More Hypocrisy from Al “Its Not Easy Being Green” Gore … Saving Global Warming on Private Gulfstream Plane

From the Drudge Report … Once again the man in green, Al Gore, finds it difficult toGoreGreen follow his own advice. Seen in the picture below boarding the very type of plane that would cause global warming that he would lecture us not to. So why does Al think its supposed to be different for him? If Gore wanted any credibility in his global warming rants he must at least walk the walk. We already know he can talk. If you are going to get people to believe in your cause and you are going to rail against others, especially when half already think you are talking out of your hat. You at least have to follow a “green” lifestyle. Does the hypocrisy never end?

As former Vice President Al Gore waits to hear if he has won this year’s Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless effort on climate change, a new video will air this weekend capturing Gore on a fuel-guzzling private jet!

FOXNEWS host Sean Hannity is set to unleash the damning video this Sunday night, network sources reveal.

Al Gore is the Canary in the coal mine. He is tha one person that warns us of the serious nature of Global warming we should head the message instead of looking ways to cut this great man. Which by the way the presidency was stolen from him, and half of the Americans voted for him. Did he bow gracefully .. Yes..did the majority rule? NOT!
      ________
SM: I think you need a history lesson. Gore did not bow out gracefully, he went kicking and screaming down to the last chad. It was in fact, Richard Nixon who actually bowed out gracefully in the 1960 Presidental Election when he was robbed by JFK.

The legend of the stolen 1960 presidential election, http://www.slate.com/id/91350/

That Richard Nixon was cheated out of the presidency in 1960 has become almost an accepted fact. You’ve probably heard the allegations: Kennedy’s operatives fixed the tallies in Texas and Illinois, giving him those states’ 51 electoral votes and a majority in the Electoral College. Fearing that to question the results would harm the country, Nixon checked his pride and declined to mount a challenge.

Nixon thought for the better of the country not to contest. Too bad Gore didn’t have the same honor. Instead Gore and his team of lawyers dragged this country through the nonsense and divison of counting chads and lawsuits.

The majority of the United States citizens voted Al Gore as president. Corruption in the vting process allowed GW Bush to steal the presidency…FACT

Yes, Al Gore must still use existing methods of polluting transportation… It is not his fault the Oil companies/Bush Buddies have hindered altenative fuel technology…Do You really think he wouldn’t use a more environmentally friendly mode of transportation if it was available???

The world/United States would be a much better place if Al Gore would have been rightfully elected as President….This coming from a Republican that voted for GW Bush over Gore…Biggest Regret of my life.

    6. stephen colben on September 8th, 2007 2:28 pm

O yea, by the way, GW Bush isn’t from Texas or even the South for that matter…Connecticut

There is something that truly baffles me regarding Al Gore and his “Global Warming” rants. Two questions come to mind:

      1. While VP of the US and having the President’s ear, where was global warming? A distant 7th as an issue after “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”.

      2. If Al Gore really believed in what he says and that Global Warming is the most terrible thing in the world, why is he not running for President?

Wouldn’t as the leader of the free world, Al Gore have the greatest platform ever for his initiative on global warming? But, the coward just sits back and does nothing but whine about being robbed in a past election.

Al … if you really believe in what you preach … run for President.

#5 We are not a Democracy … We also have this little thing called an Electorial College. Seemed to have been fine for all elections … except for Al Gore.

However, this post is not about an election … Its about Al Gore the HYPOCRIT.

Shame on Al Gore. Hasn’t he ever heard the phrases: Practice what you preach, Lead by example,, etc. I think he lives more like Do as I say not as I do!

Compananzi – Gore did not win in 2000. The supreme court said, you can recount Florida, but you must recount all the votes. The Democratic party said NO THANKS (seems they didn’t want anyone looking at their suspicious votes), and the Supreme court said, the election goes to Bush.

Gore and the Dems had the opportunity to count all the votes, not just republican votes in Florida and declined..hmmmmmmmmm

When all of Hollyweird stops making movies, (they have to set up those elablorate sets), when the jet set stops flying around on their private jets (The day after the Superbowl in Miami, there were over 200 private jets that took off from the three airports, and when the declare NASCAR illegal, then talk to me about global warming.

Gore no MORE! Freddy T for president!

Funny you’d say that, helps when you got an inside person. Hey, but enjoy your high gas prices, greater terror risk, lousy economy, largest foreclosure rate, poor Catastrophe preperation since Katrina, and a senseless war with Iran and perhaps even more with Iran. The last thing we need to worry about is Global warming. Lets get back to finding out what happened with Natalee.

These ultimately resulted in a December 12 5-4 United States Supreme Court decision which ended the Florida recounts and allowed Florida to certify its vote. The vote was certified by Katherine Harris, the Republican Secretary of State who had publicly supported Bush during the campaign. Additionally, Bush’s younger brother, Jeb Bush, was the governor of Florida and this led to allegations that Harris and Bush had somehow manipulated the election to favor the governor’s brother.[6][7] Bush’s margin of victory in Florida was officially placed at 537 votes (out of more than 5.8 million cast), making it the closest presidential election in the history of the state. The nine members of the Supreme Court voted along partisan lines in the split decision with the two swing voters[8] (Justices O’Connor and Kennedy) siding with the three conservatives (Chief Justice Rehnquist and Justices Scalia, and Thomas) outvoting the Court’s four liberals (Justices Ginsburg, Souter, Stevens, and Breyer). Due to all of these factors, the 2000 presidential campaign has become one of the most controversial, and disputed, elections in American history.

What do you think would have happened if a socialist like Gore was elected? Lousy economy??? Stop drinking the Democratic Kool-Aide. A lousy economy was the .com BS economy that propped up the Clinton/Gore Administration. A totally fabricated economy built on smoke, mirrors and corporate scandal.

The Clinton/Gore economy was a ponsy scheme, nothing more. Which was the reason why when it all came crashing down in the end why the US was in a recession. Clinton/Gore were nothing more than slum landlords for 8 years that turned their backs on any threat to terrorism.

It was all about Bill Clinton’s personal approval rating and not being thrown out of office.

If GORE was so great, and the US had such a great economy back then … how the hell did not GORE win? Hmm? GORE could not even win the State of TN where he was a Senator. Says alot about the man when your own people think you are a clown.

GWB may have made some mistakes a long the way and he has. However, GORE would have been a catastrophe.

I will still say … GORE is gutless. If he believed one word he had lectured about global warming he would run for president and have the greatest platform in the world to implement his premise.

Instead he sits back, rides in his limos and private jets and nips at the heels of grown ups.

Don’t Al look cute in green (NOT)…LOL?? Kermit must really be upset with SM for dressing Al Gorie up to look like him :-( Ms. Piggy is going nuts right about now :-)

Thank God for corruption in the voting system! If Gore was in office we would all be green!!!! And blowed to pieces!!!!!!!!!

    17. Stephen Colben on September 10th, 2007 2:12 pm

Maybe if Al Gore was president you guys could have afforded a decent education…

Statements like “how the hell did not GORE win?” and “blowed up” are all the evidence I need to realize the intelligence level of the “conservative mind”

For the record, Gore did win…and we did get “blowed up”

I voted for Bush over Gore and I want to personally apologize to all Americans and Iraqis that have suffered at the hands GW Bush. I fell for the media campaign that displayed Bush as a regular guy. Little did I know he was far from a regular guy. I have nothing in common with a man from a super-wealthy, northeast coast family that has business ties to Osama Bin Laden.
