefit of all people. That is what progress is; not to stop it so people are limited in being productive or completely at a stand still so no one can make work for themselves and others. We need to be free to have private enterprise and creativity that is where progress comes from.
I wonder if Our Lord God is trying to tell these
kool-aide drinking goof-balls that he still controls the weather and the climates. Since this cold spell seems to have started about the same time as the climate change talk over in Copenhagen, Denmark, where they were offered mass
transit vehicles to get them from the lodging to the conference center; but no they are all to good and important to ride with others; they each had to have their own personal limo or vehicle and same way with their air travel so if that is not being a hypocrite I don’t know what is; I say
fire them all.
And I know in my heart and soul who controls the weather and the climate it my Lord God so I will not worry about global warming.

is all I can say to that.
To the person who wrote that article: I am guessing you have very little background in the area of geology, geography, etc… If you did, you would know that the entire planet can be viewed as one large weather system. Warming in area “A”, can cause COOLING in area “B”.
No one argues that changing the amount of water locked in as ice, changes the world climate system. What there is still debate among a VERY small faction of scientists is how much our waste (co2) contributes to the drastic rise in annual MEAN temperature. There are some scientists that believe after a decade or so of rising annual MEAN temperature, a drastic cooling or mini ice age would develop. A mini ice age is far more dangerous to the existence of homo-sapiens and other animals than global warming. We would be in a lot of trouble if we didn’t have plants for oxygen production, for eating, and for grazing livestock.
My point is that it really doesn’t matter WHO is responsible for ice caps melting, rising MEAN temperatures, etc…etc…what we need to do is develop ways to either heat or cool the planet depending on whatever is necessary at the time. There WILL be an ice age; there will be a warming period. Wouldn’t it be nice if we had technology to deal with these issues? But, with one party blocking progress and quoting bad science, it just obstructs progress.
I am a strict GOP, almost to the point of fault. But, they are backing the wrong horse on this one. It’s one of the few times the GOP and our supporters look uninformed.

Al gore is no genius, and he really doesn’t have such a great knowledge of geology, and the whole of science. But please people, see the temperature charts. As someone has already explained, this year could be colder than the past year, but if you average, the tendency will be hotter. Of course, it’s only like 0.1C per decade, but temperature is rising.
